Re-posting here because there's randomly another yelp page for the hotel?Stayed here Fri-Sat this past weekend booking through Amex platinum's FHR, and it was a huge hit. We stayed in on the 17th floor with a view of Wynn/Encore, king room, party of 2, for $316 (technically $116 after using Amex platinum $200 yearly hotel credit). Totally worth the stay! Was also super convenient to stay here for a show at the Palazzo theater.Pros:- HUGE. ROOM, biggest on the strip. Impressively the suite looked exactly like the photos on their website, with the sunken living room, jack and jill bathroom sinks, huge bathroom with a TV in it, tub AND walk-in shower, a TV across the bed and across the couch.- Fantastic service from check in to check out - The front desk was super helpful when I called to check in on how many experience credits I still had to use, the check in process was super easy and quick.- The little details - the cute amenities kit, great automated blackout shades, the tiny TV in the bathroom that you can use when you shower, and the fact that there's never a super long wait for the elevator (not like Luxor! lol).- Super easy to check your room bill on your room's TV, and very easy checkout process that you can do from your TV or on a kiosk in the lobby.- I know some people complain about the hotel having a dated aesthetic, but I feel like it fits with the kitschy Italian vibe? Not the worst theme on the strip.- The Amex plat FHR credit was super easy to use, tons of dining options - we had a great dinner at Grand Luxe Cafe right before going to the Palazzo theater for our show. Had bouchon bakery goods for breakfast the next morning.- Great professional interactions while gambling in the casino - felt very safe throughout- not as busy and bustling as the Venetian, which I like- Separate rideshare pickup area in the lower level valet area, was super easy to get a ride- They communicated with us beforehand to ask if we were checking in late, to make sure everything was ready by the time we arrived.- overall super spotless and clean room, bedsheets were comfortable and I slept well in the bed.Cons:- The amex FHR list of places to use the credit is a bit inaccurate (Grand Luxe cafe isn't listed on the experience credit but you CAN use it there), and they told me over the phone that grabbing drinks from the fridge would count towards the experience credit, but it did not. So this could be cleaned up a bit.- Also I wish that the hotel mini fridge was more functional and had larger than a small space at the top to put your own food - you can't move any of the drinks they put in there without getting charged, which is kind of annoyingOtherwise, no complaints. The huge room made for super relaxing vibes during our trip. I'm kind of shocked at the negative reviews here and am bummed people experience otherwise!

First time staying at the Palazzo. We usually are on the Venetian side. The room is just as nice and quieter on this side. Not the hustle and bustle on casino floor. Lucky enough to get a Sphere view room . Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

A bit of a confusion on my part, I thought we were staying at The Venetian, but we were actually at The Palazzo, which was why we couldn't find our room at first. Signage was confusing, because it constantly changes. Our room was nice, lots of space, but the reason we booked was because I wanted to see The Sphere. And I did, I had a birds eye view of its ever-changing facade. In the middle of the night, the Sphere is relatively quiet, a static moon, but as soon as the sun starts creeping over the horizon, anything goes.We were given access to the Prestige Club on the 23rd floor but we never actually took advantage of it since we were out and about. Our suite was quiet and luxurious (starting to look dated). I didn't smell smoke in the rooms or the public areas (sometimes I smelled it in the casinos), but even if you don't know, your nose knows and I was a little congested by the end of the weekend. There are 60 restaurants between the Venetian and the Palazzo so although we didn't plan on sticking around the resort, we did dine here a lot. So between the restaurants, the Grand Canal Shops, the Canyon Ranch, the Theatres and the Sphere (and casinos), you could just stay and never leave. I wouldn't recommend that, but you could. Self parking is $20/day for guests. That's unheard of in Chicago. One day the parking system wasn't working so everyone could drive in and out.Remember how I started where we didn't know we were at the Palazzo? We checked in at the Venetian and the lines were insane. If we had checked in at the Palazzo the lines are short and we had special check in privileges. Oh well.TLDR: Spacious room, nice view of the Sphere, many resort amenities and nice location on the Strip.

We stayed at the beautiful and luxurious Palazzo Tower at the Venetian Resort while we were shortly vacationing in Las Vegas, Nevada and I would highly recommend adding to your list! The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a great view of the buzzing Las Vegas Strip. We had a view of the Sphere from our room and loved watching the images change. This hotel has a casino, conference rooms, and several restaurants onsite...you don't even need to leave if you don't want to! Add this hotel to your list of spots to stay in Vegas!

I stayed here for 4 days before Christmas. The hotel is gorgeous and is well maintained. The staff are courteous and the service is prompt. I especially like the restaurant row where there is a broad array of restaurants to try. Being connected to the Venetian is fantastic, as is access to a Walgreens downstairs.Additionally, the gyms are good at Palazzo and incredible at Venetian. Now for what I didn't like: the blackjack tables. All of them were autoshuffle tables except for one regular shoe. Despite a $25 minimum bet, they were empty. Blackjack pays 6:5 and they have these annoying side bets. In all, if you want to play blackjack here, you're going to be sorely disappointed. If you want blackjack tables where it's not you vs the dealer, you'll need to go to Venetian.

(49th floor)Beautiful room, clean enough, loved the vanity with mirror in bathroom, bed super comfy, water pressure was phenomenal! Housekeeping was outstanding! Buddy V's Italian Restaurant was fabulous! The Italian Bakery was even better! The only gripe I have is like with all the hotels in Vegas put in a mini fridge that we can use PLEASE! No one wants your $12 M&Ms or $15 bottle of booze! If the idea is to get us to stay and spend more money that can happen if you let me keep my leftovers refrigerated. Seriously, let us use the fridge!

Loved this hotel. It's got everything in it and you really don't need to leave if you don't want to. There's also so much space in the hotel. I love it. I like the palazzo side for kids. It's quieter not near the hustle and bustle of the clubs. Would I stay here again ? Absolutely. Nothing wrong with the Venetian side either. It's Vegas though, so in terms of water quality the showers are not my favorite. I can smell and feel the difference of using their water vs a hotel in another state. It's not a make or break but that's why I knocked off a star.

Best experience I ever had in a hotel. The customer service is exceptional! From check in, which was quick and easy. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a room with a view to the sphere to keep our kiddo entertained at no cost. The rooms are very clean. The rooms are very spacious. If you're traveling with a kid, he was in love with the living room/ bedroom situation. He called it his space. The restaurants we visited during our stay in the hotel were all friendly and accommodating. I sincerely had no complaints. Yes no matter where you go it's a walk ... but it's Vegas ... it's what you expect. I would definitely be back

We have been staying here almost every year since it opened and it's always been great but this time there was a noticeable ( positive) difference in overall service!!We arrived super early before the 9am hour and for a small fee we were able to get an early check in and a great strip view!! The room was spotless - not a speck on dust in sight me as we walked past rooms being cleaned we notice they had flipped furniture over and moved it to do deep cleans !The staff were lovely and friendly through out the property! We enjoyed the pools and the fabulous restaurants - and there are even more on the way!Great shopping, great rooms, fantastic location ! Will always stay here in Vegas!

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful employees that make you feel special. The Prestige Lounge is amazing and well with the extra $$.It's in the heart of the strip as well and has a canal running through it.
