Terrible's

The bathroom is gross! Trash needs to be taking out and there are puddles of dried liquid soap next to the sinks. While we bought our snacks the two females carried on a conversation about another coworkers hours to include using profanities in front of my kid. Note impressed.

Mood- Open Open OpenDo you remember that Target commerical? The lady had her face pressed to the window and was waiting in anticipation of the store to open. Well that has been the case for many people in this area or whom just travel this road. We've all seen the construction workers, the Terribles staff and everything in between as we waited for the final day.Upon entering - and this has been every time since it has opened for my experience, I have been quickly greeted. Staff has always been very courteous and hospitable. Interior is huge - there are the usual options from beverages, snacks, and the small cafeteria type experience with the hot dogs and soft buns below. Plus the doughnuts and coffee. Cant leave out that part. Also what I thought was a nice touch, as you are at the doors to leave there are ( 2 ) large screens that give you the current temperatures for the city and the nearest areas as well. Kinda helps set the tone on how to prepare for your next road trip.Exterior - There are several pumps to use. I personally love this as I have not seen it get congested thank goodness. The pump area has always been clean and rubbish continually removed whenever I have been here. In addition there is a car wash, along with vacuums that adorn a bay for several users. Would most def recommend - pricing is typical for the current market rate value for petrol and items inside. Plus they have a rewards program that might be in your best interest if you use Terribles alot.Location is Lamb/ Nexxus - ample parking

It's clean, employees are cool , nice amount of food. Beer cave !!!!! Plus they offer free drinks with a gas purchase.

Don't know what group of degenerates runs this toile bowl, but the car wash was an absolute joke. Purchased their $20 "ultimate" package with a very stupid name to it. No high pressure pre-wash, just goes right to dumping soap & scrubbers kick on instantly. Not even 2 minutes had passed & already the blow driers activates. I couldn't believe the speed at which it washed my car, so I stepped out after the wash to see for myself. Not a single bug nor the windshield stain was removed. Just $20 snatched & wasted. Are you F kidding?One thing I will give these degenerate scumbags credit for is that they rightfully named their business "Terrible's" for an obvious reason. The fecal matters are telling you they're terrible so that you don't hold them to it. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SH-THOLE.

Purchased a charger when the cashier said that I could get it refunded if it didn't work. The charger did not work. Tried to make a valid return of a purchased charger at this location. Was told that my phone was broken, not the charger, and that the store would not issue a refund. Do not come to this establishment

Convenience, brushless car wash subscription with unlimited wakes, fully stocked snacks etc. great membership program.

I normally don't like to give bad review on a business but this gas station employees are very rude, also they never ever get paper in the gas pump to print the receipt and the coupon for the free product each time you get your gas fill up, when you need to go inside to ask for your printed or try to claim your free drink the cashier is so rude and lazy trying to help they just simply tell you there is noting they can do. Most of the Terrible gas station never get any paper inside the gas pump for customers to get their receipt/ coupon printed. Is that not the employees duties to be sure the gas pumps area everything is running smoothly. To me the employees are simply so damn lazy.

I don't know what the cashiers problem but she really needs to check her attitude . If you having a bad day, keep it to yourself . I definitely won't be back. Deborah, you is rude!
