I have used their service 5 times now and either the drop off taco bar or the Taco truck I have never experienced a late delivery, service is always been early or right on time, the food always exceeds my expectations. The entire staff works seamlessly to create an amazing dining experience where every it might be. Amazing taste with bursting flavors and freshest ingredients, making any event memorable. Absolutely superior food and service? I hired them to cater my daughter's UNLV Graduation party. The ladies showed up exactly on time and were fantastic to work with. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. We got the meat, chicken, and pork, with extra veggies and guac. I would have loved a little more confirmation, perhaps 3 weeks out, as well as the contact 3 days before the event, just to keep my planning anxiety from blooming, but that is my only negative. I would happily hire them again.

Love The Taco Man! We've had the taco truck two years in a row and they're fabulous. You can request your date online and they email you back right away and the communication is great. We had the taco truck for two hours and employees had their choice of asada, pollo, and pastor. It comes with corn tortillas, rice, beans, and salsa. Everyone loved it and said it was very tasty! Highly recommend for any events you have. Reasonably priced and delicious food!

At first I wasn't sure about this business, as they do take a deposit just to hold a date, and send VERY detailed emails in the middle of the night about their demands of doing business with them. However, I am glad I didn't worry about that. A few days before my event, the owner called me, and she was so helpful and friendly. The servers arrived right on time, and were professional and friendly. They set-up quickly, and the food was hot, and very high quality. We had a little extra, and the servers wrapped it up for us to take home. They brought everything they needed to serve, so it was nice not to worry about plates, forks or napkins. Especially for the price, this was an excellent service!

Ok, let's start with the positive. The one star goes out to the gentleman who delivered and set up our food. He also handled a very unprofessional business move by owner, Omar Garcia, very well. He was able to deescalate the situation and close the transaction. Now on to the ugly... We had been communicating with this business a few weeks before our event. We detailed location, number of guests, food requests, etc. We were provided with a confirmation number (no formal invoice) and given our grand total. We were asked to provide a $100 deposit, which we did immediately and sent over the proof. On the day of our event they tried to up-charge us on the final remaining balance. The owner said they had made a typo and our total was incorrect. Seems like they have too many cooks in the kitchen. Omar said his associate Alex was the one making the deal, and he quoted us incorrectly. Although our email chain had his full name as the sender/receiver of messages. Mind you, we hadn't heard from him after the deposit for about a week and were freaking out that they might no show on the day of the event. He told the delivery guy to pack up our food and leave. It was horrific. I almost wish we did send the young man on his way with the food. It was the worst taco meat I've had along with the worst catering experience.We were too naive to give in to the negative reviews on Yelp. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

WARNING: These guys are a scam. Read the reviews and see how they like to extort extra money on arrival and threaten to leave you hanging if you don't pay up, among other things. I placed an order with them and from that moment on, these guys were a complete clown show. First, they play a game called "we penciled you in for the last spot left for that day" so you must send a non refundable $100 deposit right away. Then they send you a ridiculously long email with all kinds of rules and complete nonsense. They try to make you feel like they are doing you a favor - like they are the only taco business in town. So instead of just providing good service and making you a happy customer, they choose to give you a bunch of stupid rules to make their life easy...we provide "complementary" rice and beans so if you run out, it's not our fault. Seriously, the email is crazy long! As soon as I sent the $100, communication stopped. They claimed they never received a screenshot of the deposit - one of the rules you must follow. So by hiring these guys, you will worry whether or not they are going to show up in the first place, extort you for money, cancel at the last minute, etc. All due to this, I ate the $100 and went with another company to be safe. I requested my money back but of course, they did not give it to me.I hope this helps! I'm not telling anyone who to hire - just want to give you a heads up at the risk you take with this "business"

Whatever you do do not use this place. They did not respond to me for over a week before my event. Even though I sent emails every single day they did not respond to a single one after they received my deposit. To make matters worse once they set up everything they tried to extort me for an extra $100. Imagine having an event and hearing nothing back from the caterer. On top of that once they did show up they asked for an absorbent amount of money on top of what was already agreed.When we refused to pay more than what was agreed Omar told the delivery guy to put everything back in the car.Thankfully the delivery guy understood the situation and did not take the nuclear option.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I never write reviews but I do not want anyone to have to experience what we did. They did not bring half the food we ordered for a party. They over charged us and would not refund the money for all of the missing items like the elote, guacamole, and horchata. We also ordered chicken, pork, and carne asada taco meat it didn't even taste like real meat. This place is a joke and should be shut down permanently.

**Warning!** This company is a complete scam. They arrived missing half of the order, despite confirming everything via email. Upon arrival, they claimed the elote, lemonade, and guacamole were "extra," though their email invoice included these items at a set price I was prepared to pay.They took forever to reach the front entrance of our hotel. When they finally set up, the food looked and smelled horrible. The meat resembled chopped-up dog food and tasted awful. The tortillas seemed like bulk-bought corn tortillas from Costco, simply thrown into a plastic bag. The customer service was terrible, and they only offered a $20 discount.These were the worst tacos and the most disappointing service I've ever experienced. This place doesn't deserve to be called a company--they are a disgrace to the taco community.

Showed up 45mins late Quoted $495, had to pay $100 deposit, requested to be paid in cash was told there would be fees is using a credit card. Sent an invoice for $490 which was paid prior to arrival. When asked about the overcharge was told the additional fee was due to using a credit card but never stated it would be $100 to use a card. Credit cards normally have a 3% fee not almost 18%
