Went to the Venetian Expo to attend the 2024 Craft Brewers Conference on 4/22/24 and 4/23/24, where my old job was an exhibitor here. With a two-day visitor's pass in hand, I ended up reuniting with a few of my old colleagues here and visited several booths, old and new. I also met lots of new people and had incredible conversations with them.I could not get pictures of the actual conference because no photography/videography of any kind was allowed inside, but I will describe what the conference was like. The conference features over 2,000 booths, where the exhibition hall was large enough to fit all of them, possibly even more, inside. Beer sampling stations were also available at select booths, which ranged from local beers to out-of-state beers. One booth even had a popcorn stand! I also picked up a bunch of stuff to bring back with me, from stickers to beer can holders.Finding the convention center was a little difficult to find at first. I've been to CBC several times before in the past, but this was my first time attending one inside of a casino (all other convention centers I've been to were separate buildings away from hotels). Eventually I figured out where I was going and made my way there. There's not a whole lot of signage in the casino telling me where the convention center was once I entered from the parking garage.Overall, I had a great time here and I hope CBC returns to Las Vegas in the future!

I've been here for many a conference. It's a gigantic space to hold essentially any type of event imaginable. They have good food (catered), and great service from the workers.

Recently visited for a convention, and while I did not stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the Expo Center, the shopping, and the many restaurants.

Great expo hall, tons of square footage, solid catering, lights and sound. It has the potential to hold whatever type of event you could imagine.

I recently visited the Sands Expo for a conference. The conference I was at had over 11,000 participants. That's a pretty big number. There weren't multiple talks and events going on simultaneously. The place here is a maze and it's huge as well. There were lots of conference rooms and they were well organized and prepared for the participants to arrive. If you got lost or had trouble finding a room, the staff here is friendly and help point you to the right direction.During my conference, breakfast and lunch were provided. Their logistics of meals were fantastic. There were so many buffet tables that there wasn't a long wait. However, the logistics was fine but the food was mediocre at best. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs and the breakfast sandwiches were gross. The eggs tasted fake and the sandwiches were really dry. The lunch wasn't much better, for example they had steak one day and it was really tough to eat. The flavors were lacking in their food.Aside from the fact that the food wasn't good, everything else was good.

I was here for a conference for almost a week, and the staff here were amazing. Shout out to our private Barista that our event manager hired - he was fantastic. I stayed at The Palazzo many times for all our conventions including this conference and the Sands Expo is adjacent and connected without having to leave the indoor areas. I was able to stop by at illy's coffee for my morning espresso before heading to the convention.... which is a good walk, so do bring a comfy shoes but well worth a good cardio both in the morning and back to my room.I think the best experience for me at Sands Expo were the staff. From the time I picked up my badge to providing us the best lunch and beverage service - they provided excellent service. You are all rock stars!Cheers!

This expo hall is ginormous! So many booths with such a variety of options to choose from. I actually attended several events here and every one of them was spectacular. The gamers expo was too much fun. So many choices in gaming gear available now days. Hard to choose just what to get. I for sure am going back next chance I get.

Sands Expo hosted Adobe MAX and it was well oiled experience. Facilities were mostly modern and refreshed with temp staff everywhere to assist with directions and guidance. Conference seats were comfortable and A/C was strong. Dessert air is very dry so be sure to bring some lotion, chapstick, and a humidifier too!Bathrooms were well stocked with paper towels, facial tissues!Be prepared for lots of walking so bring comfortable shoes!

Pretty nice expo. I usually attend conventions at the Las Vegas Convention Center but IFT this week was at the Sands. It's connected to the Venetian which was great, I was able to walk around and also have lunch at their food court, since the Sands food court is overpriced and not that exciting (it's located in the basement, too, and you can only get to it from the show floor I believe). There are also a few coffee shops with cold sandwich options. Uber/Lyft drop-off/pick-up area is right in front, too, which was easy, and not as complicated as LVCC's pick-up area. Only complaint is that bathrooms, though not few, are scattered - most are in the middle or to the far sides of the showroom floor, and there are a few more in the Venetian area outside the floor. Overall though, I enjoyed this space much more than LVCC so I hope future conventions I go to are hosted there.

Hot mess. But a classic! I come here every year for ISC and CES, each year I complain about the front drop off...by the amount of blasting car horns...everyone else does too. It's unorganized, it's a mess, it's a cluster, it's a drag.No one uses the lanes, cops block off areas needlessly, no one uses the crosswalks and there might not even be any painted there.Mess.Normally security is better than LVCC and they actually check bags. This year I saw the most lax bag checking experience ever, anywhere, anyplace.Terrible.It's basically a ugly carpet stinky warehouse with zero ventilation of the bistro. Your hair will be a stench of pepperoni pizza and vinegar bbq. It serves its purpose, but wow hurry up and finish the new LVCC. Quit putting germy carpets in international stomping germ tech festivals ;)
