I should probably give them 3 stars or less, but most of the staff was very friendly. I spent around 4 thousand here for the week in rooms and suites. The reason I chose this hotel was because it was marijuana friendly. Well to start, the first room I reserved that was supposed to be weed friendly, was not. Oh well, no big deal. I had a suite for most of the week which was weed friendly. We moved to the Penthouse suite a couple days later and we smoked a couple joints inside with no issues. Then we went out with some friends and came back a few hours later and smoked again, but this time security came up and told us we couldn't smoke in that room. Which was not true because I confirmed this detail several times. So, I followed him down to the front desk and explained the situation and it seemed like the person that had an issue was a manager of some sort. Not other guests complaining in the lobby, but a brunette white woman with a pony tail(I also saw her managing the bar attached to the lobby) I explained that despite their new rule of no marijuana smoking, I had made this reservation before the rule went into effect and I was told it would be honored several times. I even offered to keep the door propped as to not bake out the room just to appease them and not cause trouble. Then the next night, we have the door propped and are smoking again, and here comes the security guy again because brunette pony tail complained again. And yet again, there were no guests in the lobby. For the amount of money I spent there this week, the staff should have been kissing my ass instead of treating me like I was doing something wrong. The security guys and check in clerks were all great. Other issues, a big roach walked under the door to the penthouse. We killed it and told the front desk, but they didn't do anything about it and told us it happens. Also, the only time we got our room cleaned was when we specifically requested it.This hotel definitely didn't seem busy enough to be scaring off customers with poor customer service.

My team & I were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by the General Manager, Danielle aka Danny, which fell far short of the standards we expected from your establishment. On October 30th, 2024, my team and I were invited to do body paint at the Nevada Cannabis Awards Music Festival which was taking place inside the Lexi Hotel. When I began to paint my model, Danny, tapped me on my shoulder and tried to speak to me but I could not hear her because of the live music that was playing. Because of this, I ask my model if she heard what Danny said to her & she said Danny wanted her to put pasties on. While painting, I asked another model to retrieve the pasties from my bag. Once she was able to locate the pasties, she gave them to the model I was painting. My model was attempting to put the pasties on when Danny came back only a minute later, appearing extremely irate & upset, yelling at us & threatening to have us all arrested for public indecency. She continued to verbally harass my model so I stepped in between my model & Danny to de-escalate the situation. However, despite my own attempts to address the situation directly with Danny, I believe that my concerns were disregarded & that my team & I were not treated with the respect we deserved as guests. We were beyond embarrassed because of her inability to handle the situation with professionalism.I urge you to review the conduct & customer service approach of Danielle to prevent future occurrences for other guests.Thank you.

We chose to attend the Bougie Brunch and Burlesque show that was happening last month. The live band plays swanky yacht rock and the performers are fabulous! And they definitely go full bougie with the food! They have caviar bites, seafood boil, lobster rolls...and it was all delicious! They also offer a full bar and specialty cocktails. The brunch is AYCE and I highly recommend bringing some funds to tip the dancers.

I was very curious about the Lexi as I was always a bug fan of the Artisan. Sadly enough it is still exactly like the artisan minus the amazing decor. What a shame all this weird spooky entertaining stuff is gone for a hospital feel lobby. Luckily the pool still has parties and is the exact same. They also still rent the whole hotel for one price like the artisan did for 10k (at fist $7500) per night. No idea how much it is now. This hotel is Cannabis friendly however only on the fourth floor!!!Adults only so no kids in this hotel!

Positives. No bugs. Staff, especially Jesus, were amazing. The ladies at the bar were amazing also. Negatives. Pool was closed by the health district. Floors are uneven, tripping hazard. You're far from everything so you need a car or Uber everywhere. It's not safe at night to walk off property, not that anything is close by. Walls and roof are paper thin. I heard the person upstairs walking around at all hours and farting. The doors are metal so they are loud when they close. The Wi-Fi seldom works so bring cash, they won't charge the room and no internet means no cards machines. Our a/c worked but our friends with the freeway and fire station view did not. People paid for an alcohol package but they would close the bars early. I probably could have lived with all of that, but not having an operational pool really sucked. And it's self induced if it's not mechanical and it's the health department shutting it down.

Okay, so, I booked this hotel on a whim a few days prior to my trip because the reviews seemed good for it on a couple sites. Afterwards, I did more digging and found a ton of bad reviews about it being unsafe, smelling bad, no hot water, pool being shut down, etc etc. it made me so nervous I attempted to get my hotel changed via Priceline which was a no go. So I'm here to give an updated review across a couple platforms because websites like Priceline haven't had an updated review since December 2023! The good: Yes this hotel is off the strip and a little tucked away in a semi industrial area. However, I did not feel unsafe parking my car in their parking lot, each time I parked at night they had a security guard walking around also. I liked the plenty of parking! The security guards were actually the most friendly staff members I spoke to there! This is not some little shack motel, there are two levels of rooms (plus the ground level) so it does give the "hotel vibe". It was actually pretty darn quiet the whole time I was there. Not many people lounging or walking around. The decor was cute, and you could tell they updated things to be elegant and hip. Response to other reviews: the internet worked just fine with me, and the tv allows for YouTube, Netflix or general direct tv channels. Also, there was no bad smell, lots of people said it smelled terrible and I had no unpleasant smells on the "third floor". I am not a smoker, nor do I like the smell so I definitely would have been turned off if there was a smell. And lastly, the pool worked all weekend, I even called ahead due to multiple reviews saying it was shut down earlier in the month. It was cute outside around the pool area. The bad: As you can see in the photos, the room was not cleaned wonderfully and it seemed like a rush remodel. Also, multiple people mentioned the walls were super thin. I didn't have problems with the walls being thin but damn people slamming doors in hallway was loud and the person above me walked like an elephant which was SO LOUD. I don't know why they walked around so much. It was terrible. The coffee being served downstairs was so watery, I just tossed it in favor of asking for another keurig coffee pod to just make a cup in the room. My biggest dislike, and the reason I'm giving three stars instead of four stars is because of the hot water. Multiple people mentioned no hot water, and damn it they were right. Of the five showers I took/attempted, four of the five was freezing water. Not luke warm which may have been welcomed after 100 degree weather. I'm talking COLD water even with the handle turned all the way to hot. Only the first morning was the shower water even remotely "warm". This was such a disappointment as I literally only was under the water the one morning the water was manageable, all other showers were me washing off to the side and putting body parts into water to rinse quickly.

The Lexi is absolutely my f'n favorite. For the people that are into attention to detail, iconic, maybe even old Vegas. The Burlesque show on Sunday evenings/nights is great! The performers are gorgeous. The service is top notch.

Booked a suite a year in advance. Days before our weekend getaway, they canceled our reservation. Left us scrambling to find accommodations for four.

Decent boutique hotel. The fourth floor is an "anything goes" floor. All the rooms are numbered 420 with a distinction being the room letter. For example 420A verses 420G. The rooms are quaint and have a few amenities (fridge, steamer for clothing, shampoo, lotion, body wash). Utilized valet parking while visiting. The pool is quaint and has a few cabanas with shade. The pool has a bar outside and there is also an indoor bar in the lobby area.
