3.5/5 Nestled in the Fremont Hotel new Food Hall, this joint caught my family's attention on a chilly day when we were craving something warm. After some deliberation, we decided that soup would hit the spot. We ordered a few items, starting with the noodles. To be honest, while they were decent, I felt that the $12.50 price tag was a bit steep for what we received. The broth lacked distinction and didn't stand out from similar offerings elsewhere. The kimchi fried rice, though tasty, could have used more kimchi for that robust flavor I was hoping for.If you're someone who regularly enjoys authentic ramen, you might find it hard to justify spending $15 after tax and tip for this meal. The portions, flavor profile, and noodle quality definitely leave room for improvement. Overall, while it's a cozy spot to warm up, I think there are better options around if you're seeking a memorable bowl of noodles.

Looking for a quick bite while staying next door at Circa. This caught my eye as I wanted something nongreasy to fill me up before a night of drinking. Food court ambiance with a plethora of tables and seating. Food took about 10 minutes after ordering, Overall it did the job, but not a spot to go out of your way to try. Tomo Ramen - 3/5 - Served piping hot with fresh ingredients. Chicken had a nice teriyaki flavor. Chashu was tender but a little bland. The broth had a salty shio-like flavor, although was dubbed tonkatsu. I appreciated the few wontons mixed in. The noodles reminded me of instant noodles, really limp without any texture. I ended up still finishing the whole bowl, as I grew up in instant ramen lol.

Located inside the newly remodeled Fremont hotel in downtown Las Vegas. Bright, shiny and very comfortable. Plenty of seating and great for couples and/or families. MCame here upon a recommendation of a friend to try the OG POKE NACHOS. When we ordered we were told they had run out. Kind of a let down considering its dinner time. Ordered the kimchi fried rice and it was delicious. In town for a few more days so I plan to return to try the poke nachos.

Located inside the Fremont Hotel and Casino food court this place was very average. The flavors were ok but the size of the bowl was on the smaller end. The staff was ok and most importantly the overall taste of the noodles was just ok. The broth was above average but I prefer the broth to be hotter. You can do better but if you don't want to leave the hotel and look I guess this place will do unless you go to the garden kitchen and order their saimin bowl which I have yet to try.

This was a walk up restaurant in the food court area of a casino on Fremont We came here because we were trying to get somewhere else and put our name on the list but was told we may not get in. Hungry and not expecting to get in we walked around until we found something quick and found this place. Look at the picture I posted!!! That stuff was so good. We got some pork wanton bowl but it was like ramen also. Packed with stuff. Didn't hold back. Wish there would have been more. We sat and ate it at the food court area. Window walls around us to look outside to Fremont or whatever part of the street it was. There was a bar we could have sat and eaten at that was apart of the restaurant but there were no tables. Only the food court tables

They were out of at least 5 items. We just needed a snack and got the dumplings. The sauce was a salt bomb. Service = bad vibes.

Located at the Food Hall court in the Fremont Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. They have a few selections of ramen. I just got the Tomo ramen which is the basic but pretty much as a lot of the stuff that some of the others have. Service was not bad this is the second time I've eaten here. Overall a good spot for your ramen fix in the downtown Las Vegas area.

Located in the Fremont hotel food court this place was the least crowded on superbowl weekend. Service was pretty slow and looked like they had some new employees on the line. In terms of food, some dishes were okay and others were below average.Tomo Ramen - Easily best thing here. Stick with the noodles I mean it's called Tomo noodles. Flavors were good, ramen texture was solid. Meats were flavorful and overall it was good ramen for food court. (4/5)Fried Rice - Basic fried rice with very mushy rice. I don't think they know how to cook rice. Didn't taste Asian at all. Flavors were okay but yeah way too mushy. (2/5)Chashu Donburi - For $14 just skip this. It's all rice and 3 slabs of meat. It lacks flavor and content and for the second most expensive thing on the menu this is a pass. Mushy flavorless rice made me require soy sauce to make it edible. (1/5)Mediocre place if you want a quick bite. It's an okay spot for Americanized Asian food. Stick with noodle dishes because the rice falls flat. Prices are okay.

First time here , by default, as it was one of the few things open in Vegas at 11pm on a Tuesday night . The food tasted fresh and was served quickly . Parking was a challenge - had to finally valet it - the only option available!

False advertisement. This is not tonkatsu and had no pork in it as described in the menu. The best description for this would be chicken bbq noodle soup. Seriously, I'm not even sure what this dark brown broth/sauce is. Tastes like bbq chicken sauce and water.
