Volcano Grille

First time trying Volcano grille and I will definitely be back. It hit the mark in every category Customer service - I can't say enough about Cameron, explained the menu and gave great suggestions so we were able to share and try their best sellersThe food - OMG so fresh and seasoned to perfection. The burrito is a must and the Platter was the perfect amount of veggies and protein. Don't forget the garlic sauce The price - very reasonable for all you get and quality Highly recommend

The food has historically been amazing. Recently, they have really fallen off in terms of quality and prep regarding their rice. The rice has huge chunks of garlic throughout. When I say HUGE, I mean HUGE. It throws off the whole meal when you bite into a huge piece of garlic. My advice to the chef, please mince the garlic OR use garlic powder. Take the extra time during prep because it ruins the food when you don't.

Customer service was great and my order came up super fast which later explained why the chicken was under cooked.I was not satisfied with my meal. I ordered teriyaki chicken but there was no teriyaki on the undercooked chicken. The rice was soggy and the noodles were overcooked. I will never return.

Wow the food was great but the best thing that makes the food great is the customer service was good they took care of us I would recommend to anyone

Of course we had to visit based on all the reviews from TikTok. They are known for the Hibachi burrito but we decided to get the combo plates. Wife and I were visiting Vegas for her bday and let's just say, place definitely lives up to the hype. Small, but well maintained place and food came out really fast. Will definitely visit again.

Really delicious and fulfilling bowls. The staff were nice and helped with choosing which sauce goes best for their food. A little overpriced for bowls, but their new deal has made it worth coming back! Very clean and nice inside.

The cashier was pretty nice but was a bit confusing when we were ordering. The sizes were a bit hard to understand. Nonetheless we got to order. We got a dish with shrimp and another dish with tofu and steak. The carbs were a big portion but the protein was small despite the price of the dishes. The tofu blocks were a bit funny. Its just a big tofu block. Would have been easier if it was cooked in bite pieces. The taste was good but nothing extraordinary.

I came here a few weeks ago. I ordered the steak and chicken plate with noodles and the miso crunch salad. I got a few different sauces and they weren't labeled so I didn't know which were which but they were all good. The steak was good but the texture of the chicken was a little strange for me. I didn't care for the noodles they were very sweet.

The food was delicious! It was a pretty big size but didn't look as large as it does on all of the TikTok videos in person. The guy working the counter was friendly and helpful. He also gave some good suggestions on the side sauces to order. The hot sauce and the wasabi sauce were both winners. Just the right amount of heat!The burrito was filling and stuffed with ingredients. You can customize it however you want. The cooked the vegetables perfectly. Everything was decently seasoned. It is expensive for what you get. I would come back but there are also a lot of similar options for cheaper in Vegas. Recommended.

Great service, Great Vibes, Great Food! The restaurant had fast Pickup service. Very friendly staff and great communication. Enjoyed our visit definitely putting the homies on! Volcano Grille is fire!!!!
