Great food, great service, the ambiance had a nice vibe to it. Ersha was our server and did a stunning job. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice brunch spot in the SW area.

Flew into Vegas from LA right on time for brunch. Handy dandy Yelp app led us to Toasted Gastrobrunch and we got lucky with no wait time. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This is a casual dining spot not too trendy.Of course we checked out the photos on our drive over so I had an idea of what I wanted. (almost everything haha ). We were seated right away and an extremely helpful gentleman (and his shadow) were at our table ready to serve. I had considered the chilaquiles but the photos looked like they weren't saucy enough. I didn't want to be disappointed. Funny enough that the waiter recommended the chilaquiles and said he'll make them right and extra saucy for us. He surely delivered with the sauciness and we loved them. Even brought a side of extra sauce. Had a nice kick to it but not too spicy.Other food/drinks we ordered:- Shrimp and Grits with Eggs (so freakin good. so much flavor. had bits of andouille sausage. perfection) - Eggs in Purgatory (like a savory tomato based soup with eggs in a bread bowl)- Mimosa flight: lavender lemonade, prickly pear, mango, and hibiscus (lavender was my least favorite, hibiscus was my most liked)- Cucumber morning (too light for me but my husband said it was refreshing for him)We were hangry and over excited. Ordered way too much food. Overall, loved the service and experience.

UPDATE: This is/was one of my favorite places to go. I don't know what was going on yesterday, but it was an off day for this Toasted Gastrobrincb.location. It was pretty empty for a Saturday, not the usual long wait (which was good for me). I ordered my usual Eggs in Purgatory and coffee. My entree was very watered down, and not what the consistency of what shakshuka should be, and it looks las if the cook just threw out a handful of whole mint leaves on top, not chopped, like the usual. Coffee took a bit to come out because they were making a new pot. When my waitress brought it out. The cups was not even full! Both my son and I ordered coffee and BOTH of our coffees were not filled. The waitress just dropped it off and left. Are we running low on coffee at Toasted Gastrobrunch? I have never in my whole 55 years, had ever gotten a coffee that was not filled to the top!!! We had to laugh it out because it was crazy...and I took a picture to post on my social media. Sad to say, I didn't give my usual 20 percent tip. I gave her 15 because the Parmesan potato balls are still on point.

Amazing Brunch Spot with Creative Dishes and Drinks!Toasted Gastrobrunch is an absolute must-visit for brunch lovers! We stopped in on our recent trip to Vegas, and everything--from the food to the drinks to the service--was top-notch.We ordered the chilaquiles, shrimp and grits with eggs, and eggs in purgatory, and each dish was packed with flavor. The chilaquiles had the perfect balance of crunch and sauce, the shrimp and grits were rich and comforting, and the eggs in purgatory delivered just the right amount of spice. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their ingredients and presentation. The drinks were just as impressive. We had the Cucumber Morning, which was light and refreshing, and a mimosa flight featuring lavender lemonade, prickly pear, mango, and hibiscus--each one was unique and delicious. The lavender lemonade was especially standout!Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe was lively without being overwhelming. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this place deserves a spot on your brunch list. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Wanted to try something new for brunch and saw this place on yelp. We started with endless mimosas. I wanted to try their flavored ones but they don't do that with the endless deal. Our waitress was amazing and always came to check on us. I decided to order something I don't usually get and got the Shakshuka. It came in a bread bowl with an egg on top and it was really good! I was still thinking about it the next day lol The sauce was really flavorful and the bread being soaked in it was so good! We liked how much space was in the restaurant and their decorations.

This place is awesome! The bottom less mimosas were soooo delicious. Our server was so nice and didn't mind that we wanted to cash in on the bottomless first. Then we decided to try the breakfast bowl and Holy cow was it good. Usually I can't do too much tomato sauce but this thing was so loaded with flavor! They were pretty busy but that didn't stop them from being able to accommodate a 9 top that walked in without a reservation right before us. I'm excited to try more things on the menu.

've been a regular at Toasted Gastrobrunch, primarily visiting the Flamingo location, where I've always had great experiences. This time, my friend and I decided to visit the Rainbow location for the second time, expecting the same quality service and food. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service, particularly from the manager, Jessica.I ordered my usual--Chilaquiles--and requested the green sauce on the side to prevent the chips from becoming soggy. This request has never been an issue at the Flamingo location or even during my first visit to Rainbow. However, this time, the server informed me that, per corporate policy, my request could not be accommodated. When I asked for clarification, she simply stated, "That's just the way it is." I explained that if the sauce was poured over the chips, they would become soggy before I could finish my meal, making it inedible.Rather than offering a reasonable alternative, the manager dismissively told me, "Then don't order that, because if you send it back, I'm going to charge you to remake it." Her tone was short, demeaning, and unprofessional. Instead of attempting to find a solution, she made it clear that my satisfaction was not a priority. A simple compromise--such as light sauce with extra on the side--could have easily resolved the issue. As expected, my food arrived soggy. I sent it back and requested it be remade with light sauce, which was finally accommodated. However, when I asked for extra chips, they also arrived soggy. Jessica, the manager, told me this was "normal." I asked for them to be made crispy and not broken into small crumbs. They were eventually remade, but I was charged extra.Additionally, the extra green sauce I originally requested came out dry. When I asked for a fresh one, they brought it out cold, and I had to send it back to be properly heated. On my friend's order of stuffed French toast, they appeared to purposely leave out the whipped cream and seasoning. When we requested the missing items, we were then charged extra for the sauce. To make matters worse, the staff inappropriately served our food over the wall instead of properly bringing it to our table, which is unprofessional and unsanitary. There was also a delay in placing our order, as they failed to put it in when we initially requested, then returned to clarify if we still wanted to eat there before proceeding. While the policies themselves may be a corporate decision, the way they were communicated and handled by management was unacceptable. Customer service should be about problem-solving, not dismissing reasonable requests with attitude and entitlement. That being said, I want to acknowledge that the rest of the staff, particularly Miss Patsy, was very helpful and accommodating. It's unfortunate that their efforts were overshadowed by poor management. This experience left a negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope Toasted Gastrobrunch addresses the importance of proper customer service training, especially for management, to ensure guests feel valued rather than dismissed.

The food was fantastic! The steak, eggs, and potatoes were cooked perfectly, and everything was seasoned just right. My favorite part of the meal was definitely the potatoes. They were uniquely shaped like small balls, with an interesting texture that was both crispy and flavorful. The service, however, was a bit mixed. Our server seemed to have an attitude at the beginning, which made the experience a little uncomfortable. Fortunately, as the meal went on, her mood improved, and by the end of lunch, she was much friendlier and more attentive. We were celebrating a birthday, and as a nice surprise, the restaurant treated us to a free ice cream sundae. It was huge and made for a sweet and memorable ending to the meal. Overall, despite the rocky start with the service, it turned out to be a great dining experience!
