Excellent experience all around!We actually had a reservation at Kidstopia and they canceled our reservation for a private party and didn't notify us. To arrive and be turned away sent my toddler into a meltdown. I called Wally's and they were wonderful! They said we could walk in with no reservation!Upon arrival, they greeted my daughter with stickers to cheer her up. They really brightened her day and gave her the best experience! Staff were consistently present, kind, patient, and engaging with kids.I loved watching my toddler's confidence grow as she learned to climb the larger structures and play with the other kids. There is nothing more magical than watching your child gain these skills in a positive environment. This was one of our best outings with our toddler in Las Vegas! Thank you, Wally!

My son enjoyed the play area and the games.Very pleasant staff all around.Very clean and well kept.

They don't list on the website that the bike track is not usable on the weekends. I drove all the way here from Henderson for that despite being only 5 minutes from the Henderson location. They also asked me to leave my sandals up front and put them on top of my son's brand new white shoes which damaged the shoes. These people are incompetent. Don't go here this place is dirty and not worth the price! I'd be very careful making false and defamatory statements that are not true. I never threw anything nor did I continuously use offensive language. Your staff is highly immature and unprofessional.

Clean facility, friendly staff, attentive people and fun atmosphere. We aren't really "indoor play place people" but during the crazy hot summer months when the kids need to get out of the house and burn off energy Wally Wombats is awesome. The play place is clean and well kept and the staff is super friendly and attentive. We've gone several times and will go more. This place is great! And the kids love it

I love this place for my 3 kids! I like how there is only one entrance/exit and my 2 year old escape artist can't get that door open this place keeps them busy for hours

This place is amazing. There is so much to do and my son really did not want to leave. The area was clean and well maintained. There equipment is perfect for younger kids but still fun for the older ones too!

My 3.5 year old LOVED Wally Wombats! This was a great find while we were in town to get some energy out. There was a wide variety of structures, activities and toys to stay busy for a few hours and my son was exhausted by the time we left.Coming from Seattle, the entrance fee was a steal and the ball pits provided tons of entertainment. I appreciated that the facility was shoe free and extremely clean. I felt very safe letting my son play here and will definitely visit again when we're in town.

We had my daughter's first birthday here in June 2024 and let me say I am a HUGE fan. The staff was amazing from start to finish helping set up her treat table, all decor that they had on stock but also what I brought in and they cleaned up EVERYTHING. I was not expecting such great hospitality but they were on it, so I am very appreciative of that. They kept me on time with all of our events and were friendly to all of our party guests.The only downside is the room was smaller than expected but I did bring several people. If you're looking for a party venue I highly recommend giving this location a try. My baby girl had an amazing time!

It's like kids paradise in here I would highly recommend if you have 1yeae olds - 6 year olds I think this is the perfect place to burn some energy and have some fun , there is a snack bar and arcade the place was really clean the day I went and there was really friendly staff as well

I went to there on last Saturday. The good thing was the place is nice and clean. But there was a lot of kids and I understand that was weekend, so that's ok. I suggest this place can limit the kid number in a certain time because if too much kid, the playground will be jam and those kid inside can not have the best experience to play because it's too crowd. The other thing is about the safety inside the blue and white ball pool, saw there was some kids are "soaked" and hiding inside the pool, at the time there was another kids trying to "jump" into the pool, that's very dangerous because they can't see each other, one kid will have a chance to stap on the other kid. Saw thee had 2 employees working inside the playground, they can remind the parent do not let their kid "hiding" inside the pool. Other than that, everything is nice, and I will come back with my kid.
