Ok this was my second stay at this so called boutique motel. I arrived before the posted check in time, but the lady behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant, and checked me in anyway with no early check in fee.My room was on the second level, and was easy enough to find. My initial thought once I got to the room, was it's sort of hidden, and outside the door is a bizarre fake grass wall. You literally cannot see anything from the front walk outside your door. The room itself was relatively clean, the floors could use a better cleaning than they appear to be getting, but for the most part my room was clean. The room itself was one of the larger rooms available at the property and it was quite spacious albeit very sparse and basic as far as furnishings go.The bed was a large king bed, and wasn't the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, but it wasn't terrible either. There was also a very old looking sofa and a table and chair in the room, along with a dresser and a tv. Also a mini fridge and coffee maker were in the room which was nice.My check in and check out we're both completed in less than 10 minutes, and I had no issues with bed bugs.No issues with the neighborhood or homeless people either, my walk to and from FSE was in the middle of the night, early morning, and I had no issues. The shower is stand alone, so there's no tub, which I prefer. Plenty of towels and the standard bathroom amenities were provided.Overall I had a pleasant one night stay, and was able to walk to the FSE in about 20 minutes.I would stay here again, especially for the price which was under $100 for a Saturday night.

The price to stay here was $71 but I ended up paying $300 because they charge you a $125 deposit that they won't refund you plus they'll charge you an "amenity" fee for using their products and sleeping in their big infected beds. No joke. On top of all of this, the people working there don't hide their prejudices towards African Americans. I noticed they were openly much more rude to them than other patrons.

There was a mixed up with our hotel booking that we ended up here. And to top it all, it is a long weekend. Abundance of hotels and this is the only one with vacancy. The name sounds good but as you survey outside upon arrival, you can tell it is an upgraded Motel 8 or the like. Doors are colorful. There are vending machines. Lounge area near our room. Pool on site and it is available. Chapel on site. Elevator is working well. Ample parking. But the downside, it is located in a shady area. Even though it is near businesses like 7 - eleven and CVS, I wouldn't dare walk by myself at night. Plenty of shady characters outside. The room is spacious. Looks clean and sanitized. I like the wooden furnitures. It adds to the homey vibe. Heater worked good. No personal refrigerator and microwave though. We have to go to the sister hotel - Super 8 - to warm our food.

Booked through Hotels.com using my Amex. I was charged the processing fee with Hotels.com and also used 45.00 of my Onecash discount with Hotels.com, total room charge to be 25.00 down from 65.00 and the rest was supposed to come from the hotel. When we arrived she says "we don't take American Express". OK what the hell, now I have to give a different card, and they completely botched the reservation, I paid full price as well as still have the processing fee on Hotels.com and lost out on my Onecash discount with Hotels.com. What a mess, I have spent most of this morning trying to sort this out. As far as the room goes, there is no casino or bar that the website shows, apparently that closed long ago and they never took it off the website. The rooms do not look like the photos. They have tried to do a minimal remodel, but they left the old tub and rusty fixtures, just lipstick on a pig. Noisy characters walking by outside, the door had gaps so large I could see out. Not impressed. Won't be back.

They tried their best to be a boutique hotel, but this place is run down. The beds are flimsy and uncomfortable. The floors creek above you. The doors are beat up as if they have been kicked in a few times. The price is affordable and the sheets were clean.

There is a nightclub upfront hostel and hotel type accommodations on the sides and back with a pool. This place was great. I needed a place just to crash on quick notice and this place worked out nicely. The grounds were clean, staff was friendly and room served its purpose. Thanks for everything I would highly recommend this place

We stood here for a few days last year and I actually loved it, for the price, of course! Now, you get what you pay for, right? Don't expect to be staying in a lavish azz room with tons of amenities. Expect a good nights rest in a clean, modern, updated room in a semi ok area of the strip/downtown. What I liked is that the rooms were nice, the beds were comfy, the price was cheap, the location was convenient and the parking was a plenty. I did not have to walk far with my 100 kids or pay for parking, win!The front desk girl was super nice, check in was a breeze, and like I said, the price was right! I did not come in contact with any critters, but this is Vegas and we are in a desert, so honestly, I would expect to see one or 2. Shiiiiii I've stood in many hotels, expensive ones, and saw them. It. Does. Not. Matter. I lived in Vegas for 10 years in Summerlin and in the ghetto and those dudes do not discriminate, they get in no matter how clean you are. Now bed bugs, different story, but def didn't have any. So, if you don't mind a GOOD hotel room in a funky part of the city for CHEAP, come here! If not, go pay way more and still cry about it bc I swear, some people are never happy! LOL.Yay!

I would give them zero stars if I could. The girl in the front office is so unpleasant and rude. They need to train there staff in customer service. The room was not what was expected first there is so much random people that look like they are not okay. Parking sucks. The rooms shower head was detached from the wall, bathroom wall were not clean, bed frame was broken and in bad shape you move and everything cracks you feel like its going to break. I would not recommend this place. Oh and also it took them like more than 30 minutes to give us more toilet paper. And also there so much noise, running , and screaming in which you can hear everything in the room.

For your own safety do not stay here. The hotel is not able to manage the keys they hand out. We opened our room door to find random people in there and then they gave us a new room where someone broke in. We slept with furniture against the door and were too scared to leave.
