These guys do a great job! Truly didn't know about this place until my dog chewed the cord on my Dyson vacuum - conveniently located in the Smiths Shopping Center in Summerlin. Brought the vacuum in - they were very busy and took the time to assess the issue & give me a quote - they had to special order a part - got my vacuum back in 5 days - overall a great solution & fair price for the repair! Staff is friendly & knowledgable & helpful !

I just purchased my first Riccar vacuum and I absolutely love it! Best vacuum I ever owned and probably will be the last. The brand itself is awesome- made and assembled right here in the USA and great for allergies and dust. It's an investment in a product that that if you take care it; it will take care of you. If and when it needs service or repair the manufacturer has a excellent warranty and the store can help with any repairs or servicing there in house. The gentleman at the store is amazing- incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They have a good return policy and are not pushy by any means. Just good old fashion business practices-honesty and integrity. I just can't say enough about how pleased I am all around with the vacuum and experience.

I am a professional organizer and personal assistant for one of my very good clients. I am glad I did not listen to the husband and throw out the vacuums that we're not working correctly as the wife gave me this store to take them. 3 out of 3 of my clients vacuums needed a good cleaning and parts replaced. When I picked them up they looked new and more efficiently! You can tell the owner is very passionate about what he does, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to me that I was not aware of on the vacuums and had replacement parts for a Dyson that still had a lot of life life left in it, and they had lost their accessories's during a move. Will be a customer for life and highly recommend, taking your vacuums here! I also want to try out the central vacuum cleaning they offer. Thank you so much!

Always great service and cleaning of my Dyson animal pro! They also complete warranty work, can order missing or broken parts- unless they already have it in stock. Vegas Vacuum and sewing carries a wide variety of Vacuums and sewing machines as well. Friendly service.

This place is amazing and the place to go for great and reliable vacuums. I purchased two vacuums here--a Riccar and a Sebo upright. They are seriously some of the best purchases I made. These vacuums really clean and every time I use them the air in our home literally feels cleaner. I know they are quite expensive vacuums but they are worth the price because they work so well and they really last. Mark was super awesome in showing me the vacuums and how they work. I really trust Mark and this store. Mark is very knowledgeable on the stuff they carry and they don't sell anything they don't believe in. Every time I have come here, I received excellent service. Both the Riccar and Sebo vacuums I purchased came with excellent service warranties which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend this place!

I love supporting locally owned mom-n-pop businesses and this one is no acceptation. They take pride in what they do and do it well!

this place is a joke. don't waste your money on any service this place has to offer at any locations. this place called Vegas Vacuum scams people they had our Kirby since last October still no call no show. They offer a free loaner vacuum well that's a lie. Mark promised to have the aka so called GM to call me Welp it's been month 3. Still on the goose chase. They take advantage of women and owner be aware and shoppers don't buy anything from these inbreeds.

I had two of my vacuum cleaners taken apart and cleaned very thoroughly. Not only did they look brand new but worked much more proficiently . The bill was fair and I will definitely return there. I highly recommend them to my friends and relatives .

I have had my vacuum for years. It's a Hoover and uses a belt. I normally change it out myself after it breaks.I called ahead of time to make sure they had my belt size. I was assured they did have it. I drove 10 miles bc I couldn't find a closer business. They DID NOT have my size and we "made due" with a different belt. The employee tried it out in there NO pile carpet and it worked.I get home and can hardly push it!! I called and employee told me to RAISE the setting for higher up!Really? I have cats and a lot of hair that needs to get vacuumed up. So, he "ordered" me a new one. I went in and he put it on. Same thing, it worked on NO pile carpet. I get ll home and on the usual settings, and it was very hard to push and started to suck up my "runner" carpet! I think he put the same wrong size belt back on. I've had this vacuum for several years and In different homes/carpets and I know how it is to push it.I have back issues so I know how it performs.Customer service was fair at best and am not going back! FYI.....

I took my Rug Doctor in to be serviced. It had poor suction and needed a tune up. It works beautifully now! They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again. Thanks!
