Very effective email communication with Benjamin. They delivered on time on Feb 14. Wifey loved the arrangement. The donut bouquet looked good and its yummeyyyy. LOVE The Donut Bouquet. Think I came across this place on IG. I've ordered from them at least four times. The donuts are always fresh and fluffy and big. Nice size! Great toppings. You can pick your paper and ribbon color, too and add a message. They deliver - even better. Delivery is always on time. Great customer service. Great concept for all donut lovers!

Got these for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, she loved them so much she might propose to me!

I am going to be honest at first i was a little disappointed because of the order stated 9am to 1pm, but before i even order the owner ben told me there might be a delay due to valentines day. What led me to give them 5 star is the constant communication with the owner of the shop. Thats A++ for customers like me, since this is my first time ordering on this shop. It came in late, but thats expected especially probably over 100 or even 1000 people ordering from them. But what matter is it arrived in excellent condition and taste so good. And the most important of all id that MY WIFE LOVED IT. Also the delay worked just perfect! You know the saying everything happens for a reason i believed that. So thank you God and donut bouquet. You made valentines for me and my wife so amazing. The presentation is perfect, they really took the time to make this and carefully deliver it to us. So definitely recommending this place. Its worth the wait!

My dad is obsessed with donuts and really enjoyed his gift. Said the donuts were really good, sweet, and full of rich flavor. I ordered the "Have It Your Way" bouquet which cost about $60 total. Picked up in tivoli. Also, the actual size of the bouquet/donuts exceeded expectations, I thought the donuts were going to be tiny they were at least three times bigger than an actual donut.

Best birthday surprise ever!! The donuts were fresh and tasty! They left the donuts at my door while I was away and I believe they called me but didn't leave a voicemail and when I tried to call them back there was no answer. I would highly recommend and use this company for future celebrations!

If I could give less stars I would. I placed an order on Saturday for this to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It appeared that the arrangement was to be delivered from 2-5. I was exited to let my husband know he had a package coming for him. At 4:15 I get a phone call from the owner saying a delivery driver was in an accident and mine and other bouquets were ruined. He didn't offer me any consolation or other alternative. I asked him to personally deliver the donuts but he said he does not do that. I will never forgive them for doing this so last minute. I don't even know if they actually made the bouquet. I was never provided photos of the finished product. So I guess they lie to protect themselves.

Donuts were awesome my husband loved them. Gave a 4 star because I couldn't contact your business via phone. Please list a phone number for your business.

Seems like fishy business, I called and emailed and got different answers to some questions I had. Almost as if this is just a side job for them and only serve when it's convenient. ?? I was not able to place the order because the donut decorator was out of town? Pics look great though and the idea is awesome.

Ordered a bouquet for Father's Day. My husband and kids loved it. The donuts are huge and fresh. Also great customer service.
