The Capital of Tacos

Everyone loves a good taco! And everyone loves a good Taco Truck! These guys are " The Shit" Legit food! Great flavor and selection made to order! You will be licking your fingers too- trust that! The people inside were sweating it out in the heat but still happy and smiling! Everything we tried was excellent,moist,flavorful and fairly priced!

There have been food trucks popping up at work & I knew It had to be good when all my coworkers were coming back with boxes and boxes of tacos I saw that each taco was $4.50 and asked how big they were. Each taco was loaded & the size of my hand. Salsa at the bottom & all the toppings for added flavor & texture. Three tacos alone filled up the to go box! I had the chance to try 3 different tacos:Carne Asada: cilantro onion mix, red salsa guacamoleAl Pastor: cilantro onion mix, avocado salsa, pineapplePork Carnitas: cilantro onion mix, red salsa, guacamole, pickled onions (winner for me!!)I loved how all the meats were cooked. The carne Asada and Al pastor was charred for that extra flavor. The pork carnitas was moist & easy to pull apartThe only added sides were just some small lime wedges & a pico de gallo. You don't need anything else. So much flavor goes into each taco already! I'm looking forward to seeing this food truck more!

Saw these guys parked in Henderson next to a Khourneys and a Panera Bread. I've seen them a few times and if they keep coming back it must be good?Oh it's good. Very good.So good, I'm coming back every Monday except the first Monday of the month. I'm supposed to be on a budget but that budgets gone now!I only had one carne asada taco, but I tasted everything. The delicious corn tortilla, the fresh guacamole and onions/cilantro, the tender, crispy yet soft carne asada, and a hint of red salsa. This is better than Tacos el Gordo and Taco y Taco. I will be back. Many times.

Food is amazing. The workers are super friendly and the service is on point and awesome. I wish they had a location already but I'll follow them anywhere! Their truck is to the point and ambiance is cool.

Best Mexican food I've tasted in Las Vegas since I moved here from San Diego 3 years ago! It's sooo good i went right back to order seconds. Definitely recommend! The carnitas burrito is bomb and the tacos are so good! And the guy who owns the truck is so nice. 10/10 for me !

We were at Goldmine Tavern bar in Henderson and we were just about to leave and find food. This food truck rolls up and we decided to check it out. Super friendly staff & good prices. $4-$12. Decent size tacos not the typical overpriced tiny street tacos. They had good flavor & were FULL of meat (we got carne asada & Al Pastor) But he also made me a surf & turf (shrimp & filet mignon) I am not a fan of both meats in one bite but individually the shrimp & filet were great! I look forward to catching this food truck again. Perfect timing bc we were hungry & didnt even have to leave the sports bar. Def wana try more food items next time. Fresh & hot food & Only took @8min for an order of 5 tacos so it was nice not having to wait. Look for this food truck & you wont be disappointed!

Great service, good food. We ordered 3 tacos, 2 shrimp and 1 al pastor and one carne asada quesadilla. Both were served with a delicious green sauce. The tacos had all the right toppings and the quesadilla.had pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. The pico was so good, I could of had that alone with some chips. The quesadilla was a little greasy on the outside, but still had great flavor. The tacos were good, I wish there were more or bigger shrimp, it seemed there were more toppings. But the al pastor taco.... I'll be going back just to get another one... Soooo goood! The service was great. The woman that took our order was very friendly and we got our food in a timely matter. If you see this truck out and about, I highly suggest you stop to get your Mexican food fix! We're looking forward to having it again!

At Spring Valley Hospital waiting on family to complete a procedure and started to get hungry. An announcement about a food truck came over the PA System. I went outside and was greeted with a smile from the lady at the window. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a drink. She took payment handed me a pager and to my surprise it wasn't a long time before the pager was going off to tell me my food was ready. I sat down to eat at the patio area outside the hospital and to my surprise it tasted like I was at a sit down restaurant. The chicken was tender and the cheese was oozing out. Pico, sour cream and guac were on the side just like I like it and I didn't have to request it. 10 stars for me. Thank you!

Had them a couple of time and enjoyed my meal. When they are at the Crntral park it makes a special dinner for my grandson and I.

Stopped at this taco truck because there was a lot of people around it. Went up to the window and spoke to the gentleman who was amazingly cool. I asked him about his fish tacos and if they were fried. I always am looking for a good Mahi mahi grilled fish taco but it's almost impossible to find in Vegas. He told me to try his grilled fish tacos. And I ordered chicken and Al pastor as well. They don't fill any of their burritos with rice or beans which is so dope. No fillers here. Check out my picture and make this a must try. He is up by inspiration in Henderson on Thursday nights. These are by far some of the best tacos and burritos I have ever eaten. You have to try him out!! I called his business card back and spoke to him. Because my family was so impressed with how good this food was.I would give ten stars if I could!!!​
