Excellent customer service and attentiveness. Great top floor bar. Get the sliders! Worth the money and thankfully no casino in the establishment

I'm never staying anywhere else in Las Vegas ever again. Last year we stayed at the Paris and there's NO comparison between these two places. The Waldorf is such a wonderful sanctuary in the middle of total chaos. The people, yes real humans, at the front desk were kind and patient. There were no long lines or kiosks at check in. In fact Jennifer at the front desk even got me to sign up for the Hilton Rewards program which I would of never agreed to if she wasn't so damn awesome. The valet go out of their way to see if you need anything and they keep everything secure. They also have a house car for close trips which was a nice touch. The room itself was perfect. The bathroom, the bed, the view.. all added up to the best Vegas stay I've ever had. Unfortunately I didn't get to use all the facilities but I'm coming back with my wife so she can experience this place. Bottom line is that you walk right out of the front doors on to the strip but don't feel like you're staying on the strip, which is a great. Thank you to the entire staff for being top notch. I honestly didn't think Vegas had anything this nice and can't wait to come back! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a stay here because you won't regret it.

Our favorite place to stay in Vegas! I can't speak enough about our experience each time! It's a special place to us because it's complete peace and relaxation when you want to get away from casinos, smoke, and the dirtiness of Vegas (love Vegas but let's get real sometimes it gets dirty feeling and lots of weed and cigarette smoke). The location is perfect as you can easily walk anywhere and go over to cosmo for a u-wrap or pressed for a nice juice. You have a concierge assigned to you so that you can get whatever you need easily. The spa is incredible and we love love the pool. The ceviche is perfect to order from the pool with some drinks. We love the views and the welcome feeling we get each time we go. They have a champagne vending machine which you go to the front desk for a gold coin for. They have an excellent gym there, very clean and has lots of equipment to choose from. Overall this is the top choice to get away from the craziness but still stay in the mix with an elevated experience.

Haven't been to Vegas in 20+ years, and wanted to stay in a hotel that we didn't have to walk through a smoke filled casino. This place fit the bill perfect. Nicely appointed room, friendly service, and right in the middle of the strip.

I had the unique opportunity to stay at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas twice during the holiday season - once at Christmas and then on New Year's Eve. Both stays offered distinct experiences, shaped by the occasions and the different booking methods.Christmas Stay - American Express Fine Hotel and Resorts Benefits:My first stay was booked through the American Express Fine Hotel and Resorts program, which came with a suite of benefits that enhanced the experience significantly. These perks, including possibly room upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, made the Christmas stay feel particularly special and luxurious.New Year's Eve Stay - Hilton Diamond Member Perks:The second visit was booked as a Hilton Diamond member, where I used my free reward night ( 80k points) for New Year's Eve - a fantastic value, especially for such a high-demand night. The highlight was the $200 upgrade to a panoramic suite. The suite was nothing short of spectacular, providing an unforgettable view of the New Year's fireworks. It was a remarkable way to ring in the new year.Room Service:During my stays, I indulged in room service, ordering a burger, spaghetti, and breakfast. Unfortunately, the food left something to be desired. It wasn't up to the mark you'd expect from a high-end establishment like the Waldorf Astoria, lacking in flavor and presentation.Valet Service:A significant plus was the valet service. The ability to call down and have the car waiting was incredibly convenient, especially in the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. This thoughtful service saved precious time and reduced any potential stress related to transportation.Hotel Access and Amenities:One notable limitation was the access to hotel amenities prior to check-in. Unless you have a spa appointment, there's not much to do if you arrive early and your room isn't ready. This can be a bit of an inconvenience, particularly for those looking to make the most of their stay from the moment they arrive. In addition, the need to use two elevators to get to the room was a bit of an inconvenience.Overall Impression:The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas shines in many areas - exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and memorable views. However, the room service quality and limited pre-check-in amenities slightly marred the overall experience. That said, both of my stays were enjoyable, with the New Year's Eve experience being particularly noteworthy due to the panoramic suite and the breathtaking fireworks display. I would recommend the Waldorf Astoria for those seeking a high-end Vegas experience, with the advice to possibly dine outside the hotel for more memorable meals.

We just did a staycation and I cannot rave about this hotel enough. The moment we pulled up until the moment that we checked out, it was perfect. To get more benefit, book with your AMEX thru the AMEX website. I am not sure how full the hotel is but we never felt there's lots of ppl. Only at breakfast did I see lots of ppl at the Zen kitchen. Service is amazing. Tub is perfect for 2. Hotel is immaculate. I want to take the bed home, slept too well. Room is spacious. Our room view cannot be beat. I didn't want to leave!Looks like I'll have to do more staycation here. Felt like I was not in Vegas but we were right in the heart of it all. Best hotel here.

The Waldorf Astoria is phenomenal. Excellent location on the strip and the accommodations are top notch all around.Minus a star because they would not budge an inch when it came to checking out a day early due to an emergency. They would not refund me a penny for that day or even credit me with the $50 food & beverage credit toward previous purchases which I would have received regardless if I had used their restaurant again had I checked out on the planned day. They also refused to grant me the $100 Hilton Honors property credit despite the fact I booked directly via Hilton Honors; apparently there is fine print that says you must specify you'd like to receive that when booking. Lastly, they never refunded me for a food item that was missing from my room service order despite saying they would when I called to inform them.If it weren't for these money-grabbing issues, they would easily have been 5/5 with an in depth explanation of why they are so great. Shame.
