10-26-2019...2a.m. check in...Second time here...My first stay was in March 2019...both times here I stayed 4 days and enjoyed it...I haven't had a bad time here at all...from check in to check out my stay was really kool..the room was a comfy stay...located not for from all the action...great breakfast...quaint lil lounge / bar in the lobby...at check in you'll get two $10.00 vouchers that you can use for food and or drinks...again my stay at The Rita Suites has been enjoyable. To those that want a high lifestyle hotel...well the strip is full of them but this place for the price and location you can't beat it at all...not to mention the rooms are on point...(check my photos)The Rita Suites is a chill spot...Most definitely will be back

Stay away! Any positive reviews of this place are fake or from insane people. I work next to this place and there's a constant police presence. Child Protective Services is here at least once a week. Ambulances are in and out all the time. The place is pretty full but no cars in the parking lot ... there's a reason for everything. Our parking lot smells like urine because of this place. There is fecal matter on our shared fence because of the derelicts that stay here. Almost a constant smell of weed because the residents sit on the rocks in our landscape to party all morning & all night. This is an extended stay motel and one officer told me during the pandemic part of it was being leased as a halfway house. So, to be clear, do not stay here. I wouldn't if it was free.

Checked in 8/7/20 around 3:15pm, (Room 267) LEFT 8/8/2020 2AM!!! We were booked until Sunday.........I never like posting bad reviews but this has been the worst experience for me so far..Cons: 1.When we 1st got into the room there was a funny smell. Didnt think much of it, just sprayed a little freshener.2. The fan in the restroom was so loud and sound like it was going to blow up, and The bathtub paint or coating was peeling so bad, was scared to step in the shower.3. All on the head board and other small areas there was dust, not a little... It was dusty like it wasn't cleaned for week. The last and final straw which made us get up out bed and leave at 2am!! Was because we were laying down getting ready to go to sleep when we felt little things crawling on us. we turned on the lights and saw little red bugs. Yes BEDBUGS!! I realized why I had been itching, I've been poked quite few times since laying there. We got up and moved about 6 layers of sheets that they put and the more sheets we moved the dirtier the sheets got. They were stained and all the way on the bottom on the box spring there was red bedbugs running away. We killed about 5 bedbugs. We packed up fast and left. When we turned in the keys and talked to the guy in front. He said they would send someone out to investigate, if it was true and see IF they would give us our deposit back and refund us for the days we booked....wtf...i told them we had pictures and he said they're procedure and final saying comes from what that person (investigator) finds..im so mad -10/10 Do not recommend to stay here, unless you don't mind bedbugs lmao

Mixed feelings about Rita Suites...stayed here for a couple days during a trip to Vegas with my gf and here are the pros and cons:Pros-location: quite close to the strip, and especially so to Wynn/Encore-price: affordable compared to a lot of other places on the strip-breakfast: actual breakfast with hot food (not just continental)-pool/sauna: usually open until ~10pm in the evening-set-up: separate living area from bedroom in the suite rooms-A/C: quite powerful and pretty easy to useCons-noise: could def hear loudly the neighbors coming in at 2am, which woke us up-smell: cigar smell even though we got a non-smoking room-furniture: outdated, and I stubbed my toe twice on one of the table/desks underneath the TV-lighting: dark/dingy feel in the rooms-elevator: skeptical b/c it made loud sounds when passing through the second floor, and was broken for part of our trip there-location: long walk if trying to get to Southern part of stripOverall, I'd give it 2.5 star stay - we didn't have any trouble with check-in or the staff, and the free breakfast was pretty nice despite the long lines to use the one waffle-maker. Not sure if I'd stay here again, but when you're on a budget, it's not bad...

This "hotel" is disgusting and the service is whack. The ppl working the front desk late at night are so much nicer than those young unprofessionals with huge piercings and poorly groomed hygiene during check-in. Management should at least improve their employee morale because it's obvious that even they don't care to be there or have the decency to HELP where it's needed. I understand this isn't a premium hotel but photos listed are deceiving. price point for rooms are reasonably priced. According to the photos on their website and on booking websites it shows the room I booked, which was 2 double beds and kitchenette WITH A STOVE TOP. my friends and I brought dinner to cook since our car ride was from California. After check-in, there was no stove in the room. I called to inquire possibly a different room WITH a stove and the only accommodation they could make is if I call again the next morning with no guarantee of another room available or BOOK another room with the appropriate necessities, but I would still have to pay for my current 2 nights stay because it is in the contract. However, another room that has a stove that night available had a king bed in which they would not accommodate us since it's only for parties of 2 (we were a party of 4). Luckily, our food did not go to waste because there was a mini fridge. In the bathroom, upon turning on the light/vent, the fan inside struggled and dust fell out on top of the toilet and all over the floor. This hotel is old, so something like this doesn't surprise me in which I didn't really care to let the staff know about, it wasn't that big of a deal until I noticed hair inside of the bedroom pillow cases on 4 different pillows. (Photos attached) I called the front desk to request for new pillows which they were happy to replace but I had to go to the front to pick them up myself. Is this normal? Even motel8 delivers their pillows, sheets, and towels. Tf?The new pillows that was replaced ALSO had hair on the cases but at this point, I gave up and we ended up booking a new room at the Rio. During this experience, I felt that there was no need for me to keep going back and forth with the staff. I'm not a high maintenance person and I come from the customer service industry as well. I picked Rita Suites because it was a convenient location, great price point, WITH A STOVE! I did not expect the service to have an attitude after questioning things about the room. I felt I wasn't rude and my tone wasn't pointed, but theirs definitely were. The only benefit was that parking was decent. But the Rita Suites wins in the end because I could not get my money back since changing the booking is only an option 72 hours prior. If you're going to pay less than $50 for a night here and expect CLEANLINESS, you might as well go up the street to circus circus.

The bed had dirty sheets, like they didn't change them after the last people checked out so I called the front desk and ask them to change the sheets. When I came back from dinner, they had dropped off sheets but didn't change the bed. I had to change the sheets myself, only to find they didn't bother to send clean pillowcases. I had to call again and asked for pillowcases. They sent two pillowcases when there are four pillows on the bed. They had to go back and get two more pillowcases. Also, they charge a $34 facilities fee but the elevator was broken and the ice machine didn't work. Not sure what the fee is supposed to cover.

We were in the "executive suit". No bed bugs yet but sure ass hell not clean, as much as we are paying for this room it would be better just to go on the strip. There's a red stain on the carpet that is that is still crusty, obviously not cleaned. The bathtub was dirty my mom found a hair in her shower. There was also a giant cover up job in our kitchen area that wasn't painted over. Oh and there was a giant screw in the closet and the stove tops would not pop on.Edit: we're leaving because we found a bug in our bathroom. I'm giving them a two stars because the people in the office were really nice and are helping us through this.

The Rita Suites is under new management and is being actively renovated. I'd recommend folks come by and tour the 1 and 2 bedrooms here because the new manager is very serious about taking care of residents and the property overall. There are elevators, it's right across from the Sphere, right off the strip, on-site laundry, and 24hr security. It's pretty quiet, just opened this month and everything is really nice here. The bar/grill is not open at this time but I'm sure it will be back up and running in the future.
