Ventanos is a great place to have good Italian food. The views of the strip are spectacular. The homestyle feel of the place is amazing as well. Everyone makes you feel at home. The food is very good. The wines by the glass offerings are pretty basic but the bottle list has much more to offer. We always look forward to going back!

The restaurant and dishes are presented well. The shrimp on the stone was a fun dish with yummy little sauces. The Alfredo and kids cheese pizza were phenomenal. Meatballs and gluten free spaghetti were a 4 out of 5. They were a bit sweet and lacking some savory seasoning. Overall, outside of a late appetizer and main dish we had a great experience. The staff said they would take care of us and they did. Oh and the beer and sodas were good too :)

My wife wanted to try something new on a special occasion day. A friend recommended this place, so we went. Based on the website, the restaurant looked popular and fancy -- so, we made a reservation. I noticed that all time slots were available to make that reservation -- odd for a Friday night, I thought to myself. When we got there, the restaurant was practically empty -- including the hostess podium. The podium stayed empty for a while -- and the waiting area filled up with a few customers. Finally, a mildly disinterested girl showed up and started seating people without saying much ("sorry about the wait" would have been nice). An owner-looking guy in a t-shirt came over and asked the girl if she was okay; then he called somebody to help her. When it was our turn to get seated, I mentioned our reservation -- which the girl ignored. Now, I am staring at an email from Ventano's reservation platform: "We noticed that you were unable to join us." Right.We got seated in the middle of a massive open dining room. In my opinion, this is the least cozy dining room in any Italian restaurant that I ever visited. I guess this helps more patrons get the view. Soon after we sat down, somebody brought a plate and filled it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Breadsticks to go with that appeared about 15 minutes later.Our server was great, but the service was sporadic. Of the food we ordered, the appetizers were the highlight. Everybody especially enjoyed the arancini. I got a cup of lobster bisque, which was excellent. When it came to main courses, here is the gist: the portions are huge, average, and unquestionably overpriced.The bottom line: if you can't drive a few miles to go somewhere else, you might just enjoy Ventano. If you have options, go somewhere else.

YES!!!! This is your sign to stop looking and have this for dinner! I have dreams about this place. We have been coming here since it opened and have never turned back. The service is ALWAYS incredible and the food has never disappointed! My favorite things are the Shrimp on the Stone and the Champagne sauce. They don't always have the champagne sauce so when they do it's a must. The view from the restaurant is just a dream. Overall Ventano's is always my #1 choice for any occasion!

Italian restaurant located in Henderson.The views here are gorgeous! Almost every table has an expansive views of the Las Vegas Strip.We started with the calamari which was delicious. For my meal I had the Ventano tortellini. Very tasty and filling. I could not finish.Definitely try their martinis, especially the espresso martini! Our server was top notch.

We ate lunch at this place. I had the chicken parmigiana and my husband had the veal parmigiana.. the sauce of the parmigiana was so delicious! One of the best tasting sauces I've had.. the food was utterly delicious. The staff was super nice. Brandee, was our waitress was lovely. She placed us in their rewards program. This restaurant is big and lots of light coming in through their windows. Loved their dishes. They had an old school look to them. Since it was lunch time, it was quiet. They do military discounts!!We'll be back.

The bar side was full and very busy, we asked if we could order from him and sit at a table. We ordered 5 things, and only received 4. Prior to us ordering we hit a jackpot and tipped him plenty.. so when we brought up the missing item he seemed annoyed with us. We also ordered some food to go, after inquiring after 40 minutes he definitely forgot and when we got home the food was just thrown in the box. Soooo not a fan of the service. The lamb and the carpaccio were the best things we got. The lobster bisque was less than a cups worth. The clams had ZERO clams but tons of bread crumbs. The menu looked appetizing and the food that walked by looked good. I guess sitting in the dining room would be a better option if you want attention. I honestly don't think I would care to go back considering the bar side left a bad taste in my mouth. Oh well.

Okay look the food is pretty good here. I mean every Italian spot does it a little different but it's always really good! Tonight I had the Shrimp Scampi and it was delicious! It's the service though! These folks really go out of their way to be sure you have an extremely enjoyable experience!
