Absolutely terrible service. Multiple tables were complaining. The server only had 4 tables and they were sat at different times. We waited 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the server. Our food came out before our drinks. The food was subpar for what you'd expect for Fountainbleau Las Vegas. Breakfast food coming out cold and staleThe restaurant is decorated beautifully but don't let that fool you! Hard pass!

I love the decor of this restaurant. It matches the theme of the whole hotel, which is the navy blue and gold. I like the booths that are pretty private even when the restaurant is full, you can't really tell how many people are in it. My only issue is the lack of food customization from the entire menu. The food is great, but they don't let you substitute pretty much anything and they don't offer sides of things even if you wanted to build your own item. For example, the all in American breakfast is great for people like me who want sweet and savory, but you can only get plain pancakes, they wouldn't let me substitute for their brown sugar swirl Blueberry pancakes or a waffle or anything else that they offer. Only pancakes. You can only get a waffle if you get chicken and waffles which I didn't want and with pancakes alone being $30 I didn't want to customize my own platter to be over $50 for a traditional breakfast. You can also only get hash browns when they have breakfast potatoes for other dishes. We learned the hard way that there is cheese in this mini pastry on top of the hashbrowns and there may be cheese or extra dairy in the hashbrowns himself. I wish the menu disclosed that information. Again, Food was good. Just wish there was a little more flexibility.I would come back just to be served by Trisha again .She was absolutely delightful and pleasant from beginning to end even on a holiday like New Year's Day when I know all restaurants are slammed for brunch.

We had a rather large group for a birthday....I know it was probably one of the busiest weekends they ever had at this casino so I'm not sure if the restaurant was ready for such a big rush. Service was good but slow at times... Food was pretty good and we had reservations for about 10 people....The place is nice inside and holds a good amount of people. When I say slow I feel like they night be a bit understaffed or unprepared for what was a really busy weekend. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time we sat to getting our food. Don't get me wrong as mentioned the service was good and the staff tried to help along.....I would give it 3.5 stars but there are no 1/2 stars on Yelp and it wasn't strong enough to go higher so 3 for now... Maybe try it again on another trip...

Amazing brunch spot! Came here on a Sunday afternoon and was very happy with our meal. I ordered the Country Skillet which was great. My friend and I shared the Brown Sugar Swirl Blueberry Pancakes, which were incredible! Can't recommend them enough. Definitely glad I got to try this place!

Nice luxury place inside the Fontainebleau hotel casino. Seated to exit the staff was attentive to our experience. Our food choices did not disappoint. I'm moving into staying with my vegan choices and they offer options. My husband did not expand his choices and went with a chicken and waffle. He said the chicken was moist with flavor. It's most definitely a place I would return to sample more menu items.

Recently stayed at the Fontainebleau and visited Vida twice as our stay included credits toward this restaurant. On my first visit we were promptly seated and introduced to our lovely waitress. I ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl and it was actually a good sized piece of salmon. I opted for extra rice instead of edamame and enjoyed the pickled radish. The main thing the dish lacked was salt, so that was an easy fix. I do wish it was a little more saucy. My two friends had the American breakfast and really enjoyed it. On the second visit I had the chicken Milanese with a Caesar salad. Again the chicken was lacking salt. I liked the salad but wished it was completely separated from the chicken because the heat of the chicken made it kind of gross. I had one of their fresh squeezed juices and it was really refreshing! My friends had the smashed burgers. They said it was good even though one of them didn't like the fries. It's a spacious restaurant where you can actually talk without yelling. Wait staff is attentive. Was very convenient while staying at the hotel.

Our daily rate at the Fontainebleau included breakfast at Vida. Breakfast here is high quality and delicious. The dining room is large, beautiful, and elegant. For breakfast, I enjoyed a skillet of sautéed veggies and potatoes. A side of fresh fruit accompanied my skillet dish. The morning breakfast was excellent. A strong cup of coffee rounded out the meal. The service was flawless and prompt. Breakfast here is a five star experience.

We started our day early and found ourselves at Fontainebleau so we sought out breakfast and ended up here. We got there around 9am on a Friday and there was just a little wait to be seated. The crowd got bigger by the time we left. It is nicely decorated inside with an upscale vibe. We opted for a mixed berry smoothie, espresso martini, banana bread French toast, and eggs Benedict. The smoothie was refreshing and the martini was nice and strong. I was a bit disappointed in the Benedict with its meager Canadian bacon portion, but the egg was poached nicely and hollandaise sauce perfectly smooth. The hasbrown medallion served with it was so good. But, the star of the show was the banana bread French toast. It was divine. The bacon walnut crumble provided a sweet and savory balance with the cream and caramel anglaise. The banana bread was moist and flavorful. Wonderful dish! Overall we enjoyed our meal at Vida. The staff were all friendly and welcoming especially our server. He was attentive and pleasant throughout our meal. It was a pricey breakfast but we would likely come back if we were already at Fontainebleau.
