We are huge fans of the butcher block for our meat however we only go to the Henderson location since it's close by us. Today we decided to venture out to the Southwest location so we can try their sandwiches, which I'm glad we did. My husband got the Wagyu patty melt, which was flavored perfectly. It's served with some sort of beer Mac n cheese, which was incredible. I opted for the cheesesteak, which was just ok. The meat was good but overall, it was missing flavor. Now the sweet potato tots were amazing and made up for the sandwich. I see why people go to this location since it offers the little extra when you're out shopping! We will definitely be going back out to this one again.

Been shopping here for 3+ years now and it has never steered me wrong. Favorites: American Wagyu Tomahawk/Ribeye/Rib Cap. Usually it is $40-80/lb and worth every penny (comparable to or better than top steakhouses if you cook it right) I have also tried the Japanese A5 Wagyu, Dry Aged Steaks, Prime, Grass Fed, Bone Marrow (they will cut long ways). The dry aged is cut to order -- just tell them how many inches. Finally folks are always friendly and happy to answer questions. It can get busy during holidays. Call ahead for specific cuts as the stock may vary.

I just receive poor customer service with the smoke ham. It was labeled as $7.99 a lbs and willing to pay $87.00 for the ham. Then the guy helping us changed his approach by saying it was priced wrong and would cost more. This is false advertisement and walked away. This place should train their staff how to service their paying customers by providing better buying experience. I went to Smith's and purchase a 30 lbs honey spiral ham for less and was satisfied with the service. I would not recommend going to his butcher house since the staff cannot price their product accurately

I love cooking and I've asked a lot of people since I moved here where's the best place to buy good quality meat and every single person has said check out Butcher Block and I finally did swing by this weekend and it did not disappoint. Tons of great options and the people working there were super friendly and helpful. I ended up grabbing some venison and elk burgers on this trip that were absolutely delicious but I'll definitely be going back for all other meats going forward. Also I think the prices were very fair.

My wallet cringed when I saw the total, but maaaan, that grass fed ribeye was worth every penny! Those cows definitely were eating some quality greenery lol. Beautiful and clean butcher shop, quick service, and the meat itself was amazing. I might have to save up so I can come back more often!

A must-visit if you live and visit Vegas. This is their Rainbow location. I love this place. If you love to cook and want awesome quality of meat, this is the place to go. Not only are there great varieties from chicken, beef, etc... they also have different grades of meat and even beef jerky. The staff are also awesome and very very helpful every time I've visited here. I came here today for some beef bones and they had amazing ones in stock with so much marrow... they even ask you if you want it cut and sliced in half. Great folks! In addition, next door in the same building, they have their deli where you can order and eat food. I've yet to try it so this is definitely on my list for next time. Overall, this place is so awesome and it's always nice to see great high quality meats!!!

I got a three bone, prime grade prime rib cut from here for the holidays, and it was absolutely exceptional. I also bought some beef bone and beef shank to make an au jus, and everything was top notch. Definitely recommend the butcher block.

Mannnnn, this is the best dammmm pastrami in Las Vegas! I've been here several times, and I always get the same thing. This isn't that new no fat Pastrami.....Pastrami, should have some fat on it, to help with the juices! I opt'd for my coleslaw on the side, I usually put mustard on mine, but it came with some amazing sauce on it. The bread was soft, the pastrami was perfect. The coleslaw was fresh, I could take a tub of that home, I and the fries are so different, and so good! Service was great. And as I waited for my food, I did see some crackers, that I get in the little meat tray I by, and I've never seen the crackers anywhere else! I can see myself buying about 10 packs of them, they had a few different flavors, so I need to see what the flavors are before I start hoarding crackers! Yes, I will be back soon!

This butcher shop is 4min from my house, ive been coming almost everyday, at least every other day for months now. Service:- employees: 5 stars, the best, always a pleasant experience.- OWNERS: 0 stars, disgusting. Ive had the chance to interact with the owner once and once with his son today. Both interactions ive had were disgusting and unpleasant to say the least, of the at least 100 times ive been here. Not once have i had an unpleasant experience with someone that works there. About a month or so ago I came and the owner helped me out, when I got home I realized he charged me ribeye steak for the ground beef I ordered... Immediately went back and was given a refund. Didn't think much of it since it couldve been a mistake and they apologized. Today, Valentines day, I went in and there was a line, a pretty long one BUT A STRAIGHT LINE. You literally can not miss someone in the line. The owner's son, asked the person behind me what they would like today. I proceeded to tell him I was here first and in line for a while now lol standing in line. Asshole does not apologize or anything and proceeds to create a more uncomfortable and disgusting situation engaging with person behind me who also felt entitled to go first. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he threw gasoline on the fire he started. I can think of only 2 things. I was either targeted for not being white, or they targeted me for wearing sweats and a hoodie and not dressing up to go to the butcher shop. The store is nice, their product is actually good. Come here for good meat and for extremely unpleasant experiences.
