Vegas Vegan Provisions

During my most recent visit, I enjoyed the Pot Pie filled with lentils, garbanzos, white beans, carrots, peas, beans and corn. It is one of the items that are in the heated case, ready to be eaten on the spot. Along with that, I enjoyed the Blueberry Coffee Cake.The visual display of food items is what attracts customers. So, unless you pay close attention, the fact that everything is vegan is not conspicuous. I don't think it matters to the average customer. This vendor has no shortage of business.
