Vape City

Found this place while running errands, and my friend needed a new vape. The store was clean and we were greeted as soon as we came into the store. One thing I loved off the bat was the two dogs that were running around. I'm a sucker for animals any day over people, the guys behind the counter had no problem helping us find a new vape and even convinced someone like who doesn't vape to try one. One thing i found out is that if you check in on yelp you get 10% off your purchase, which is really cool. But when it was time to check out at the register he told me it was expired, but he still gave me the 10% off. Which is always a good thing to do when it comes to customer service. I'll have to make another trip in when I'm in the area running errands.

These guys are the best of the best ad far as being just great people.They have helped me many many times with several different circumstances. I left there today and thought have I ever given them a long overdue great review??? I thought I must have but never did.Tonight just needed a recommendation on juice and he was so cool and helpful. I've brought in vapes that we're beyond hope and on their last leg they helped. A couple years ago I donated a toy for their gift drive. They gave me something back.I can't say enough but just vaping outside I'm glad I finally giving them PROPS. Came in here for the first time today and purchased a Peach Ice Puff Flow. I smoke them all the time its my favorite. Welp this shop sold me a fake. The left is a real one and the right is the one this shop sold me. Look at the color difference!! Flavor is all off and two puffs in my throat is getting burned. My hope is this shop doesn't know they're selling fakes but I'll never be going back again.

BEST JUICES AND EMPLOYEES IN VEGAS!!!!This vape shops goes HARD !!! these people have the most amazing selection of juices salt nic normal and house juice it's great really. not only that but they have the sweetest funniest people workin there for real love them. but also for all y'all who enjoy "tobacco" they have hella special pipes silicone ones rollin papers grinders lighters and more!!! y'all gotta check it out.

After kissing a lot of frogs in Las Vegas, while still being a loyal patron to this shop for years, this has and will always be my favorite vape shop. Unlike a lot of establishments in Las Vegas, that have used COVID as an excuse for poor customer service/lack of inventory this shop has been a knight in shining armor. Even through the toughest days of Sisolaks scamdemic ghost town they always did whats right by their customers getting me the supplies and juice that I needed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and are on top of running the store. The always stocked premium juice inventory with great variety. The store is always sparking clean and inviting. Truly an establishment you feel good about patronizing.

Came here for the first time the other day because I'm starting to quit smoking. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name who helped me, he was very informative and helpful. He even set up my stuff for me. If you're serious about quitting cigarettes then this is the place to be. Also happy to say that today marks exactly one week since my last cigarette, and it's all thanks to vaping!

Best and most friendly vape shop I've been to in a long long time. I usually go to smoke shops for disposables, one I usually went to was close and saw this was in the same lot. The worker who served me not only got me into what is now my most favorite disposable / reusable battery vape. Let me test a flavor before knowing anything about it (coffee is literally hazelnut coffee) then explained how it worked. Recommend to any and everyone one. Also they have bulk deals and bang for buck values!

I ve been to this place only a few times and was assisted by Tony V on two of those occasions. He is knowledgeable and patient since I just recently quit smoking mini cigars for a number of years, near a dozen a day is way too many. Anyhow I just picked up a new Smok Novo Master mod and am completely satisfied thus far with its simplicity just hope I don't burn it out too soon. By the way pricing in this shop is OUTSTANDING along with the staff, of the two (Matt) that I've met and I've been to more than several shops near me. Highly recommend for Vaping needs. Gatoriii
