I saw discounts on their website, so I stopped in. A young man there seems befuddled about the pricing. He was unaware of the discounts. I showed them from my phone. He said the prices were only good for online purchases. I left.

I'm appreciative of the knowledge that you had and can't wait to test out your new recommendation with Sakers. I bought my first Vape 10 months ago here and now back for a new tank. Good shop. Reasonable prices. Good selection. Lost my vape and found this place with a Google search and Uber ride. Staff was very helpful getting me back online very quick with exactly what I wanted.

Great selection. Helpful and courteous staff, and decent prices. Neither location is near me, but I make the trip to spring mountain because they stock a lot of different products.

Well here it is my new vape shop! Best prices and incredible selection!The customer service was tops! When asking for the prince mesh coils she pulled them right it no problem! We tried a few new juices and left pleased. The shop has gaming, shuffle board and lots and lots of couches. It's a pretty big store, clean and organized.We will be returning here from now on and highly recommend vapors visiting this shop!

Robert and Angela are awesome!! I drove across town to your store for help. I've smoked for over 30 years and they helped me find a vape that works for me. In one week, I've cut my smoking to a third so I went back and got another one. I got Angela again, who remembered me, and bought another vape! Thank you so much!! Robert and Angela should definitely be promoted or get a raise for being such great advocates of your store! I'm recommending them to ALL of my fellow smokers!!

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to share my experience. I purchase an Elf Bar disposable vape at this shop (~$25 after tax). When I decided to open it, it did not work at all - an absolute dud. I came back into the shop to return it and I was told that they would not accept a return or even exchange for a working one. I was told that it was their policy once the vape leaves the store's front door.I typically try my vapes prior to leaving the store, but because I was still on a previous one, I did not decide to open this one yet. I was not notified of this policy by the staff when purchasing nor prior to leaving (otherwise, I would have opened and tried it).I would just like it to be known that staff should ensure this policy is known whenever a customer makes a purchase. At the minimum, some signage in the shop stating this policy would be nice...Otherwise, this shop is very nice and has plenty of options. The reason for my rating is solely on this unfortunate experience of mine. First time experience, but I guess my lesson is learned.
