The Pool at The Paris Hotel & Casino

Good spot - it's complimentary if staying at the hotel. Towels are free. Water felt good - chairs are a little hard to come by so definitely need a bit of rotation. Service is decent, and you're looking at about $15ish for a drink. Beautiful views and a decent pool. No hot tub or anything like that but mostly a Vegas vibe throughout.

This pool is extremely warm, almost to the point of being uncomfortable. It was not refreshing that is for sure, and I came in October when it isn't even super hot in Vegas. I can only imagine in the summer time.The pool deck is fine, not a lot of landscaping or anything to make it special. The Eiffel Tower is right above you at the pool, which is kind of nice. We rented a day bed and it was a nice touch, nothing special. The pool closes early in the "off season" so beware.

If you're going to Vegas with kids, be aware this pool get deeps very quickly. I believe it's 5 ft in the center. And unlike their sister hotel (Bally's Blu pool) the Soleil pool doesn't have any benches in the water. Thankfully we had our kids' float vests. Other than the depth of the pool we had a great time hanging out here taking in the beautiful views and would definitely come again.

Paid to reserve a Cabana despite the sketchy reviews. Paris cancelled being open, told me I could get a refund. It's a 3rd party service (UrVenue) they keep $33.55 in fees. Even though it's a refund not a cancellation. They claim to not have any information regarding the situation and ask me to contact Paris, they also claim ignorance,telling me to contact UrVenue. So I haven't even arrived in Vegas yet and I'm a loser. Buyer beware, like all things Vegas, this place is a gamble and the house always wins.

Don't waste your money on a cabana. They are filthy. I stayed here over the weekend and paid a lot of money for a cabana that was dirty. After pointing out the issues to the cabana host, her response was "yes they were supposed to clean in here, I'll send somebody" . No one ever showed up. I have left messages with Anthony Hernandez ([email protected]), also left a complaint with guest services and players club. I guess since everyone is wearing masks, they figure there is no need to keep the place clean. Anyway, this was also for my wife's birthday and we had guests, so it was embarrassing and kind cheapened a special occasion.

I guess it all depends on what you're looking for. Other than the large replica of the Eiffel Tower looming overhead, this pool has all of the charm of what you'd expect at your local city pool. There's a small pool in the center surrounded by a bunch of lounge chairs and some cabanas. Landscaping is underwhelming, music was sometimes audible and sometimes not, and the crowd is on-standard for a middle of the road Caesar's property.

Awesome staff! I want to thank Vanessa for taking care of us and always checking to make sure we were hydrated and happy. Erick was also very helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks!

Great staff and cabana! Privacy, TV, great views! Would go again! Host was very sweet, clean private area.

Horrible experience!! We paid $237 for a daybed at the Paris pool, which is suppose to include food and beverage service. Our server came by a total of 4 times ALL DAY. She left with my friend's debit card at one point, and did not return for almost an hour. We had to order drinks at the bar. She forgot my friend's salad, then brought the wrong one. We saw the server for the daybed next to us stopping by constantly; about every 15 minutes (we were wishing she was our server). Towards the end of the day we asked for more water, and we were told "you might be charged for it". Excuse me?? I watched staff members playfully splashing the Paris bottled waters at each other (the same water they didn't want to bring to us). I complained at the pool, then I filed a complaint with the hotel. I eventually received an email from Daniel Perri, Asst pool manager, asking if I wanted to discuss this further. I said YES, but I never heard from him again! It has been 2 months!

So fun!! Great family friendly pool, just wish their food menu had more items. Great service, we had a blast! Our waitress Vanessa was awesome.
