I don't like them anymore. they opened at 7am I got there at 7:25 placed an order checked out walked back in 1 min later. the budtender Gave me the wrong order that I didn't ask for. I didn't check it until I left out and immediately came back. the guy at the front desk said I couldn't return it or exchange it because it was already sold! but it wasn't what I ordered! I dislike when people say "im sorry or I wish I can do something" when they really don't care! I won't be back

I recently had to cut ties with Tree of Life because of a mistake they made, and their very unsympathetic attitude and their unwillingness to make things right.I ordered a bag of 23% flower and got a bag of 18% bammer. They refused to take responsibility for the mistake and gave me some measely reward points that I couldnt even trade for a cheap lighter.Tree of Life does not stand by their product, they do not care if they made a mistake and you didnt get what was advertised, and they will not make it right when it happens.As a medical consumer, 18% is worthless for my condition.This place is simply a money making apparatus, dont buy the whole charity spiel, its just an excuse to round up an order thats $121.16 to $122. That change adds up, and no proof or example of money donated is ever shown.

Always clean always nice and helpful... Never had a bad experience.... I have very bad arthritis in my hands can't open those dark gone bags. They seem to know me there they always leave just a tiny tiny opening so that I can open it when I get home otherwise, I have to get a pair of scissors and struggle and try and cut through it, they just make it so much easier.....

This was my go-to spot up until they started to nickel and dime their loyal customers. Used to have awesome deals but sad to say that they got greedy. Prices went up as customer satisfaction went down. Ill start taking my business to Cultivate now. Manager Malory didn't even bother to talk me after asked twice.

I am a medical card holder and have chosen to frequent this business over the past month or so. I buy one thing which is edibles... today the manager Nate short for Nathaniel he said, decided not to honor the medical discount for the exact products that I have bought every time it is part of their daily special. In fact I had bought some of the exact product earlier in the day and as always was given the medical discount. Disappointed because I had to wait in the drive-through line for 30 minutes to pick up an online order.I will say every other experience frequenting this business has gone well though, transaction wise and employee wise .
