I had 2 sewing machines that needed repair; 1 I tried to do maintenance on but didn't put back together correctly and the other a heavy duty Singer from the early 1980s that locked up on me. During the pandemic/shut-down I picked up sewing and my machines went through a lot. I brought my machines in early Jan 2022, I think everyone else in town did the same. Two and half weeks turned into three and a half weeks however, please don't let the time frame deter you from bringing your sewing machine for repair or maintenance. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional. The base price covered the repairs and maintenance for both machines. Both machines are now running so smoothly. I mentioned to one of the staff I had plans to get rid of the old Singer. He said keep it, it'll outlast me. Next time, I'm gonna skip the DIY maintenance and just bring them in.

There is nothing better than honesty. I took my vacuum cleaner in to be repaired and he took one look at it, checked out a filter and found the problem. I was shown how to clean it or they could option for them to do the service or could do it. What is great he could've taken me to the cleaners but he didn't. I will clean it and I will be back!

Notice how all the "Elite" Yelpers have given this place five stars? Because they deserve it! I called to find out about their services since my vacuum was not working. It had been taken apart and cleaned and still didn't work. Matthew answered and explained the process: I could leave my vac there and they would figure out what the problem is and give me a call with what was wrong. No fuss service. They got the vacuum working and it was cheaper than buying a new vacuum. Thanks Matthew for five star service!

I apologize to any of my clients that I have sent here. I have a small cleaning business and have been recommending this place for years. I had a great experience with the sales associate and felt good about sending business their way. I don't know if they are under new ownership or just new management but had a horrible experience today. The man claiming to be the manager could not have been more rude. It's like he did everything possible to not want my business. I no longer have any trust for this business and am in the market for a new repair shop. If anyone has had a good experience somewhere else please let me know.

A-ok experience here! Our Shark is three years old and between two dogs and the dust from and un-landscaped backyard, it was filthy. A friend of a friend mentioned getting it cleaned and serviced on Facebook, so I found Vegas Vac & Sew on Yelp and we were off! I dropped it off the week of Thanksgiving and they said it would be 7-10 days. Four business days later I got the text that it was done and picked it up. It is seriously squeaky clean and looks brand new! The filters were coated in a layer of dust and they look brand new. Love it! We will be bringing it back at least yearly to keep it running! Apparently cleaning your vac regularly extends the life of it so you don't have to keep buying new ones. I never knew this, but I'm glad we found Vegas Vacuum and Sewing because I was thinking it was time to get a new vacuum. Not anymore!

This is the worst place ever. If you want to get lied to and stolen from then this is where you want to go. I would not bring anything to this so called business. They will lie straight to your face and tell you they don't know and give you someone else to talk to that has a completely different story about what happened to your equipment. I've never been so upset and can't believe they still have a running business!!!! Don't go here!!!!

I took my Eureka vacuum and asked them to please let me know if it was worth saving or if I needed a new one. They were professional and thorough. Unclogged it, added a new belt and cleaned it up so it looks and works like new. $59 was well worth the investment if I get another year of service out of it. Thank you!!

If you have more then one location and your calls are being forwarded you should ask which location a customer is calling about. I met another another angry customer outside the rainbow location pissed and ask if I knew of another shop closer then Sahara or eastern.

Ross was terrific. He took a few minutes to look over my shampooer and told me what to try next. I bought one used on Facebook that was not actually in "perfect condition." After changing two parts and a thorough going over I was stumped. Ross tested everything and pointed me in the right direction. Fully recommend giving him a call or stopping in if you need help with your vacuum.

Bought a Dyson DC40 a few years ago. After many miles traveled either following or being pushed by a teenage boy, it began to fail.Brought the vacuum into VV& S for repair and was happy to hear that it was still under warranty!Service was friendly and knowledgable both on drop off and pick up. Small labor fee. The Dyson worked like a champ.
