The Butcher Block

I love this Butcher shop They have great quality products. And wish they have A5 Japanese tenderloin

This is a cool little shop. We happened to go on a day their deli was closed, so I can only speak for the butcher side. There were some interesting meats to choose from, but ultimately there was not a huge selection. I had heard good things about this place and honestly expected more. But we ended up with a tri tip and it was cut well. The meat was great quality and they recommended a pretty good bbq sauce. While it did seem picked over, I think maybe going in the morning would have better selection. Ill be giving this place another try.

Staff here is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I love that you can get wagyu cuts along with sashimi grade cuts. I've gotten their salmon before to make a sashimi salad, which was wonderful with a yuzu dressing.

My husband decided to cook several filet mignon for dinner. We decided to stop by The Butcher Block to pick up a few pieces!The Butcher Block is located in Northwest Las Vegas, off of the 215/Durango N exit. It's located in a shopping plaza next to a few other local businesses such as North End Pizza. The parking can get really difficult especially during the evening hours around 4-5 pm.Inside the Butcher Block, you'll notice a lot of fresh meat selections. The cuts were phenomenal. You can purchase Filet Mignon, Ribs, Chicken, Sausages, Steak Burgers and so much more! The Filets were amazing! The cuts were lean. We seasoned the steaks with pepper and salt, topped with garlic butter. It was scrumptious!! Next time, I'll have to try some of their pre-made options and get a few cuts of their sausages.

Hands down the best!The quality here is unbelievable. You pay for it but it's worth it. Great variety.

Conveniently located in Centennial right off of 215 and Durango (exit 37). The staff is friendly and welcoming. I stopped in looking for corned beef, but didn't realize they closed the deli and never reopened it after the Pandemic at this location. You can get your choice of fresh meats and the cuts that you want. They also have a location on Rainbow Boulevard.

Great cuts of meat all the time. Their top of the line filets are outstanding. Their butcher's always get it right. When you ask for 3) 5oz filets, you get 15oz of filet. Always spot on...

When visiting a Butcher's shop I expect to find meat and cuts that may not be popular at grocery stores and such. I find this not the case in most so called Butcher Shop in name only here in Vegas. They are meat shops. John Mulls is a Butcher Shop

I really like this place. Pricey but always good quality meat. Customer service is great and they'll answer any questions you have.
