Love Tropical smoothie ! My favorites are Bahama mama and Kiwi Quencher it's always great ! My goto smoothie spot on the go. Customer service was nice .

DRIVE-THRU:The smoothie was AMAZING!! Very flavorful and fresh. Customer service was good. The salad was delicious, but for the price, I expected more than just a tiny piece of chicken and a tiny piece of bacon. People complain about tipping in the drive-thru, but I believe they deserve to be tipped as well.

Took forever to make a decision on what I wanted, decided with sunrise smoothie which was very thick but lacked flavor. I waited to order for over 5 minutes while a worker just stood there than walked to the back where another guy took my order.

Smoothies aren't terrible but quite overpriced imho. At least they're open 24/7 and on delivery services :)

This is the 4th time I've visited this location at 7am/720/730 and today 9/28 it is 749 am and once again no one is here. Pathetic. Who is running this location because clearly the morning person isn't up for this early gig.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. The person in front of me left without getting their smoothie because it took too long. There were a few smoothies on the counter and she handed me mine, I drove home and realized it was the completely wrong smoothie. I won't go back for a while, maybe they just need to get a new crew in there.

Your employees need to stop asking for tips. They aren't waiters on that kind of hourly wage. Provide good service and you'll get tipped, but you gotta stop expecting it.

The staff, who appear to be underage teenagers, still continue to sneak/trick you into tipping them through the drive through. This has been an ongoing problem at this location for several years now and it is clear management has done nothing to correct it. Just the other day I was not allowed to use the card machine but the young man at the window asked "do you want to tip" and I said "no". After this he would not speak to me and purposely put my order next to the window and walked about for several minutes in what felt like an attack for not tipping him.

I ordered 3 smoothies and 3 sandwiches like I always do and I let them know I want the happy hour smoothie. I was told I'm NOT allowed to get the happy hour price since I ordered food. Once a week I order this way. Now it's changed. I asked when did it change she said I don't know. Great let me speak to your manager. Same thing I cant help you do you still want your food. I asked the disrespectful manager for a corporate or managers phone number she said I cant give it to you. Then its time for my food to come I asked for my chips she said you didn't order a side I cant give them to you unless you order them. What??? I just paid 42.00 for terrible tasting smoothies and I can't get my chips. I'm done with this location. As a manager of a franchise I would never allow something like this to happen.

What the f* is this? I was wondering how they could've cooked it from the time I ordered to the exact time I pulled to the window lol laziness. Who wants cold chicken, cold pesto, cold cheese? Disgusting. I'll be back tomorrow. Can't even eat this BS it's loaded with too much cheese.
