Amazing space for jazz lovers and aspiring jazz musicians. It's intimate and the acoustics are great. Budding musicians are welcome to test their talents on stage after main performers.Drinks* Smoke & Berry (5/5) * Hot Toddy w Apple (5/5) Dessert; I don't have a strong sweet tooth. * Cheesecake (3/5) * Chocolate mousse (3/5) Contrary to some reviews, service is prompt and checked on us regularly.Just one note; For water refill, the water pitcher touches everyone's glass. Not sanitary if you're a germaphobe.

ALRIGHT AND ALL WHITE! The ambiance was great, the food is good and the musicians are solid. My question, why are there so few Black jazz artists or even images (wall photos, artwork) in the venue? Yes, jazz is global and has transcended color and culture, which is a good thing. Music is music, but damn, you can pay a little respect to the originators in some way. And how about you get a few talented Black musicians booked more than once a year?

Made reservation for Vic's online, which was super easy and convenient. We got seated right away. This place was perfect as it was across the street from the ballet we were attending at the Smith center. This place is bigger than what I thought with a lounge on the right bar in the center and the restaurant on the far left side. We were seated in the restaurant portion. We ordered cocktails, which took almost 20 minutes to get to our table. I don't know if there was a back up at the bar. It wasn't super busy unlike the end of our dinner service when it became packed. That would be my negative to say about this place. They had a kids cheese pizza, which was perfect for our four-year-old . We had several different appetizers. I recommend the nippers , and the anti-pesto salad. I had the chicken Parm and my husband had the Bolognese. There was several daily specials, one of which blackened halibut which tasted amazing. Overall, this place is very nice and perfect for a fancy evening.

Live jazz music while dining! Separate bar area with gaming. Separate lounge area to watch a game. You can even reserve a private room for events. This place has it all and is located near the Smith Center. Perfect for pre-show meet up or date night. I ordered the fish that was very fresh and tasty. My husband ordered the veal picatta and said it was the best he has had yet. The servers were dressed and trained very professionally. Thank you for an upscale dining experience.

Great place, live piano music, played by a young musician from one of the schools in Las Vegas. Nice place for a Sunday evening meal. Has a nice lounge and bar area separate from the dining area. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. This restaurant is across the street from The Smith Theater. We ordered the meatball appetizer, butternut squash soup,Braised Pork,USDA prime skirt steak,Veal piccata, and fish of the day which was blackened swordfish. Everything was great! The flavors were great. Interesting they don't offer bread before dinner, not that I needed it,but it's better so you can eat your meal

Really wanted some live music and Italian food... This place showed up. Very happy we gave it a spin. The restaurant located inside a parking complex. We parked and walked about 20 feet to the front door. as can be seen from the pictures, this place is quite elegant and beautiful. Has a nice lounge, beautiful bar, and then the restaurant is very jazzy. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and brought to our booth. The booth faced the stage, and there was a person playing the piano. My son informed me that on Off nights, they contract with the local high schools too give the kids a chance to showcase their talent. This young man was a great piano player. We enjoyed listening to him play through the evening. We started with cocktails, and the waiter was full of energy and Ness that I like to see a in a restaurant. The address arrived fairly quickly. What we ordered:Long Island iced teaVodka, fruit punchMeatball appetizerButternut squash soupVeal piccataFlank, steak, medium rareSpecial of the day, blackened swordfishBraised porkBread puddingEverything was just perfect. The dishes were top-notch, my wife really enjoyed her drink. my island was a little sour, because they use fresh squeezed lemon/lime. It was an easy fix. Meatballs with their little crispy bread and the butternut soup were perfect. The Veal was tender and the piccata sauce was creamy savory and just the right lemony Flavor. Ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare. Black and swordfish was not overly seasoned. There was nothing I would change about any of the evening. If you have not tried Vic's, please try it. If I lived here, I I would try to visit here at least once a month. Also, looking at the calendar they bring in special performances. That would be really nice.

Classy! The piano player jammed, we were seated quickly and greeted by not only the server but by the chef. Wonderful piano bar vibes with a spectacular menu. Chef's kiss to this fabulous spot.

The music was incredible! We walked in on a Friday night around 8pm and we were seated with no reservation. The trio was composed of base, piano and drums; what a great team, incredible sounds. Service on the other hand was quite slow and lacked personality. Our server whose name we do not know, seemed to be Caucasian with glasses, was not the best server. A recommendation or two might have been nice seeing it was our first time here. the music was ending soon so we decided to order two of their seasonal cocktails, the margarita and the pumpkin pie martini. Way to go mixology team, these were tremendous! Well balanced cocktails with enhancing rims and velvety texture. I could drink 10 of each and be in danger since they're so smooth. The biggest disappointment was the dessert, they are definitely bought in but are not of good quality. The cheesecake was so bad we returned it. The chocolate mousse cake was stiff and overly sweet. I do not recommend these. The whipped cream was from a dispenser, with that remarkable plastic taste and sugar that coats your mouth, not good. I hope when we return and try the savory food items we are pleasantly surprised just like the cocktails.

We had 6 PM reservations and were seated immediately. Vic's dining room has changed a little since my last review. The sofa seating in front of the stage has been replaced by tables for dining. Overall the atmosphere remains cozy and comfortable. On this visit we were seated in a booth on the side along the entrance way. It's comfortable seating with a good view of the stage. Entertainment started on schedule at 7 PM and all tables appeared to be occupied. Our server was Christopher. Service was not hurried allowing plenty of time to enjoy our cocktails before ordering dinner. We ordered Minestrone soup, shoestring fries, Zucchini Blossoms which was a special appetizer and the Veal Piccata. The soup was thick with vegetables and pasta. Hot and tasty. The fries were soft inside and crispy outside. Zucchini Blossoms were filled with ricotta, fried and served with an arugula salad. A very tasty appetizer. The entrée of veal Piccata was served with tagliatelle and prepared in wine, butter sauce and capers. The veal was chewy. I would prefer a tenderer piece of meat. The pasta was perfectly cooked and worked fine with the butter sauce.

My partner and I decided very last minute to go to this restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner and were surprised at not only the fact we were seated instantly, but that the food to follow was delicious. Since it was a pre fixe menu of two options per course, we decided to get an option each to experience the range of the offer. The starter comprised of the house salad and butternut squash soup. The salad was a perfect portion to split for us and had a unique dressing. The soup was rich yet still balanced and not overbearingly squash. The main entree consisted of Turkey Breast and Honey Glazed Ham. Turkey was moist and the skin texture wasn't charred. However the flavor was a bit flat and could have used more gravy. The Honey Glazed Ham was wonderful and made me think of the same type of ham my grandma used to make for Thanksgiving. Sides for this were mash, candied yams, green beans, brussels sprouts, bacon mac and cheese, and stuffing. Sides overall were pretty average aside from the brussels sprouts which were cooked perfectly. Pumpkin pie and apple pie ala mode were pretty standard at the end. Although we didn't get to experience the live entertainment, we truly appreciate being able to experience Thanksgivng here. The lounge area where we were seated was exceptionally comfortable and clean to where I feel like I was probably more comfortable in there than in the dining room. Service was probably the best part with food expeditiously coming out as we were going through the courses.
