Texas BBQ Wagon

Right when you walk in it seems as if it is not open. Empty, plastic tarps on the tables, and silent. Also the menu is very confusing. They have masking tape over many of the options making it extremely confusing on what is available and what is not. When it comes to the food, the brisket seemed tough and fatty. I'm not sure how that is the case, but that was the cut I was served. Chicken was bland, and ok but not for the price. I will give them credit on their sauce, it was very good. That is why I am giving it 2 stars. In conclusion, there are many better bbq places to eat in Vegas. This has to be one of the worst unfortunately.

Good local Restaurant decent size menu food is seasoned pretty well I would come here again. A+

Overall experience with food 2/5 stars and customer service 4/5 stars. Small/cozy restaurant in a shopping center. Lots of parking and seating inside the establishment. The gentleman behind the counter owned the restaurant and he was nice and explain some highlights on the menu such as the ribs and brisket. We went with the #19 which is the 3 meat combo and 1 side. We were a bit disappointed because you couldn't double the meat choice, mac and cheese was not part of the side options, you have to order mac and cheese separate, and for a platter you only get one side. But we ended up getting to additional sides so we could have everything we wanted. 4/5 stars - The brisket was tender good ratio of lean meat and parts of fat. 3/5 stars St. Louis Ribs - they were tender but w/out the bbq sauce they were pretty bland. 3/5 stars rib tips - same as the req ribs tender but w/out the bbq sauce they were bland, and barely any meat on them. 4/5 stars - Regular BBQ sauce - great flavor and seasoning 4/5 stars - Spicy BBQ sauce - great flavor and seasoning and good spice level. 1/5 stars - mac n cheese another bland item and the cheese was clumpy.1/5 stars - yams there was no texture to it just seemed like mashed potatoes.They was flavor but all you tasted was sweetness from the marshmallow.4/5 potato salad - had good flavor no major complaints on this one but it was a bit too sweet for potato salad I really wanted to love the place, I didn't want to write this review but again just my opinion.

We came here for lunch after seeing a great review on their brisket on Nextdoor. The restaurant is in a shopping plaza and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with the aroma of BBQ which made our mouths water. The menu is on the wall. We ordered the brisket and the triple meat (brisket, pulled pork, and hot link). These are actually sandwiches. The sides we chose were French fries and greens. The moist brisket was very good, hot link was spicy and pulled pork was chopped. The fries could have been a little crispier for us. The greens were good and garlicky. The spicy BBQ sauce was Amazing! Inside is picnic table seating with two TV's. The restaurant really got busy after we arrived. The staff were nice. I want to come back and try the gumbo and Cajun catfish.

Wow!!! Who knew this little gem appeared in this small tucked away corner?!?! The decor is ALL AMERICAN The BRISKET melts in your mouth - we had the mild sauce which was DELICIOUS!The POTATO SALAD is just the perfect blend of flavors and creamy goodnessThe GREEN BEANS are cooked with garlic and broth and an easy way to get in your veggies. The SERVICE was friendly and the owner has a great energy. We CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK! Blessings to this new business

True Texas BBQ! Ordered through Uber eats just to try it. The ribs were 10/10, pulled pork was 10/10, brisket was 9/10, chicken was 10/10. As for the sides the mac and cheese was 10/10, greens 10/10, hush puppies 10/10 (I just wish they came with some kinda sauce to dip them in), red beans and rice 9/10. Tried both the mild and spicy BBQ and both were very good. Another person ate the entire portion of peach cobbler so no one else got any. I'd guess they would rate that a 10/10. Lastly, we also got a loaded baked potato with brisket. It's not my thing, but the person that ate it said it was fantastic and they would order it again. We got French fries free with our order. That's the only thing I wouldn't get again. Mainly because everything else is just so good. Now that I know this place is close, we will be trying it in person and pick up as I know uber eats isn't kind to restaurants. We definitely enjoyed the food and can't wait to try more. The price for the amount of food was great. Another highlight was the friendly service. I asked for the spicy sauce for my meat, I wish it was a little more spicy and tangy, but other than that, I was satisfied.

Let's just say I found my favorite barbecue place in Las Vegas! Unfortunately, I had to work on Labor Day and I was too tired to go to the party I was invited to. I still wanted to enjoy barbecue so what did I do? I turned to Yelp? I saw the reviews and said let's give it a try. I was not disappointed. The restaurant is located in the shopping mall that's rather discreet. When I entered it, there were several people waiting for their food and one couple eating. As I began talking with them they all said they found this place for the first time. I got a three meat combo special. It had ribs, rib, tips, and brisket. I got the sauces on the side ....the regular as well as the spicy. They have ton of combo meals and all of them looked absolutely delicious. I got my food to go and when I got home, I was ready! I poured the regular sauce on my ribs took a bite and almost died right there on the spot! The rib tips were amazing. The brisket was amazing as well. Everything was fall off the bone and tender. The owner and chef came out and told us how he prepared his food. He uses nothing but the best, utilizing actual wood to cook his meats and real honey to sweeten his bar-b-q sauces. You have to try this place for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

This is Texas style brisket. Sliced brisket had a large smoke ring to top and bottom of slice. Very goodRibs same smoke flavor and tender. Not fall off the bone tender but close. The sauce is also good. Did not try the spicy sauce. Atmosphere is typical small joint in Texas. Picnic tables covered withPlastic. Remember you're there to enjoy the food. Owner is nice guy. The US flag is hung wrong

Bbq is delicious and reasonable prices. Good customer service. Brisket and ribs were authentic Texas bbq. Smoke flavor was outstanding.
