One of your first questions will probably be "Am I in the right place?" Let me answer that for you ....YES! This building houses 2 hotels and they share 1 front desk. Even though the desk says Fairfield and you are staying at Towneplace- it is one and the same here.Check in: Continuing the Saga of Marriott digital keys never working at any property, we can add this one to the list- No digital key so i had to get one.Room: Hey this room was pretty slick looking. A good use of the compact space. It had a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner range, dishwasher, fully stocked cupboards and everything else you may need for a longer term stay. The shower was very unclean and the shower door sounded like a very loud elephant call when sliding open or closed.Pool: At first the pool gate wouldn't open so I had to get an employee to rekey the lock. Then it was discovered that no towels were kept at the pool anymore so i had to go in again and get some. For a hotel of this size i thought the pool itself was very small....but there are grills out there so that's cool. This property had a killer gym, one of the best i have seen.Breakfast the next morning was adequate.I found this to be a very nice property.

Great Hotel off the strip. This hotel is great value and offers large rooms for the price. Plenty of parking. Large gym space and offer a vast selection of food in the morning buffet. Rooms include a kitchenette and desk area. Staff is very friendly and considerate. Accommodated our late arrival.

My favorite of all the Fairfield Marriotts in the Vegas Area. The customer service here is unparalleled. This location also is cleaner, offers free parking, complimentary water and the ladies at the front are charming. My stay was on the fifth floor, had a partial view of the strip from my room. Breakfast was good and the food seemed better than the other Fairfield's. Shout out to Thiare, who has one of the best personalities for someone working the graveyard shift. Will definitely stay here when I come back!

I drove from Oxnard, Ca to this Towneplace Suites. I arrived at 1am and was greeted by John. His service was absolutely fantastic, he made me feel welcome and he was extremely accommodating. I have to say I will definitely come back just because of his work ethic and attitude. Generally speaking I'm used to be greeted by apathetic night auditors but not John. His service is impeccable, he set the bar high for all my future visits.

I stayed here for a few nights on a different occasion and I always have a good things to say about this property. First, this hotel (2 hotels under a single roof) is a great place for the larger group / families as the rooms on towneplace suites side have full size kitchen. Being going through the resort and have to pay everything resort price, this is a welcome change where we can go to supermarket nearby and get our daily essentials.Location wise, this hotel is walk-able to the rental car facilities and the Las Vegas Premium Outlet (South). Few fast food and sit down restaurant nearby.Spacious and clean room as this hotel is a new building opened right around COVID-era.Free WifiFree ParkingFree Hot Breakfast. Big savings for groups.Best of all, this hotel have great team members. Thiare at the front desk was truly the gem. She is so genuine and helpful to every single guest. I feel I have been truly welcomed as a valuable guest. The management should be proud to have a nice group of team members working hard at this property to make this property an excellent stay!

Dirty rooms. No hand soap, lotion or silverware in kitchen area. Dried blood on comforter. When we called to ask for new bedding we were told to throw the dirty linens outside the door and they just handed us new ones.

This Hotel deserves 5 stars in my opinion, everything from the moment I was checking in to checking out was such an experience. The complimentary breakfast buffet is amazing. They offer ice cold water, steaming hot coffee and cocoa. The room I stayed in was just perfect and I had a small problem with my tv and they sent maintenance right away! As well as toilet paper when needed. It was overall clean and tidy, and you can't forget the kitchen that included a microwave a stove top a sink and a fridge! This hotel is perfect both hospitality and economic wise. I will for sure come back when I visit Vegas again! Leanna the receptionist was so kind and patient! Definitely go to her for check in :)) THEY ALSO HAVE A GYM and breakfast is from 6:30-9:30 A BUFFET!!!

Pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the room was! You basically have a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove! Even with plates, bowls, utensils and a few cookware. Room was also very spacious and very comfortable beds. Conveniently close to airport but also how nice gas station is right next door across the driveway. Lots of eateries nearby as well. Leanna at the front desk deserves a special mention as she handled the computer outage like a champ. She guided me along efficiently with the necessary paperwork and she was so helpful, pleasant, and professional while also being very personable. After a long drive to get to Vegas, I felt very welcomed! I know where to come back to next time I am in town.

The room was clean but there were several maintenance issues with this place:1) Elevators were acting up and there was only one elevator operational for the entire hotel when we stayed there. It was the big elevator that was OOS which was quite inconvenient.2) Heater did not work in the room. Maintenance came to fix the issue, the technician reset the thermostat and heat started working, but after we switched it off and switched it on an hour later it wouldn't blow out hot air again.3) Air conditioner did not work properly; air came out but it was room temperature, not cold. This made it too warm at night. What was surprising was that by the time we checked out it started working properly on its own. Also keep in mind they limit you to 68 degrees as the lowest thermostat setpoint which may not be cold enough. This is also one of the few hotels that lets you open the window all the way, which is nice for when your climate control does not work.
