We were staying in east Vegas and wanted a nice meal close by.Just walked up to the reception and was offered a choice of seating at 7:30 on a Saturday night. We chose patio with a view of the waterfall. The staff were very friendly.and attentive without hovering.Cocktails were spot on and the lump crab and lobster cake appetizer was nice with a good balance of flavors and meat. The Steaks were cooked perfectly and were tender and tasty.A great meal for half the price of the strip and closer.

Valentines reservation. Got lucky and got a table on the patio. Gotta say that was the best part! The water light show was pretty cool. We started with a lemon drop and a sidecar, both of those were amazing. Next came to mushroom ravioli and cleaver salad, both bland and tasteless. Waste of $25. Bread was nothing to write home about. Next came our onion rings, Mac n cheese and of course I had the ribeye while the Mr had the porterhouse. Both were just Mediocre. Onion rings were greasy and Mac n cheese was just ok. For $200 we could have (and should have) went somewhere else. Ended upBringing 80% of it home and my son had the honors, only to say the same, "it should have/Could have been better". I'm sorry Angry Butcher but we definitely will not be returning.

My friend flew in from NJ to celebrate my 75th birthday. A very special day,We did not have a reservation but arrived @4:15, just minutes after they opened. Not busy at all. When checking in with the hostess I asked for a booth. She curtly answered that they were all booked so we would have to sit at a table. Ok.Our busser brought water & bread immediately and with a smile. The waiter came shortly bringing his great personality and the menus. We placed our order which came out in appropriate intervals,Let me note I've eaten here many times with delicious results. This time not so much.Their Famous onion soup became infamous! Sooooo salty I ate 3 rolls before the next course.Next the entrees. Also horribly salty!I did comment about this to our waiter but it might be another 75 years before I return.

We have a mixed review. We came for my Dad's 81 birthday as he lives in Boulder City and really enjoys the Angry Butcher. When we arrived for our reservation, we only had to wait about 5 minutes and the four of us were seated. The service was terrific. We had gentleman who wore a mask so it was a little difficult to hear, but he was very nice and fun. We started with Caesar salad which was good. For entrées, Dad and I ordered the shrimp and scallops meal, Susi ordered the half chicken and my husband ordered the ribeye steak with a side, baked potato, asparagus and mushrooms. The steak that came out was not very impressive. It was not a very thick cut and it was kind of stringy. The seasoning was fine, but nothing exceptional. For a $10 baked potato, it was just a baked potato. It did have some nice toppings, but the butter was ice cold. The mushrooms were good, but we really like it when they get almost a little crispy. The asparagus was excellent!Susi enjoyed her chicken dinner and the sides that accompanied it. She had plenty to take home for leftovers. The shining star of all the entrées was the shrimp and scallops with the spinach underneath in a wonderful sauce. My dad doesn't even care for spinach, but he ate some of it because the sauce was so good. They surprised us by bringing out a lovely dessert to share of homemade vanilla bean ice cream with strawberries and whip whipped cream. We thought we were too full to eat dessert, but we did polish up most of it. Overall, it was a 3.5 experience. It was noisy near our table with kitchen sounds. My stepmother had to take her hearing aids out because it bothered her. The steak and all the sides being a la cart was very expensive and a little disappointing, but the other meals were very good. I suspect we'll be back next year for Dad's 92nd birthday. I'll make sure we sit far away from the kitchen if possible. The 10 minute light show is very nice.

Vibe: Visiting Mystic Falls Holiday LightsParking: Free in 2 GaragesService: Exceptional Price: $56 + tipOrder: Beef Short Rib, saladAs soon as we sat for dinner (no reservation needed), we were served with beautiful fluffy rolls and water. We casually decided on our dinner options while trying the bread. I chose the braised short ribs and a salad. My friend ordered a steak and Mac n cheese. So as to try multiple things, we split all our orders. True to most steak houses in LV, everything must be purchased separately. I appreciated that the waiter (knowing our intention to split meals) served the salad in 2 dishes and added a few small potatoes to my plate. Honestly, the steak was a little overcooked and tough (ordered med rare but most of it was med). My beef short rib was fabulous and tender. However, one of the 3 pieces received had excess inedible fat. The Mac n cheese was a little dry. The salad was perfect! All in all, a decent meal at a decent price with exceptional service!

Since the pandemic ripped everything apart at Sam's Town, staff could attend to us with great service. The steak I ordered was very juicy. Thank you Angry Butcher staff.

This place was just a little hard to find, but once we did, we were greeted and seated right away. Our server, Maurie, was very pleasant and jovial. He offered great suggestions for drink ( the Perfect Margarita is actually perfect!) and food as their menu is ala cart. The food came out in a timely manner, hot and cooked just right!I highly recommend this eatery!

I chose to dine at the Angry Butcher for Thanksgiving. I did not appreciate the server making the comment about my dining "alone." The server then made an unprompted decision to touch me and pat me on my back as if to console me for dining alone. It was completely UNNECESSARY. I frequently dine alone and shouldn't have to deal with a server or anyone making a big deal about it. Even if it Is a holiday.I ordered the Thanksgiving Turkey dinner. The starter salad was okay. I enjoyed the sweet and savory balance of the pears and dried cranberries with balsamic vinaigrette. I only ate two of the rolls. As for the main dish, two things struck me immediately when the server brought the plate out: the plating and the smell. The smell of the food, when it arrived, was off putting. There was a chemical smell. I think the plate may have been sanitized in undiluted sanitizer solution. Whatever it was, it was strong enough for me to smell it.The way the food was plated made the meal look completely unappealing. One side had congealed brick of scalloped potatoes, the other side had two baby carrots. In the middle was a large glob of a dark brown mess of gravy with turkey slices. I was initially upset with how much gravy was given but was thankful for it when it came to eating the turkey. The turkey was SO dry I nearly choked on it. I only was able to eat maybe one slice before I gave up. I was surprised to see stuffing under the mess of gravy and ended up eating that and the two baby carrots. I had also ordered a side order of creamed spinach. I know heating dairy can be tricky; if you overheat it the dairy can curdle. I would not be surprised if the creamed spinach was made ahead of time, taken out of the fridge to come to room temperature and then served because that was the temperature (room) it was served. Combined with the fact it was so bland I was only able to eat three small bites before pushing it away. I should have left after the unwanted interaction with the server at the beginning. But held out hope the meal would be worth it. Have to find another restaurant to have Christmas dinner because this experience ruined me to give it another chance.
