Vape Street - North Las Vegas

Not open at the schedule time. On Saturday 6/3/23 at 9:45am no one is at the location. This not a huge problem but if you're planning to grab vape supplies on the way to work, you possibly wasted time heading towards this location. Other than that, this location doesn't have to best quality in regards to product. Only vape store I've bought containers and it was normal for them to leak. Been vaping since 2014 and leaky containers was never the norm. One star because this location has improved since the last review.

Im so glad they opened up a location on this side of town, it saves me a long drive. In my experience their staff is always knowledgeable.They have great prices on their juices, and when they have sales you don't wanna miss them.

Staff was friendly and greeted each guest in a timely fashion. Gave personal insights on specific products and made the selection process easy and comfortable.

I'm usually not one to leave reviews even after bad experiences but the last 3 times I've purchased backwoods from here have been a waste of money and time. Overpaying for the same backwoods that can be bought down the street for cheaper and they are fresher. I will stop making the mistake of coming to this smoke shop.

Multiple times ive been here and this unprofessional place has been closed when suppose to be open... it is currently 11 on a Monday so what time do yall open???

I go to this place, idk, about once a week? And every time I come here the customer service is always top notch. I usually get helped by Zack and Brendon and they're always so helpful in recommendations and answering my questions. They have a large selection of mod kits to select from and juices as well. The value of the product is always going to come from the main company and their reseller. I believe that the mods and juices have great value when you're willing to spend the right price. I don't buy disposables often but I know something like a product like that it could always lead to disappointment due to the way they are built. Overall this is my favorite store. I even love collecting the merchandise of theirs too.

Have been coming here for a while now and it's just got worse and worse just waited outside for 25 min (they open at 10) because they where late and instead of letting us inside so we don't have to stand outside but no showed up 15 min late while we where all standing there and told us to wait then proceeded to have us wait out side for another 15 min . 30 min of waiting and left ( there was 5 customers and me and 3 others left)

Always have a problem here. When you purchase a new vape they come with free batteries but yet Daniel always makes me pay for them. But yet when I come other times and it's not him they give me them and say they come with the vape purchase.? I don't understand why Daniel always makes me pay for them when it's him working ? He's not professional at all always has something smart to say back to you ! Needs to be taught customer service.

My friends always tell me to come here so I finally gave them a chance and I am not disappointed! Customer services was really good. They had a huge selection of juice so they spent time helping me find a flavor I actually really like! Plus you can't beat the prices there!

If you come in and don't know exactly what you want right off the top of your head, you're in for a bad time. Vapeco up the street is a lot more helpful/friendly. (2 stars because my first visit went well, employee was happy to help me with juice flavors. My return visit 2 weeks later was not the same vibe.)
