Water Grill - Las Vegas

Love Water Grill in Orange County so I jumped at the chance to try it in Vegas! There are very few places on the strip that I would literally seek out! Do not miss the tuna poke or the oysters! So incredibly delicious! The service can be hit or miss, but the food quality makes up for it.

This was a Valentine's four course menu at Water Grill, in Forum at Caesars Palace. The ambience was dark and rustic, though they did make a balloon arch entrance and had a photo booth upstairs ( for the young'uns of which I am not). I started with the Awakening, which was Roku gin, elderflower, peppercorn and citrus. They presented us with hot and crisp sourdough with salted butter. The starter I picked the chilled wild shrimp (6 large shrimp!), then a Caesar salad (with anchovy), surf and turf, and a chocolate espresso ganache cake. The food was well prepared, abundant portions, very good tasting. Service was well executed. Sorry to say that we could barely finish our meals, of course everything was delicious but we just.ate.too.much.food.

Great seafood and lobster rolls. The raw bar is good too and we enjoy the scallops and jumbo shrimp. The first time we went our server was great but on this last visit we had a guy who kept trying to upsell us. Weird and felt like a used car salesman. The space is comfortable and nicely decorated. I've also been here for work meetings and everyone in my group enjoys the food.

I always love Water Grill - and love it even more when in Vegas for a work meeting and have been stuck with conference food all week!Service was fantastic- we were seared immediately and began with some cocktails - theirs are always fantastic.They have some of the best oysters anywhere with their fantastic habanero mignonette! Started there along with some scallops then enjoyed their poke as my main course which was also fresh and delicious.My colleague got their sea bass and shrimp Louis salad - that was huge so we ended up sharing it and still had plenty left!Enjoyed a time with fantastic service, great location and superb food and drinks!

My friend and I were craving some drinks in that awkward period between lunch and dinner, so we ended up at Water Grill. Water Grill is located in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas and is known for their seafood (first catch of the season with variety of fish, lobster, crabs, oysters, and shellfish). We stopped by at the bar for some cocktails and tried the following:- A Night in Osaka (Suntory Toki Whisky, Amaro Nonino, Amontillado Sherry, Maple Syrup, & Grapefruit Bitters)- Mescalero (Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, 100% Blue Agave Silver Tequila, Passion Fruit, & Pineapple)Cocktails were delicious.Service was friendly at the bar. Ambiance is Upscale Classy.ENJOY!!

In Caesars Palace forum shops. Top notch food. Excellent taste, and quality fresh seafood. The oysters I had were so good. Complimentary bread was delicious and addicting. The octopus appetizer was fresh and loved the flavors combined.My sea bass was on point. Melt in mouth with excellent flavor. Service was superb and our waitress was attentive. Great ambience and vibe. I highly recommend this place!

Request Will as your server. He knowledgeable of the menu to provide any recommendations you need for the meal whether your certain or uncertain on what to order. I ordered the Connecticut lobster roll with the fries. The fire were absolutely delicious and hot. Wife enjoyed the salmon entrée amazing flavor was dim lighting with Nautical decor.

The location is super convenient, I was shopping at Caesars forum when I came across this restaurant, the ambience is nice, it's also very well decorated inside. The service is also great, food came out very fast and all the waiters were very friendly and nice. The food was overall okay- I did enjoy the clam chowder and the scallops. However, the only thing I did not enjoy is the salmon roll, it lacked in flavor, and also the salmon was very fishy. Overall do recommend but would not order the salmon roll.

I love going to their Santa Monica location so my expectation was high and boy did I enjoy my dinner here. This place is huge, it used to be Spago a long time ago. Had drinks at the bar - really liked their Campfire Sling cocktail.For food, I always get the Grand to start. Great way to start the meal. It includes shrimp, lobster tail, oysters, mussels and scallops.A must order is the California Spiny Lobster! It is $65 per pound but oh so worth it. It is grilled and comes with coleslaw. This lobster is only in season from November to February. We really enjoyed this. Wish I could get this lobster in the DC area. The lobster meat is sweet.Service was fantastic.

Wow! E we're in Vegas for a 50th birthday and looking for a nice dinner. Water Grill did not disappoint. We had the oyster sampler and grilled octopus for starters. Both were amazing. 2 couples at the table split the Wagu steak and spiny lobster dinner. Perfect amount for 2 people. The steak was literally melting in our mouth. The lobster was set and delicate with a ton of meat. Another guest got the filet and crab. Again, delicious. The crab was split perfectly for easy access. The birthday girl grabbed the sea bass. Another hit. What made this even better was our server. Chad was so knowledgeable. The birthday girl had never had oysters before and he was great at explaining the taste and texture of each one so she could try a couple. Chad explained the menu and all of our options. The service was 6!10/10 would definitely go again next time in Vegas.
