I have stayed at this hotel before but it was the first time coming to the pool. On Friday I found out they close at 5pm. That's nuts, they want you in the casinos I get it but if I pay $58 resort fees then please stay open at least until 7pm! On Saturday they had a security check so I assumed they got pool party going on. However it was no Wet republic lol it wasn't even close to it, it was regular pool with the adult pool music on Spotify (no DJ) and not busy. Few party cabanas and I saw one with bottle service which was hilarious as it's like you go to a regular pool and suddenly there's a crew for bottle service lol. They serve at the pool but there's also a large bar with free water station. Plus is there's lots of activities including indoor games. That's where also bathrooms and little convenience window for drinks and foods is. Outdoor games too. The all ages pool was small and colder water. I didn't try the hot tub as I didn't even know there was one. Hard to put your stuff away pool side as everything is for sale only even chairs. The section between the two pools is non paying and luckily it wasn't busy there were available ones. I wanted to try to surfing thing however $125 is too much for me and I think most people because I hardly saw it on and people doing it all weekend. On Sunday there was no entrance check, you just walk in which was great as I brought my own beverages. Same as Saturday no DJ just Spotify. We had a good time. Weirdly enough my cover up disappeared while I was in the pool. Drinks start at $35!!!!! Luckily we knew this and prepared at the brunch in miracle mile shops where it was cheap! We did get a few and I gotta say the dole whip frozen drink was excellent!!!!! Recommended!Btw both days they did not check if you have a hotel room key. Another annoyance is the towels: one place for it only that also handles other reservations like cabanas activities etc which caused a line. And then the second day we had to wait for a clean batch to come in to get one. These are weird issues to encounter for a big strip hotel you'd expect an oiled machine working here nope PH got a lot to consider to improve in my opinion. For families this is probably fun but as a girls group for fun we won't be back here, especially the no free chairs by the pool was an issue. Even the Paris next door does that!Regardless, I did have a good time but that's thanks to the company of my group of girlfriends! Btw guest or no guest PH parking is not free!

We stayed at Planet Hollywood over looking the pool area .The pool was such a vibe ! They have dj music on the weekends . There is two pools one all ages and also an adult pool . They also have a surf area that looks pretty cool .So in the adult pool when there is no DJ, they are always playing loud music by the pool. I love it !! I love music and it feels like a party when swimming. Sooo Vegas ! They have a bar by the adult pool and also in the middle of the patio area . If you go inside the bar area there is a-lot of foosball games and the restroom are located near there also . At the bar everyone was so friendly and attentive. Overall this was a fun Vegas pool we had a great time !

Staying at Planet Hollywood and we rented a cabana for the day next to pool. Quick question, since when is it ok for the pool employees to scream and curse out a guest. Then have 2 managers apologize and say they will handle it. Only to be taunted by the same employee smirking because he didn't really get in trouble. I didn't realize this is what passes for acceptable customer treatment. Also, save your money if you are a person that follows the rules and pays to rent things, because you can apparently use any facilities even if you didn't pay as there is no real management at the pool. Drinks are $35 which even in Vegas feels a bit expensive. The serving staff were available, helpful and kind- so thanks to you. I would not recommend overall though - or go for a quick dip - but i would save your money if you can!

It's odd seeing Planet Hollywood still allow sales of cabanas and beds when this place is closed for months. Why have 1 guy slowly painting the pool surface mid-summer when people want to use the pool? Why not hire more people or do this in the winter? Why not clearly show how long this pool is closed for on the website while booking? Horrid management.

While we were waiting for our room, we decided to go to the pool, it was 9:00 am. I suggest ordering the bucket of 12 drinks for $125.00 if you're going to be there a while. It will save you money and the waitress will continue to refill your ice and give you ice waters if you ask. They have limited ring floats in the pool to relax on. The music is definitely better after 12:00 noon as that's when the DJ started mixing and playing music. Cabanas are close to the pool if you decide to rent one. They're not far away from the pool like other places. We were at the adult pool 21 and over. There is a family friendly pool, however we did not visit that one. Not to much shade, so wear your sunscreen! We visited on June 4th, 2023.

First the drinks are way overpriced but strong so I guess that's a plus. But basically I had to rent a lounge chair near the pool or sit on the ground. The family pool area hot tub was luke warm plus kids eating and drinking in the hot tub. Gross. We left. The adult side was too loud so we opted for the concrete slab in the middle on fake grass. People watch and drink. Got a buzz so I guess that's good

Any time I'm in Vegas, the pool is a must. The boys and I stayed at Planet Hollywood the first night before switching hotels. I wanted to hang out at the pool before we checked out, so the three of us headed down on Thursday, May 11th around 10:30am.I think they have two pools, but we ended up going to the pool to the right if you face the area from the hotel. It was small, but luckily we managed to grab some lounge chairs in the sun as it was pretty dead. (Because of where the sun was and how the buildings are laid out, there weren't many chairs in the sun. The chairs we grabbed were by a trash can though, which wasn't exactly desirable.) Their lounge chairs are laid out to the top and left of the pool while the rest of the pool was lined with cabanas, daybeds, etc.We only spent about an hour and a half here, so we got a Mix & Match Bucket: bucket of 5 domestics ($38). I didn't order the beers, but we ended up getting all cans of Stella Artois. (I think we got charged for the domestic bucket. If not, the import / craft bucket is $42). It was a good for poolside drinking. Since the pool was so dead, none of us really got in and hung out. I just walked in about a third of the way to feel the temperature of the water.I'd say Pleasure Pools has been my least favorite pool experience in Vegas. Small and not that much going on. One plus though, they were playing good music.

I was not impressed at all at the set up for the pool area in this resort/hotel. When you get to the deck you don't even see the pools...you are welcomed by a concrete slab with the "free" lounge chairs and cabanas that don't even overlook or have a view of the pool. If you go up the steps to your right and left that's when you see either the adult pool, where you have to rent the chairs and cabanas for bottle service, or the general pool...both on the smaller side and aesthetically underwhelming. This pool area is disappointing considering it's Vegas and just about every pool I've been to here has been very nicely set up. If experiencing great pool days is part of your agenda on your Vegas trip, do not stay at PH.

I reserved a lounge chair by the south pool. When I checked in, they said they don't rent loungers anymore due to Covid, but the "upgraded" me to a daybed. Problem was, the daybed they gave me was nowhere near the pool. It was located in an area between the 2 pools. More like a downgrade. First and last visit to this pool.

HATED THIS PLACE, see my review of the Caesars pool to find out how to do pool areas correctly. Hung out at the 21+ pool area and if you miss the days of the Jersey's shore, like your music at a deafening level & you are an all-around terrible person. Make sure you come here. Other than the fact that I can say the water was wet I really don't have anything good to say about this place. Way overcrowded with people on top of one another. Unless you have rented an overprice, cabana don't expect the wait staff to pay you much attention. Miss this one if you have other options for pools.
