Had this place on my list for a long time, but it's a bit of a drive for me and so I hadn't had a good excuse to stop in. But it came highly recommended from multiple friends that I trust with food judgement. A couple friends were in town and wanted soup, so I know exactly the place to go. Not a huge restaurant but enough tables for a few people to dine in. It seemed like a lot of carry out orders while we were there. The service was great and attentive (bringing waters, refills on tea, etc).Everyone was satisfied with our food, and it hit the spot on this cool cloudy day. Excellent portion size of noodles and broth and a good amount of meat as well. I had the Szechuan Spicy Beef and I thought it could be spicier but it was still incredibly flavorful. The house made noodles are just unmatched. Will definitely make the trip to visit this spot again because it did not disappoint.

O Vegas...your mysteriously so-called Chinese food scene always has us playing the guessing game of "what's off per dish"? haha lol We're at least less disgruntled here due to cheaper dish prices, and large quantity of cucumbers. Yelper Dorrie L did caution us on this place being hit or miss. Would it survive in the 626/SGV LA? Nope! But for local Vegas, it's pretty good due to price and lack of decent Chinese food restaurants?C3. Beef Brisket Noodles, hand pull noodles $13.95.Salty! Meat pieces were mostly tender but some were just overcooked and mushy. For hand pull noodles, it wasn't much different from store bought semi-fresh noodles? Actually maybe fresh noodles from the market may be better! This place's hand pull noodles is not QQ. We're guessing between how it's stored, how it's cooked, or just ingredients? Also the listed price of $13.95 on the menu, is actually $14.25 on the receipt.A3. Chinese Beef Burrito, no spicy $8.95 (aka usually called Beef Wrap). Strong molasses type taste in it. Guessing it's the dark soy sauce? Texture was better than expected. Meat was soft, lots of green onion and cilantro. Semi-crispy outer shell. Tortilla is dull though.B4. Sweet and Sour Cucumber $6.95.Sweeter then expected. We were trying to guess if it was the marination process, or it's cut that made it a bit off. Sadly, I still like this dish better than other places.

Today was our first time trying The Magic Noodle and we really enjoyed our first experience here! The Magic Noodle can be found near the southwest corner of Warm Springs and Rainbow Blvd, very close to the Weera Thai location. The dining area is cozy and quaint. The word must be out on this place because it was pretty packed when we here around 12:30 pm today. We ordered:- Chicken with Mushroom Noodle soup ($14.95)- House Special Chow Mien ($13.95)Portions are pretty sizeable. My House Special Chow Mien came with plenty of shrimp, beef, chicken, and veggies. Very tasty and filling! The real star of the show are the noodles! We both ordered the pulled noodles, and they were outstanding! It was pretty cool getting to watch them cook and hand pull the noodles right there as you wait and eat. My partners Chicken with Mushroom Noodle soup was pretty huge. The noodles were very fresh and tasted fantastic! If I'm being honest the broth was a little on the bland side. We did have to add a few things to try to add a little more flavor to it. Still, the noodles were incredible! :)Service was outstanding! Our drinks were always topped off without asking and never got close to ever being empty. Our server was friendly and added to the experience. We really enjoyed our meal here today and will absolutely be back to try other menu items. 4 solid stars.

Tasty broth. Great quality ingredients. It's a smaller interior than I expected but they made use of every table. It's really cool being able to watch them make and stretch the noodles. Really awesome service. We were checked on so often. Spicy pork was a winner.

I'm a fan of the original location so I had high expectations for this location...and they delivered. This location is about the same size of the other location and they're just as busy. I love how the kitchen is showcased behind glass so you can watch your fresh noodles and dumplings being made. The ambiance is casual with limited seating. The restaurant is clean and the staff were efficient and friednly. We got lucky on this impromptu visit and beat the dinner crowd rush.It was my buddy's first visit here, so we sampled many. My favorites were tasty and well here.Spicy Won TonsSpicy Beef Soup BrisketChinese Beef BurritoThe kitchen was great with getting the dishes out quickly. A crowd was beginning to form so they were looking to clear the tables quickly. This location is just as great as the other one and closer to me. I'll be back sooner vs later.Cheers!

I had the spicy beef brisket noodle soup and my partner got the wonton soup. Both were delicious and better than expected. The spicy beef brisket noodle soup has a nice layer of chili oil on the top to coat your mouth and prepare you for the rich and savory broth. The fresh hand pulled noodles definitely make a difference. The brisket was a bit on the fattier side. Regarding the wonton soup, it was equally as flavorful, although more on a warming fragrant way compared to spicy. The broth is light yet fragrant with hints of ginger. The wontons were perfectly sized and didn't fall apart from the wrapper in the soup. Ambiance inside is clean, although it is a bit on the smaller side. We did see a waitlist quickly form after we were seated. Service is fast.

It was a nice noodle restaurant. The service was good. You can see them making the noodles by hand. The noodles are excellent worth coming here for them. The soup for me was a bit salty but my dad loved it. I think the next time I would add more vinegar or chili in mine. But you can tell the detail of the food. The fried is good. Still a little salty for me but my dad said it was good. I try not to use much salt in general, so I think I'm overly sensitive. I would come back here and eat again.

I was in Vegas for a funeral back in October , so I was spending time with family and trying different places that was recommended by my brother. I told him one of the days that I really wanted good noodles and he recommended we try this place. This place was not a disappointment at all what so ever. Keep in mind I'm from Reno , so from what I know is we do not have a fresh hand pulled noodle house, so this was a must for me. All I'm going to say is Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle Soup with the hand pulled noodles, you gotta try it when in Vegas. So filling, so much flavors, the beef brisket was so tender and cooked just right, and those noodles... oh man. Still thinking about it till this day and will never forget it because I loved it so much.Their spicy dumplings is also a must in my opinion when coming here , try it with the vinegar and a little more chili oil and trust that your mouth will explode with so much flavors and deliciousness. But keep in mind the brisket soup itself is very filling and the portions is huge. So be cautious with your appetite when coming here.Overall, I am def coming back here when in Vegas, already miss it .

I'm a lover of noodles, so to say I was excited to try this establishment is an understatement. We came around 11:30, and the space quickly started filling up shortly after. The staff are friendly, and the menu is simple. We ordered:- pork belly pancakes: yummy! pork belly was soft and had a very flavorful broth- spicy chongqing peanut noodles: broth was hot and a unique combination of peanut meets spice!- beef noodle soup : this was AMAZING! i ordered the spicy one specifically, and "mild spice" ended up being the perfect amount of spice. the savoriness of the broth really shined through, and the hand-pulled noodle shape perfectly soaked up the flavorsby the time we left, there was a line out the door. come and experience what makes the noodles so magical!!
