I've had my ups and downs with TAO especially coming from NY. I decided since we're in another state we should give it another chance and TAO Las Vegas did not disappoint. The entrance was tubs covered with rose petals which made the space feel super romantic and beautiful, your time slot is your time slot, there was no waiting around to sit and eat. We were seated right next to the Buddha statue where we loved looking at the beautiful Koi fishes, music was at a moderate level and we sang the night away. I had the fried rice with the duck which was so tasteful, fresh sushi and the birthday sweets plater which came with a variety of confectionery eatery, there was a smaller version of the fortune cookie that's filled with vanilla and chocolate cream and It was heaven as always. TAO Las Vegas is the best out of the franchise that I enjoyed my time there from start to finish and will definitely visit again while there.

I finally got to try Tao Asian Bistro in Vegas during a work trip, and while we ordered just about everything on the menu, I have to say--I wasn't super impressed. For all the hype, it felt like an overpriced, upscale version of P.F. Chang's rather than a standout dining experience. The best thing we had was the duck--perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily the highlight of the meal. But beyond that, most of the dishes were overly sweet, and even the rice was way too salty, throwing off the balance of the meal. The flavors just didn't come together in the way you'd expect from a place with such a big reputation (and price tag).On top of that, the atmosphere was incredibly loud, making it hard to hold a conversation. While I get that Tao is known for its high-energy vibe, it felt more chaotic than enjoyable for a dinner setting. For the price, it's just not worth it. There are way better places for sushi and Asian bistro-style food in Vegas, both in terms of quality and overall experience. I'm glad I tried it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.

We came to Tao to celebrate women in business while in Vegas attending a conference. There were six of us, and we decided to go all IN on the Chef's Tasting Menu--one of the best decisions we made on this trip. Fairly priced at around $85 Per person. The experience started with an amazing dim sum selection, followed by the Sky, Land & Sea course, which had a little bit of everything--chicken, seafood, and meat--all perfectly portioned for sharing. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The highlights? House fab crispy tuna rice, pork gyoza, miso sea bass, filet mignon skewers. Second course whole snapper, beef vegetable, lo mein veg noodles, orange chicken and duck fried rice. Beyond the food, the ambiance was exactly what we wanted--sexy, spiritual, and the ultimate setting for our last night out together. The service was impeccable, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. If you're looking for a memorable, elevated dining experience in Vegas, Tao is the place! Highly recommend the Chef's Tasting Menu for a truly indulgent night. We'll definitely be back!

Upscale Asian restaurant & nightclub located at Tye Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, amazing food, or as they like to call it "Elevated Asian Dining", a great place for a birthday celebration, a date with a special someone, or just to have fun with a group of friends. As soon as you walk in, You'll be transported to a place not like any other in Las Vegas, it's truly a Pan-Asian experience, KOI ponds, gardens, and 20ft Buddha statues, and hospitality to match. Unlike other overhyped and overpriced LV restaurants, the ambiance is amazing, food was a culinary treat, delightful Hong Kong, Chinese, Japanese, and Thai inspired dishes, extensive menu includes delicious Dim Sum, Gyoza, Potstickers, Peking Duck Spring Rolls, Satay, Crispy Pork Bao Buns, Lobster Wontons, Tempura, Nigiri Sushi and Sashimi, Grilled Wagyu Ribeye, Pad Thai, and more, don't forget to leave room for dessert.Lavish, exciting, and extravagant but also intimate, a gem in a sea of expensive and forgettable Las Vegas clubs and restaurants.

Good food, good service, lively atmosphere, noisy. We had the Peking duck Spring roll (can't really taste the duck but still good) and $165 chef's selection of sushi, sashimi and rolls (we specified seafood only no beef no pork). We couldn't finish it all took some of the rolls home. Everything was fresh and delicious. Wouldn't say exceptional but still great. The tapioca fruit desert was light and delicious. It seems you must present a credit card to confirm the Open Table reservation and it is charged up front no hotel room charges.

