This review is based on a professional organization banquet. If this were an expensive restaurant, I'd consider the food quality unacceptable. For a banquet situation, though, it had some remarkable high points.Pros: consistent medium-rare filets delivered to five people at our table! Tender and flavorful to boot. Hardly any catering operation achieves this. Bravo. Other strengths: buttery potato purée with the steaks. Large, non-overcooked portion of salmon. Remarkably tasty vegan panang curry -- this was arguably the best dish on the table. Soft and creamy ricotta cheesecake. High quality berries alongside the sorbet. The bar and table staff were swift and capable.Cons: mediocre salad with some sad, wilted old greens. Some of the asparagus with the filet was so woody, it was inedible. Bland, barely seasoned "piccata" -- I ended up putting some panang curry on my salmon and (mushy) spaghetti, which was a huge improvement. As served, it was basically spaghetti with oil.So, do you grade them on a banquet curve? If so, job well done. Major snaps for the steak temperature. But in a restaurant town this strong, there's no reason they can't stock fresh salad greens, snap the asparagus properly, etc., and get the whole system clicking.

I play poker here when the Charity Series of Poker has it as a venue. Played here four times in the last few months, so I feel more comfortable writing a review.Every time I've have been a great experience. Food is solid, service is great, drinks are strong. The place is very pretty and does a good job for these events.

Had the privilege of going to a Las Vegas Philharmonic event with conductor Leonard Slatkin as the guest of honor last night. About 26 guests. The room was elegant. Nice wine bar. You feel like you are away from the maddening crowd. We all were dressed up, food was very good and service was spot on. We could carry on conversations and heard 2 musicians play pre dinner which was very special. A great fundraiser. Hope they have more like these intimate fundraisers. Great way to meet new people and see some old acquaintances.

I was invited to join a friend for an afternoon Cigar Break at this Premiere Private Club. The amenities are extremely Elevated. Membership includes use of the Dining facilities, banquet rooms, bars,Cigar Lounge, and pool and spa with exercise facilities. The service, from the Valet to the Servers and Checkin Attendants was exemplary. The Chef is amazing and of course special dietary requests are never a problem. My meal was amazing! There is a full calendar of dining events that look amazing.

Been a long time member. Has been in a steady decline for the most past 3 years. They refuse to fix their air conditioning in the gym and lower levels. Memebers constantly complain about this but nothing changes. They have also installed a $35 guest charge even on family members or friends at the pool. They also got rid of their inhouse aesthetician team (don't let them fool you with the full spa amenities pitch). The jacuzzi in the women's locker room is never open and under constant repair work. Today the indoor pool was also closed. Their outdoor pool is only open for 3 months out of the year- sorry but this is Vegas and the heat lasts far longer than 3 months . For awhile members also had to really look at their monthly billing statements as often times there would be miscellaneous charges that shouldn't be on there for instance if they paid with credit card sometimes it would get charged as well to the monthly bill. Who wants to to have to scrutinize their own monthly bill? The place is empty and the poor girls that work the coffee shop have to have portable fans just to keep cool. The restaurant is great tho as well as the hair salon. Other than that it's hard to justify paying almost $300 a month for this place. It's no where near an Equinox level but that's how they see themselves. Oh and if there's an event there, and they have rented out a specific area then members can't come and use the facility. It's really a joke. Most of the positive views of this place come from people who've just visited and not the actual members themselves. Take it from my member who comes here daily- it's unfortunately not worth the price. The only reason we still go here is for the gym and the gym only.... but when it gets too hot and uncomfortable to work out it, we just resort to going in the gym in our building.

Service at the wedding venue fell short - the crucial cake-cutting moment was skipped, and guests were left with empty water glasses. A letdown overall. The venue itself was pretty posh. Clean well lit but horrible horrible service. For the price the bride and groom paid, I'd be upset and ask for a refund. Waiter were non existent. The wedding it self was fun. Would I recommend this place? Yes, if you like overpaying and love bad service. Book somewhere else.

