They sell a bunch of old overpriced appliances that only work a couple months. They don't care about their customers. It's all about making money for them. I don't recommend this place at all.

I called earlier today about a quote for a dryer. The lady who I spoke with on the phone told me that the store had two electric dryers in store for reasonable prices. I drove to the store to see the both dryers for myself and settled for the one that was priced at $190. Paid in cash, she went over the warranty with me, and took my information down so that it will be delivered to my home. The machine was delivered to my home and the person who delivered it not only installed it but also took out my old dryer. Very happy with the service Toronjo Appliances provided me.

Came here with my mom because she wanted to purchase another fridge-but not at full price so of course not brand new. I came with her the day she paid for if and the service was great, they had it delivered the next day and I browser their selection of appliances and they had a nice selection of stoves, fridges, and other appliances that looked almost new but about half the price had you purchased new. My moms had her fridge for over a month now and its working great. No problems. I will come here for appliances if/when I need one.

Purchased my dryer from them, works great! There was a little confusion with what dryer I wanted ( you would think my boyfriend would rememeber... but he didn't) and they were willing to switch the one I purchased for the one I actually wanted. My dryer came with a warranty also!

I bought a washer and dryer from these people for $300.. the washer works fine the dryer takes about an hour and a half to dry a regular load. I called them about it they came down looked at it did something to it still same thing. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from these people

I just purchased a refrigerator from them, what a deal, it's great, however, it's the service that impressed me the most, during delivery we realized I'd mismeasured they had to remove doors and I never was aware how complicated that was fridge doors are on tight, no complaints from guys delivering, even though it was clearly my fault, smiles and pleasant conversation from them only, polite, respectful & funny, long story short, great fridge, better service excellent products, have already had a friend going to purchase a fridge of their own. Highly recommend.

Sold me an appliance that doesn't work properly. Called them the following day and they won't refund my money. It's disgusting how this business thinks it's ok to cheat people out of hundreds of dollars by lying and selling poor equipment then tell you there are "no refunds". I asked before purchasing if everything worked fine and they said yes. WELL THAT WAS A LIE. I've lived in Vegas for over 30 years and never encountered such a terrible buying experience like I did here. STAY AWAY!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

My partner used this company for a property but they refused to fix the item even within 30 day even they wrote 9-day warranty. Very rude and dishonest people. Never again.

Do not expect them to honor their 90 day warranty. The dryer I bought had a part break off on the 1st use. Instead of coming to repair the issue they said we must have slammed the door or broke it somehow. Very rude on the phone and it was apparent they have no regard for customer service or retention and never an intention to honor the warranty. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I only used them again due to convenience. I wont make that mistake again.
