Family dinner for 14, everyone loved their dishes- roasted chicken for 2, scallops, steak, pork chops.... The sides were yummy- I especially loved the broccoli and cheese. We had 4 baskets of bread and lots of cocktails and wine.... Only thing I wish they would provide a slice of bread for gluten free. Mon Ami Gabi does provide (maybe also want to see the chef on how they are able to execute that)- just nice when you're drinking and everyone is devouring $30 bread baskets at the table. I did order a cocktail shrimp pronto so I was ok, but it would have been nice. I was able to book on open table for 13 (with credit card)but needed to add 1 addition family member but they would not add when I called, they gave the number for group bookings... fortunately most of our family was staying The Paris and were able to add through concierge. Btw I loved the upside down lemon meringue(gluten free)! Yummy I also had the gf scallops and risotto, it was so yummy. My husband had the fun cotton candy thing and it was quite a showstopper!!!! The noise level was great for a large party, you could hear those sitting around you and have conversations without yelling. We had a wonderful time.

My recent visit to The Bedford, Martha Stewart's restaurant in Las Vegas, was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional service, making us feel warmly welcomed. We sat in the reserved section which is designed to look like Martha's home with windows looking out. It was lovely. The culinary experience was outstanding, especially the pierogis, which were a standout favorite for us. The bread basket offered a variety of delicious options, each piece freshly baked and full of flavor. The tableside baked potato was a unique and enjoyable touch, although given its price, it's something we'd likely skip on a future visit. The roast chicken, on the other hand, was incredibly succulent, with a gravy that was rich and flavorful, elevating the dish to another level.Admittedly, The Bedford is on the pricier side, but the exceptional quality of the food and service makes it perfect for special occasions. Overall, we had a memorable evening and look forward to returning for another exquisite meal.

Was able to score an early reservation just an hour earlier for dinner before walking to The Sphere for the Eagles show. We enjoyed the service, elegant yet understated ambiance, cocktails, and food. We shared Big Martha's Perogies for appetizers and there was plenty for a meal if you order a salad. Perhaps one of the best perogies I ever had, and I had plenty in my life as I married an America-Polish man. Great pasta stuffing ratio, creamy, and cooked to perfection. As an ENTRÉES I had the Lemon Risotto with Sea Scallops. The risotto was creamy, rich, and flavorful, al dente rice, was still light delicate, and decadent. The scallops tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture with a slight chewiness. I overate with no guilt as we walked to and from the Sphere. My friend had the honey mustard salmon which she enjoyed very much and had leftovers for the next morning's breakfast. A bit expensive, but is Vegas and everything is overpriced. Oh, I very much craved the upside-down lemon meringue pie, it looked delightfully yummy, but I was already more than satisfied and we had to go. . . Next time for sure.

As locals, The Bedford had been on my "must-try" list for over a year, and I went in with high expectations. Unfortunately, it fell far short. We arrived at 8 PM on a Friday night and were surprised to see the restaurant nearly empty--never a good sign for a place that markets itself as a high-end dining experience. The value simply isn't there. They position themselves as a luxury establishment worthy of charging premium pricing, but the experience felt anything but luxurious. The restaurant seemed to be mid-renovation, with visible paint touch-ups that made the space feel dumpy. To make matters worse, a staff member walked through the dining room carrying takeout bags from a fast food place--not exactly the ambiance you'd expect for fine dining. The service also left much to be desired. They were out of two of the wines we ordered, and when we opted for cocktails instead, they couldn't make an espresso martini because their machine had "just broken."Other things that contributed to our negative experience: - Basic offerings like bread were not complimentary; instead, they charge $25 for a bread basket, that felt excessive and unwelcoming.- A fellow diner decided to take her shoes off in the middle of the dining room. It was inappropriate and unhygienic, but management did nothing. Either this is acceptable here, or they just didn't care--it was hard to tell which was worse.- The food itself was mediocre at best. With the exception of the roasted chicken and upside down lemon meringue dessert, the flavors were bland, and the presentation and taste did not justify the steep prices. - The restaurant doesn't have an internal restroom. Guests are required to leave the establishment and use the casino's facilities, which completely ruins any illusion of a refined dining experience.- The takeout bags were the same ones you'd receive at a takeout Chinese restaurant. Overall, it was incredibly disappointing and not worth the hype--or the money.

The ambiance of this place is so cozy and warm on Christmas Eve, and combining that with great service and good food makes for a nice dinner on the holidays. Yes, it is pricey and do I think some items are worth it....yes. While others are overpriced for what you get. The endive salad here is a must! It is truly a foodie experience in all the ingredients coming together to make a superb salad. The perogies are a sharable and also a must. I've added a pic of the prices so you can get a feel of what a nice dinner will cost. Go with an empty belly, and you will be rolling out the door!

Been wanting to try the Bedford since it opened but never had the chance. So glad I came in to try the four course Christmas menu. The salad was fresh with a good mix of greens. A bit too mustardy for my taste but if you like mustard, you'll like the vinaigrette. I can see how the pierogi are one of the most popular dishes here as they were quite spectacular. However, I think $40 for this plate is far too much. Upgraded to the prime rib for my main and have absolutely no regrets! It was so good and the sides were perfect. Super buttery masked potatoes, well seasoned stuffing, cranberry sauce, and extra creamy horseradish cream. Finally came the eggnog cheesecake. The cream topping didn't have much flavor but the rest was fantastic. My entire meal was delicious from start to finish and so big. I look forward to eating the rest tomorrow! The interior is very unique and homey, plus the open kitchen is beautiful.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the charm of this spot. The environment was everything I expect from Martha including video of her walking the Bedford property in different seasons - across an entire wall! The bread basket was divine (cranberry focaccia with turbinado sugar on the crust? Genius! The cracker with vegetables? How?!!). My husband devoured the chicken breast stuffed with breadcrumbs and herbs. The croutons on the Caesar salad were the perfect size to get crunch in each bite! (The salad was a bit over dressed, unfortunately). The prices were surprisingly high. We spent about $125 for a light lunch for two.The staff were attentive without being solicitous - just perfect for us. We always like having our glasses of water kept topped off.I'll be back for the bread basket!

I came here for dinner with friends and I had a good time. I believe we were seated right next to Martha's table that she dines at when she is in town. The drinks were the star for me. That white cosmopolitan with the orchid garnish was amazing. I think ordered 3 lol. The bread basket is what I heard about before coming and it was amazing. The variety was amazing. I believe I ordered a pasta dish, I wasn't too impressed but it wasn't terrible. This place is a little pricey but there are some good items on the menu. The ambiance is what you would expect from Martha; copper pots adorn the kitchen area and the backdrop are visuals of her walking on her property that change throughout the night. Overall, the service was exceptional and I would possibly dine here again, or at least grab drinks lol.

We visited The Bedford for a 14-person team dinner and the overall experience was 5-star! Our waiter Bryce was knowledgeable, attentive and went above and beyond telling us about Martha and the restaurant as well as answering all our questions! With such a large group, The Bedford's efficiency in service stood out and we will be sure to eat here again when in Vegas.