I am a member and can't believe how much this club is being run into the ground. This is a public service announcement to all Las Vegans considering to join the @thestirlingclub. Don'tThe club is broke and being mismanaged by ownership and the President. They are so broke they are shutting the Main Pool down for the rest of the summer during the week because they can not afford the lifeguards. It's over 100 degrees out. The Sauna, Steam or Hot tub is always broken and the amenities are falling apart.Instead of fixing the business or finding someone else who knows how to run it they are raising our rates for a second time while reducing available amenities as their solution.

We were only members for 1 month due to terrible management, key amenities being non-operational, and an increase in membership dues and F&B minimums less than 30 days after joining. We joined in June for July start date so we expected to workout, go to the pool, and use the steam/sauna rooms frequently. Unfortunately, this was short-lived. The CEO sent out an email to Stirling Club members on June 26, 2023 closing the pool for the summer... reason was due to participation numbers. The only reason we were told of the closure was because a friend and former member (he quit too) told us. He complained to the CEO and had it reversed so we could use the pool again. FYI - I learned that Stirling Club closes the pool for most of the year and it's really only open in the summer so keep that in mind when you're paying for an amenity that is barely accessible. We argued that if they are reducing amenities and services, will they reduce our membership dues to reflect? The answer was no. They actually raised our dues.Within 30 days of us joining, the CEO sent a letter to raise membership dues and F&B minimum. Email attached. When I talked to the Membership Director, she basically said they can raise dues anytime and without notice. I wanted to cancel then but in order to do so, you have to pay 3 months of membership dues in advance (at the raised rate by the way). They had to raise dues because they state that the Club has never been in the black since reopening... I understand operations are hard but I don't understand how members should be paying the price for this. There are other ways for the Club to reduce operational costs without placing that onto its members. Instead of installing a brand new dance floor, we could keep the pool open in the summer? It's not open the rest of the year.In Aug, the CEO sent another email saying the pool will only be open on weekends starting after Labor Day. Picture of the hours attached. I went to the Club on Aug 29 before Labor Day and the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and jacuzzi were all closed. The locker room (steam, sauna, and jacuzzi) never worked while I was a member. Completely non-operational every time I was there. I sent an email to Eunice again and she escalated my frustration to the CEO, Debra Kelleher. She scheduled a call with her so we could speak one on one.I thought it would be a great opportunity to discuss my frustrations and come up with a resolution. I was wrong. The CEO had the CFO on the call and they bulldozed me. After I expressed my frustrations, the CEO tried to refute all of my points. It was actually alarming how condescending it was. She repeatedly said, "You signed a contract. It is what it is." At the end of the call, she said, "You made your point so you should resign. We will take 90 days payment upfront."I sent an email on Sept 4 to Eunice asking for the Club to terminate our membership as they had done for another member with aligned frustrations. I followed up multiple times and nothing. Finally, they emailed back and said our membership was cancelled. Screenshot attached. The culmination of all of these factors led to my extremely negative experience here. I didn't get to even try playing tennis or pickleball because I was waiting for the weather to cool off. I went to the restaurant once and it was inedible... my husband was served rotten shrimp. I attached screenshots of the activities they offer, which I'm not interested in attending. So, for me, the membership was mostly for use of the facilities' amenities. With them being non-operational while increasing membership dues and F&B minimum, plus the mismanagement and lack of member care, I didn't want to be associated with Stirling Club.Don't expect any hospitality from management here. It's shocking to me that a private members club wouldn't treat all members with respect, care, and professionalism.I don't recommend this place at all. When looking at positive reviews of this place, make sure you're not reading the CEO, CFO, or other employees' reviews... they're posted and undeniably biased.

Great service and ambiance. The food was good. I had the fish and chips and would order again.Sterling Club shows great respect for their customers. Not a member but was treated by a friend. And it has a reciprocal relationship with LVCC.
