Waves Pool Bar & Grill

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat the wave grill (in the same area as the marketplace) is a great place to stop. We are here in the 'off season' so the menu might expand later in the year but so far we haven't been dissatisfied with the limited menu. It does what it needs to do when we don't feel like leaving the hotel. The staff are great!

Great pool side bar and grill! My Cadillac orange margarita was really good, not too strong, citrus-y, with a nice GM float and an orchid for aesthetics. Beautiful drink while watching my babe swim! The fries were perfectly cooked and salted. We only had fries and drinks, but service was wonderful, quick, friendly, and served right at pool side.

Chicken sandwich and carne asada fries were delightful. Price is a buck or two more than I'd like but that's the strip for you.

We ordered the Meat Lovers pizza and brought it back to the room. Pizza was great. I was really surprised. Service was really nice and helpful.

We visited the bar again although it's just the beginning of the pool season. The bar is well stocked and staff eager to help. We ordered some salads with filled chicken and some brew to wash it down. Both satisfied our munchies and thirst. Cannot wait to visit again when weather is more conducive to hanging out and enjoying great special cocktail drinks.

Whew! A long drive and tons of traffic, we finally made to Las Vegas to swap our rental car, due to be rammed in the side by a deer. By the time we finally made it to the Hilton Grand Resort on the Strip, we were beat. So we decided to grab a quick bite at Waves.It was busy but we (self seat) found a table at the far end. A little odd as we were fully dressed and most patrons were in swimsuits. In a few minutes our waitress came with menus and waters. My wife chose the Southwest Chicken with fries and I opted for the Boulevard Burger with onion ring upgrade.After a bit our orders came, and a wonderful surprise - a container full of condiments. I suppose the packets are safer and easier to handle in this area. Both sandwiches were excellent, hot and tasty, as were the sides. We were both hungry as breakfast was now 7 hours behind us.Excellent service and delicious food, the only drawback was the really loud music that made it hard to talk.

The food was good. I would not classify it as "great." The staff was great and very attentive. Very convenient for grabbing a bite while lounging by the pool.

The bartender was friendly and attentive. Be sure to try the carne asada fries - they're incredibly flavorful and come in a generous portion. It's a real treat to relax by the pool while enjoying such a delicious meal!

very slow, inattentive. I wasted over 30 minutes just waiting for chips with guacamole...I could have walked next door to Fountainbleau and gotten something else.
