We drove up and the guy came out quickly and asked what we needed. My husband was looking for CBD vape with coffee flavor. The guy said yeah no problem! He took bottle inside matched it and gave a better price than California! Also the vape was great husband loved it! Thank You great service!

Awesome family run shop! The staff is so nice and they will custom make juices for you if you need it. This is the only shop I go to now!

This is my new Go-To Vape shop! I recently moved here from California and have tried a couple of shops near me and most seem to be unprofessional and unknowledgeable about the products they sell. I came in today because I'd been having problems with the Smok Beast Tank leaking whereas other places would have directed me to buy something new and "better." Vape NV on the other hand was very helpful in terms of problem solving my issue rather than just telling me to buy a new one. Always very welcoming and friendly with great flavors and products! I'd recommend this shop to anyone who hasn't found a shop yet or is looking for a better one.

The folks at Vape NV are wonderful and I've never had a negative experience. I wish I knew her name, but there is a lady there who always helps me and I met her husband yesterday. I especially appreciate their willingness to help and the fact that there is no pressure. It means the world to me that my business is just as good as anyone else's even though I don't buy much. (I only buy tanks because I feel like a traitor to the place I get my juices from in AZ) I will say that when I have other vaping needs, they're the only place I'd bother to visit. Go ASU! * smile *

They were very friendly and let me try any juice without haggling and being pushy like some shops. Kind of tucked in smaller place but juices were tasty!

Awful customer service. I felt completely ignored by the staff, I even tried to have a conversation with the staff, and was looked at like a leper. If I was just getting into to vaping I would have been completely turned off to it. A very elitist attitude by all staff members. The prices are way to high compared to other competitors in the valley. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I found this shop by accident because i stupidly locked my keys in my car and was waiting for someone to unlock it and of course my juice was in the car so i needed to pass the time so i found it and it was a bit further than i anticipated so after being yelled at by bums and making that trip i was tired but everyone in there including customers were super nice and i told them what happened and the lady that helped me(i dont think i caught her name but she knows who she is ) offered to give me a ride back while my juice was being made in the back by the other guy who was helping me - she even denied my $10 tip which i secretly still left her (lol) after i said its ok she insisted to take me so if thats the kind of people u want to surround urself with then stop by, i am! Thanks guys soo much!! I was gonna stop by before i left and bring a pizza but u guys were already closed! Anyway thanks so much again!!!!

This place is it.! Save your money, stop going to pinks spot, and get the juice you will truly enjoy at the price that's easy to kept you vaping. The owners and their staff are fantastic people! They will help you figure out what you are looking for and give you their recommendations based on you your taste buds and device you are using. They carry the best of the devices and accessories, they have weekly specials, and a points card/system that offers great opportunities to earn free bottle of your fave juices. We love this place!!!

Great place and very friendly staff. Went there tonight for the first time and got helped immediately. Prices are cheaper than other places I have gone and they have a rewards program, to earn points towards free stuff. Check it out if you want to quit smoking.
