Love this place!!We took advantage of the free shuttle to the strip. We have stayed here before and enjoy it. No sales pressure to do a timeshare presentation. The facilities look and feel clean. There are guest who smoke weed on the hall ways. They are putting an end to that. They will kick you out with. No refund if caught, per their signs. The pools are big and well designed. Love the beach style entrance. They have life guards early in the morning. Our room did not have a stove but it did have a small kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. I did love that it's far enough from the busy loud strip. Looking forward to our next stay in May.

The level of cleanliness and quality need improvement. During our visit they were beginning a remodel. There was dust, machinery, noise and construction happening during the day. The worst part was my 19 year old son was trapped inside the elevator!! At least he was able to remain calm with an older couple who were also trapped. They tried to use the phone attached to the elevator and it was dead!! The lady used her cellphone to call the front desk- SHE WAS PUT ON HOLD!! She did her best to remain calm. Her husband kept my son distracted by talking about his ranch and horses. My son didn't realize that they were trapped over 45 minutes!! I figured he had a work call. The kind lady told me while waiting on hold she did her best not to freak out. Eventually the front desk responded and sent help. A maintenance man was able to lower the elevator and open the doors!! All three relieved to be released but it was a scary situation! The nudity of the art in the bathroom was unnecessary. The mold and mildew was atrocious!! The cracked fridge handle was dangerous.

We decided to do a staycation here with my mother in-law for a week before Christmas. Left with mixed feelings...overall, I enjoyed our stay and would come again, only if all pools are open though...This property has potential to be so good...unfortunately most of the resort water amenities were closed during our stay. Highlights: Our room was large, spacious and included a full kitchen. Everything was clean. Mattress and sheets were very comfortable. We were able to request additional shampoo, dishwasher soap, etc as we needed it. There is a nice children's activity center with free craft making events and you can check out board games to play with your kids. The CVS vending machine was clutch, if you need quick pharmacy items. We procrastinated on Santa pictures this year, so I was elated to see them offered for free to guests in their lobby, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There is a large bbq pad with outdoor tables and marketplace lights overhead for fun outdoor dining if you wish. The pool was large, tropical, with sand beach and volleyball, heated, lots of seating.Negatives: First half of our stay, there was only one hot tub open on property. And it was only available to adults. After the first few days, they drained it, and then there were no hot tubs available on property till our last two days when they opened up a different hot tub by the main pool, which was cold. It took so long to heat back up; it had just reached a relaxing, heated temp just as we were checking out. The lazy river looks like it would be amazing when running, unfortunately, it is drained and undergoing renovations. They had one large pool open, which was really beautiful, except most sections of it were roped off our entire stay...there were maybe two days where they had enough lifeguards on duty to open the whole pool. Also, at least during December, the pool area is shaded for most of the day (thankfully, the pool water was heated). Ultimately, make sure all the pool amenities will be available during your stay, otherwise the property is kind of boring and you're better off booking somewhere closer to the strip where there are things you can do.

Pros: good room, great shower- hot and strong. Nice to have kitchenette in Vegas. Close enough to strip. Nice pool. Cons: pool Fun Killers. Way too many employees doing nothing but walking around trying to kill your fun. Checking wristbands, no music, no moving chairs, no drinks. Bar closed. Lazy river closed.

Check in was super easy. Clean well manicured property. We really enjoyed our stay. A little confused as to why the pool closes at 4pm??? Also the food is done at 10? For Vegas peeps this might be an issue. The room is huge! With a beautiful kitchen, balcony, and deep tub.The price was right and the service is awesome. They even have a shuttle that runs till 10:45 pm every 30min. It goes to Excalibur only. All in all, excellent experience. We will return.

I had stayed here for two nights and it was not a good experience. Majority of the staff treated us like every question was a bother. We were given incorrect information about the shuttle which cost me $50 to get a Lyft We specifically spoke with them about going to a show. We asked about the impacts of a marathon going on and they told me to take the 5 or 5:30 shuttle. Except when we showed up there was no 5:30 shuttle. The next shuttle was 7 pm. Wow! That was my final straw to write this review The furniture is outdated and broken. The staff is unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend.

A vast improvement since the first time I visited Tahiti Village resort. A newly remodeled beach style pool with an additional lazy river pool. But the biggest difference between the resort then and now the Time factor. Instead of feeling like a timeshare trap. My recent experience felt more like a place worth sharing time at.

Extremely cold pool even though it says heated online. Lazy river was closed - didn't say that was happening online. One of the hot tubs was broken, and half the pool was closed off. Pool closes at 4pm? What? Ridiculous.Elevators smell like dead fish. It creaks and groans like it's gunna break, and there was a dude repairing it using a YouTube video. What??? Rooms were dirty and dingy. Bathroom wasn't very clean. The shower doors were stained with water and had gross mildew mold stuff in the corners. The small convenience store inside the lobby is ridiculous. 10 dollars for a loaf of plain bread? Disgusting. The bad reviews are right. Usually I don't review places bad unless it's BAD. We are so disappointed as the heated pool and lazy river was the whole reason for this trip. The staff at the front desk are also very rude. Will never come back. Why would anyone want to buy a timeshare here? Or visit? It looks so promising online but wow what a disappointment

This is my third stay here. First two were good, but this one is a mess. First off, when I reserved the room, I asked and was told the lazy river would be open, which is not actually true. Kids loved it the last two times we were here, that was the primary draw of coming back this time. Would have gone elsewhere if I'd known this.Secondly, the room had a broken TV. When we informed them of this (when we checked in) they sent a guy who said he'd be back shortly to replace it. Two hours later, no sign of him, call front desk. New guy shows up, wants to look at the model, says he'll be back to replace it. Three hours later, no sign of him either and we're all going to bed. Surely they could have just moved us to a room with working amenities in the first place? Why have multiple staff lie to your customer instead of simply moving them (or fixing the issue). Finally, and repeating what others have said, it's kind of insane that this place has a check in time of 4pm and also has their pool close at 4pm. I guess the idea is that no one gets to recover from their trip by relaxing in the pool? Pool hours are 8am - 4pm. Lazy river had been open later, but not this trip. We showed up Friday, are going to a 9am wedding Saturday and have to check out by 10am Sunday. Basically, we've got like an hour in the water Sunday. Not a lot of Tahiti in this village. It's hard to rationalize coming back here if the primary draw of the place isn't open at times we can use it.
