The wait is definitely worth it! The food is absolutely amazing & huge shout out to Johnny who was cutting the oysters open. He made our experience so much more worth it! Will definitely be back because of him! Thank you so much Johnny! (:

There always a line no matter what time you go! Came here after a light ramen dinner - cannot come with empty stomach here. Arrived at around 11:30pm, got seated at around 12:45am for three people. Mmmmm... can say the wait is not too bad this time. The Pan Roast is always my fav. This time ordered with crab and spicy level 5. Should order to level 7! I think I will like more. Bouillabaisse - also with spicy 5. Not bad with all the seafood combo. Eat with rice is a MUST. The bread can skip. Didn't order raw oysters as also taste fishy. But raw clams ok. Is just ok.... Ok?!The cook is a bit cool. Not liking to interact with customer too much or maybe he is just tooooo busy. As this place only has one cook to serve the whole bar. Servers very friendly. They will clean the table when grouping a few available seats. Probably will come again when we are in Vegas. This is one of the few restaurants that we would be ok to wait in line.

A local favorite and the roomers are true...worth the wait. BUT if you only have one day in Vegas, I recommend getting here earlier in the day. (Our evening wait, for 2, was an hour and 20 minutes.)Great food, and the chef and staff are cooking like a well oiled machine right in front of you. They try their very best to get people through as quickly as possible though. I would not recommend large or odd numbered parties. If you are a party of 1, and let them know, you might just get lucky...it's Vegas baby.

The hype for Oyster Bar at Palace Station is real! I was so excited to finally try this place out.We arrived midmorning with what I thought would be a short wait, but the deceptively short line was just a teaser for the true wait. Two hours later, we finally were seated.. Since there are only 16 seats at the bar, the wait was a bit longer for our party of five. I recommend going as a couple vs. a bigger party and go during off times like 3-7am, lol. It's definitely one of those places where you need patience, but trust, it's worth every minute.Once seated, things moved quickly, and the service was friendly and efficient. They have their system on lock and everything is portioned out, ready to go. I ordered the house pan roast while others got the gumbo and jambalaya and chose what spice level they preferred. Watching it being prepared right in front of you is an experience in itself. Once we dug in to our meals, the flavors in each dish--rich, bold, and perfectly balanced--had us all in awe. I absolutely loved my pan roast! It was hands down the best meal I had during our entire trip to Vegas. Each bite was better than the last and just bursting with flavor. They also let us order to-go and brought it to us on our way out so we had something to bring home. My MIL and the kiddos really enjoyed the Linguine Shrimp Scampi and the Bouillabaisse which both had generous helpings of seafood! So awesome!Would I wait two hours again? Absolutely. That house pan roast was a game-changer, and this spot lived up to all the hype. The experience, the food, the vibe--it's all part of what makes it so special. This place is a must-try.

The food here is always amazing but man every time I've come here the wait has been 2 hours. Two hours!! I've already been here three times and idk why I continue to wait the two hours LOL. I might just be that crazy.. that means I have spent 6 hours in this line already. Me and my husbands favorite so far his definitely the shrimp and lobster fr diavolo? I hope I had that right. Anyways, it's packed with flavor, it's got all your proteins carbs and fat, and it's totally worth the two hour wait. The chowder is pretty good too! I think I wasn't too impressed by the gumbo the first time I tired it but I haven't given it a second chance yet. If I've gone here 3 times and waited a total of 6 hours of my life, I think it's pretty worth it haha. If you've got plans, be sure to schedule a two

Oyster Fact: An oyster becomes an adult when it turns one year old and can live as long as 20 years. 20 years! Yelp is already older at 21!And now the breakdown: 17 seats, six boiling pots, one cook, and a handful of kitchen staff. We got half a dozen oysters and a bowl of clam chowder to share as an appetizer. For my entree, I ordered myself the Palace Pan Roast with the rice on the side as the Disney Princess, Natalie Y. from Los Angeles, CA (go add her!), instructed. I also got to snuck a few bites of the Bouille-Roast which tasted insanely seafood-y while the pan roast was like a thick lobster bisque. One entree is enough to share though and that's what I recommend you do.The two of us got here at 4PM and waited about 1.5 hours. After sitting, ordering, and eating, another 1.5 hours passed. That's A LOT of time to spend waiting for food!

Came here on a weekday morning and there were already people sitting by the bar and eating. Everyone I saw got the pan roast so of course I had to get it as well. So glad I did! The flavor is amazing! Nice and rich. Large portions as well. Next time I want to try the oysters!

This place always hits. I get a craving for this dish and every time I go to Vegas, I have to go there. Sometimes the wait is long, sometimes it's short...but it's always great. From the service to the food, it's never let me down. I get the Palace pan roast and has delicious chunks of chicken, crab, plenty of shrimp and bit of sausage. It's the sauce though that makes it so good! Buttery, tomatoey and over rice. I'm thinking about it now, 4 days later. We always get fresh oysters. The lady who shucks them knows what she's doing, briney and fresh. You get a sourdough roll which is nice but really you're here for the pan roast. There's other dishes too like clams and linguine and bouillabaisse so you won't you disappointed. I half consider taking it with me back home on the plane but don't think it'll pass TSA. Until next tile...I will be back!

Food is ok, but I don't think it worths waiting for one and a half hour long line. Overall, food is not bad, but oyster needs to be cleaned more thoroughly
