Temple Bar Marina Restaurant

Love this little restaurant! It is the only restaurant by the marina but I have to say they really are innovative and create awesome new menu items and different specials with each visit. One menu item that is a staple and amazing is their fish and chips (comes with home made chips!) and their taco salad is served in a giant fried flour tortilla bowl. They expanded their coffee menu and now have iced coffee. The service is amazing, they are very attentive and everyone is down to earth and provides excellent service. My mom, stepdad, 2 sisters, and I came over the weekend with all of my and my sisters kids and husbands and we had a full table of 14 every time we came for breakfast and dinner. I loved that they served the kids first- really keeps them preoccupied, haha. Anyways thanks again for your service and hopefully see you all again in October!

My family and I just got back from a Memorial Day overnight stay at the Temple Bar Marina. This was our first time out there and I have to tell you, it was awesome! I am very picky when it comes to staying at motels while on fishing/boating trips and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms are and how easy it was to get a boat slip on such a busy holiday weekend. Everyone at the office was great when we checked in and was eager to help in any way they could to direct us to the right spot for boating and fishing. After a long day of being out on the water, we went to the restaurant for dinner and we were greeted by Suzan, a great lady who noticed that I had gotten a lot of sun and she kept that water coming! :) The next day, we went back for breakfast in the midmorning and again we had exceptional service this time by Jason. As someone who usually has pretty high standards when it comes to customer service I have to give the folks at Temple Bar an A+ for such great hospitality. Thank you again and we will be back soon!

Had breakfast. Food was all really good, great coffee, Service was perfect. The only place in town, and luckily just what you're looking for. Also has a well stocked convenience store attached. Call ahead, because it's not always open on scheduled hours. Bar, outside patio, view of the lake.

Temple bar restaurant is awesome! Delicious food , a weekly special, and yummy dessert! This is the place to be once you're off the water! Also a cool bar!!

I didnt even realize there was a restaurant here but as soon as I walked in I got a whiff of that yummy food smell and knew I better just sit down and order.Their coffee caught me off guard, it was like the goldilocks story it was "just right" and I did not need to add cream or sugar. I asked them what kind it was and the waitress said Guatemalan Sunrise. I was thoroughly impressed with their effort to source good quality joe!Even though I had a good dinner I was mighty hungry having sailed into the marina the previous night and was about to set off again for the 8 hour journey back to the lake mead marina in boulder city with the Nevada Yacht Club. SO i figured i better eat up and got the french toast with eggs and bacon and hash and a side of sourdough toast.It was all just right and not greasy at all. it looked so good and I dug into it so fast that i only managed to get one semi blurry shot to put but its bettr than nothing!In addition to the good food, great coffee and friendly service the view is amazing! There is a gift/convenient shop attached but i unfortunately did not have time to browse because i had to get back to my crew at the dock for launch!Anyway, this place is legit and wont dissapoint so please patronize them!