Ambiance : 5/5Food : 3/5Our group of 8 made a reservation a day before and we got a table smack right in front of the more than 20 foot Buddha they have in the restaurant. I didn't check the pictures before so I was in for a pleasant surprise when I walked in to such a glorious sight. With almost triple height ceiling and the Buddha combined with the serene lighting, the ambiance was spectacular. We ordered an array of appetizers and didn't have much space for main course. This is what we got-Chicken potstickers- 4/5- these were surprisingly fat and juicy, they didn't skimp on the filling. Pretty delectable.Hot and sour soup with shrimp toast-4/5- the shrimp toast was the surprise element. It was nothing like a toast, more like a potsticker and a spring roll. The hot and sour soup was about average.Green beans tempura-3/5- plain and simple battered and deep fried green beans. They didn't have any seasoning and flavor to speak of.Chicken wings-3/5- the sauce it came with was too sweet for my liking and the chicken tasted too gamey.Lamb chops- 3/5- seasoning was not sufficient, the extra salt provided on the side came to the rescue. Though the interior was moist, the exterior was a bit overcooked.Chicken satay -3/5- too dry and on the blander side.Chicken chowmein-3/5- way too saucy Chicken fried rice-4/5- umami rich, chicken was decent and rice was sufficiently moist.

We went to Tao for their roller skating rink and it was so so much fun! I wasn't expecting them to allow kids in as it is in their dayclub area but it is family friendly! A great place to take the kids or go with friends now that it is getting nice out! It is definitely the first of its kind and the music and food was great as well. Definitely need to try it before it closes for the season!

Great experience! We checked in for our reservation and were sat within 15 minutes. We were originally placed a table in the corner near the kitchen that was wobbling so we asked to move since there were a ton of open tables. It took a few minutes but they eventually moved us. The waiter was extremely nice and greeted us right away with ice water. Everything is brought out family style so we ordered miso soups, chicken gyoza, tuna tartare on crispy rice to start. Then our main meals were the sea bass, salmon avocado roll and tuna sashimi. All the food was extremely fresh and delicious. Only downside was things were not brought out together so some were eating before others. Then we had delicious desserts. The chocolate molten cake was DELICIOUS!It's also super sexy in here so would definitely recommend coming with a smaller group or your significant other. Overall loved this spot!

It was my first time at TAO and I've always heard mixed reviews but was excited to finally give it a try. I started off with the Lychee Martini which was floral, smooth, and vibrant. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share; I particularly enjoyed the Pan-Fried Chicken Gyoza the most. Great umami flavor and perfectly pan-fried. The Lobster and Kimchee Fried Rice was unbelievably addictive. I'm salivating just thinking about it. The fried rice was savory, buttery, and very satisfying. I also enjoyed the Pad Thai Noodles with Chicken. It was a combination of sweet, sour, and savory flavors and a combination of textures from the chewy noodles to the crisp bean sprouts, and crunchy peanuts. The Yellowtail Sashimi was super fresh and went well with the ponzu sauce. Of the 3 rolls we got, the Chef's Roll was definitely the standout. We ended off with the Giant Fortune Cookie which was obsessed with! I get that it's a little gimmicky but honestly, this was the best tasting fortune cookie I've ever had and both the white & dark chocolate mousses blew me away. I love how creamy, airy, and delicate the white chocolate was compared to the bittersweet, rich, and decadent dark chocolate. The fortunes were also a nice touch and it was great that they gave us 4 (1 per person). TAO doesn't usually get the greatest rep, but I was pleasantly surpised with the food, service, and ambiance. Great dinner!

Tao Asian Bistro and Nightclub is a vibrant hotspot that offers a complete dining and nightlife experience. The ambiance is lively and sophisticated, making it a great place to spend an exciting evening.Despite having a reservation, there was a 10-minute wait, which is understandable given how big and busy the venue is. However, the excellent food quickly made up for it. The vegetarian options were especially impressive, packed with flavor and beautifully presented--definitely a highlight of the visit. The transition from bistro to nightclub was seamless. Entry to the club involved a thorough ID check and stamping, ensuring a secure environment. The nightclub itself was buzzing with energy, offering great music and a fun atmosphere. Nice decoration Overall, Tao delivers a memorable night out with fantastic food, a lively vibe, and top-notch entertainment. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both worlds.
