I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing Resort on the dates of 03 January 2025 - 05 January 2025 and I had a wonderful stay ,Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by a Lady who checked me in [ Tip for Future Guest :: This Hotel does charge a $150 Deposit , But it is totally worth it for the stay ; You will also be immediately reimbursed with your funds if you don't do anything ' wrong ' to your Room ].After Check - In she explained the basics of the Resort .. A Parking Pass was required to Park , and etc...I also noticed that when I got near the Elevators a " Security Guard " was always there ( Day , Night , and Evening ) to assure Guests are safe. After the Check - In Process was done I immediately went to my room and it was beautiful with an amazing view of the Pool. The only issue that I really had was the Shower kept dripping even after I turned it off... And that there were no Electrical Sources in the Bathroom to plug a Blow Dryer or Flat Iron. I overall enjoyed my stay however and I have concluded that I will definitely be a Returning Guest at this Resort.

I didn't realize that The Berkley is inside the Silverton Casino Lodge building. Next to the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World. I thought it was a separate newer hotel building when we booked it. 3/5 stars for our overall stay. Nothing impressive, nothing too disappointing. The room had a good amount of space and a good kitchen size. They didn't charge extra for parking. The room was a bit dusty, the carpets were stained and I had allergy issues in the room but that happens with any hotel that's not a newer building. At 10pm when we were coming back to our room the 1st night we couldn't get into our room, we had to go to the front desk and the lady had to walk up to our door and give the key reader a quick charge with a plug and then it let us open the door. That didn't happen again which we were happy about. The ladies that worked the front desk were all very nice. It's a decent budget stay if you don't have allergy issues.

I reviewed this resort FOUR MONTHS AGO when I was injured in an elevator that jerked upward and caused me to fall after I entered. I was then locked in for at least 45 minutes. The fire department had to come to rescue me and a sign activated in the elevator advising me it was on fire and to exit immediately. I had to call 911. I have still seen no follow up by the resort manager. Has the issue with malfunctioning elevators been resolved?? No one from the Berkeley ever called me to check on my injuries-- or to apologize for this harrowing experience. I am still waiting. Very poor customer service to say the least.

Loved this place! We stayed in a 1bdrm style apt./ condo That's very modern and comfy it felt like home away from home (even tho I live in a 3bdrm home) My man love full size fridges so he enjoyed the room for that reason 1st We were on the 10th floor with a very nice strip view. This will be my last summer getaway to Vegas it's just to damn hot for me. Best time to travel to Vegas for me should be maybe the end of sept./Oct. Then maybe April/May... We gotta stay here again it was so peaceful... Very clean with friendly staff also owners of this timeshare. Our last Vegas stay in Dec. 2023 I came home with covid my stay was at Southpoint it was packed but I feel very comfy with that place also this place is much better when you want bigger

We stayed 3 nights at The Berkley, and really enjoyed our time here. I'm not sure why yelpers have given this property such a low rating (2.7 on yelp vs 4.4 on google & 4.5 on Tripadvisor). We had a room on the 9th Floor with a view of the strip. Our room was a full condo size, and was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Parking here is free, and there are more than enough spaces. Just a heads up, the building does say "Silverton" on it, not The Berkley. The only two issues we had, is that there is no fan in the bathroom, and the checkout time is 10 AM. I think an 11 AM checkout would be more appropriate. Overall we had a great stay here and would stay here again if ever in the area.

I enjoyed my stay, it felt more like an luxury apartment then a hotel, everything me and my family needed was provided in the room, I would definitely stay here again, the only Con were super slow elevators but the 3 do cover 18 floors and 1 was out of service, we tossed our own trash in the trash chute on the 10th floor (we were on the 11 floor)and no daily maid service which was fine. I paid $108 a night, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Beautiful rooms, very quiet. Had all of the necessities. We stayed on the 16th floor and had a wonderful view of the strip. Only complaints would be the super slippery shower floor and the too soft pillows. Woke up with a kink in my neck every morning. Other than that, we would stay here again.

While this hotel meets the mark regarding first impressions, it lacks where it counts. When you walk into the building, it's updated, trendy, and smells fresh. The elevators are extremely slow, and only two of the three are in working condition. You're hit with an unpleasant smell when you step into the elevator. The rooms are labeled 1010 A & B. You enter the door and enter a tiny area with two additional doors, A & B. This place is not a hotel but a timeshare with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and table. It's essentially an apartment. The bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows smelled like old hair scarves. The fridge was cleaned, but the stove was dirty, and the overall room needed to be DEEPLY CLEANED. The sliding doors to the bathroom are extremely squeaky.I couldn't figure out the horrible smell until the night before my last day. We checked with the front desk to confirm the checkout process and for additional towels and washcloths. We were informed that we would need to rewash our towels, AND upon checkout, take out all of the trash and take it to the designated trash disposal on the floor. This was the source of the rotten smell! Each floor has a trash chute in which to drop the trash. If you're simply looking to house a family and work on your vacation, this is the place for you. If you're looking to relax, choose another place to stay. The attention to remodeling the front desk needs to be made throughout this entire building!
