Went on 01/01/2025. Amazing experience! Booked with go city pass. Went in a group of 4 and had an additional 2 strangers added when we arrived. Bigger the group the BETTER trust me. Parking is limited, there is parking on the street . Amazing set ups. Props 10/10Actors 10/10It was pretty thrilling definitely had hearts racing and jump scares! But nothing too crazy. Tru, our guide and one of the characters (our bailey) was super helpful! We chose medium for the level and she helped us alot. She didnt make us feel stupid or yell at us. She helped us with minimal words and kept us going. I will definitely come back whenever i visit vegas again

The theme and concept are great, and the props are top-notch. However, if you appreciate both "Saw" and escape rooms, I would advise against visiting. As an escape room, it's the worst I have ever seen (coming from someone who has done close to 50 rooms, and this being my first failure).Overall, the escape room experience was disappointing, though the "Saw" theme was well-executed. If you are seeking a quality escape room experience, I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid disappointment and save your money. The clues do not flow from one room to the next, and the cluemaster is literally in the room to tell you how to solve some of the puzzles (e.g., turning a clue in a specific manner). Many of the puzzles are very sensitive, so a slight move can make them not work. The place is so dark that you can't see anything, and if a clue pops up, it's too dark to notice. If you fail one room, you still move on to the next. This feels more like a gag than an escape room.Once you are done, if you want a rundown of how each clue is solved, the cluemaster will simply say, "You are in one room, you solve the clue, and you move to the next room," without any detailed explanation. The time is stacked, so you can't revisit an old room as another game is being played. By far, this is the worst escape room I have ever been in, and I have experienced some terrible ones.

Amazing and very saw themed. There are about 4-5 rooms There is a live actor who plays as a survivor and goes about giving you clues to help you escape. There is also occasional jump scares and some moments where you are being chased by Jigsaws pig faced accomplice. The puzzles are challenging but not impossible to figure out especially if you pay attention to context clues.Definitly one of the better escape rooms I've done.100% would reccomend.

I LOVE saw and escape rooms so I was really looking forward to this room. Unfortunately, if you don't book VIP, you get put with other people to fill a group. The theme was cool and the rooms were well decorated, I felt like I was in the movie and could figure out what scenes we were doing. The group that we were out with was awful, loud, and overbearing. We had a worker in the room attempting to help us and the group would talk over them. jigsaw would come on the speakers to give clues and they would talk over the clues so then the worker would try to guide us and ask about the clues and I had to be like "couldn't hear them". The clues were pretty interesting but a couple of them required teamwork, which our group was not good at. I feel like that really made the experience poor for us, which was a real bummer. I wish it had been cheaper to get a room to ourselves.

For a friends birthday we attempted the Saw escape room. I was a little nervous as I do not do horror, but my fears were unfounded. Some of the moments had a twinge of horror but overall it was not overly scary. They request you arrive 15 minutes before your experience to complete paperwork and you must provide an ID.We had a guide with us through most of the experience, and without him we would not have made it through. Each of the rooms was unique and provided special challenges we had to overcome. There was a brief minute at the very end that felt like a haunted house, but that was the only jump scare experienced. If you aren't afraid of a little scare, and have a mind for puzzles and riddles, I recommend checking out this experience. Shout out to Aiden for helping us escape!

The experience is one to try if you like a little fright and puzzles. The only downside is that they paired our group with another group which was just too much. The other group was very dramatic and loud so a lot of the instructions were missed and we ran out of time in each room. Kudos for authenticity though because the scenes are very realistic and even have some realistic scents. Not a fan of the big loud steam pulls but the game itself was fun. Our guide Alex was amazing and so patient. On a scale of 1-5 possible fright tinkles I'd give it a solid 4.

Really enjoyed this escape room as it incorporated a lot from the original movie franchise. The puzzles were fun and collaborative for our group of 10. We managed to escape but I did however expect a bit more actor interactions since we did IT Chapter 1 last year.... As a standalone attraction though, it was still an enjoyable experience for a cousin experience! I loved the production quality of the rooms. Definitely check to see if there is a Groupon available!

My first escape room experience & I enjoyed it! A friend reserved a private experience for our group of 5. The location is a bit inconspicuous so I just recommend you keep an eye out for the number 2121 (Egen Meat Co.) & we pulled up and asked the guy sitting by the gate where to park. He told us to pull up right in front next to the wall, so there was no issue there. I got a little nervous beforehand because I was reading online reviews that there wasn't jump scares, but a friend told me there would be jump scares and that built up my anxiety. They do have lockers where you can keep your things "in case you have to run for your life" (lol), and then they take you to sign the waivers and you can use the restrooms. Honestly, besides a couple of moments that gave me jumps...most of the scares were me building it up in my own head due to the anticipation (lol). The attention to detail for all the rooms (there's 8 total), and just the lighting, music/background noise really can get to you when you don't know what to expect. Our "guide" was Leo (aka Bailey), and did assist with hinting at how our group could finish the tasks in the rooms before time was up in each. Our group did so well until the end...we didn't succeed! So close! =( But we all had a really fun experience! I highly recommend if you're a fan of the Saw movies, as there's literal duplications of a lot of memorable scenes from the different movies.

Horrible escape room. If you are only into Saw and do not care about the escape room aspect, then this is a fine experience. If you are into Saw AND escape room, stay FAR AWAY from here. You are thrown into a room with randos and majority are most likely just here for the Saw aspect and have little to no experience in escape rooms. If you are with a large group of friends, could probably be ok with the puzzles since no one is just trying random stuff to solve the puzzles and instead might actually be strategic. Overall, horrible escape room experience. But fine Saw aspect experience. Don't expect much from the escape room aspect, so if you are looking for an escape room to do, then look elsewhere and save your money from here.

The lady at the front desk was rude. 1/2 the items didn't work to allow us to the next clue. One lock was too dark to see. One gate didn't open. When we were finished a member of our party had to use the restroom and they said we couldn't.
