Tacos Colima

A real, authentic, and delicious taco truck literally in the middle of nowhere. This is on the other side of the freeway from the gas station and subway so don't be confused when your map takes you in this direction! We ordered: - cabeza (so good) - carnitas (slightly dry) - pollo (good)- birria (decent) - asada (good) - chicharrones (slightly dry) -Al pastor (good)- quesadilla de gusto with asada/Al pastor (very good) The quesadilla was the star of the show. It was perfectly crisp with meaty cheese and flavorful meat. They had sour cream on the side and it was addictive. I would 100% order this again. The burritos were not overfilled with beans/rice. The tacos were simple and authentic: meat, onions, cilantro. That's it. All the food we ordered (tacos/burritos/quesadilla) has a generous portion of meat. The cabeza was one of my favorites as well as the asada and al pastor. Our friend that likes chicken a lot was really impressed with their pollo. She said they were flavorful and juicy, even though it was white meat. They had three flavorful (and hot) salsa options as well as limes on the side. The tacos were $3, burritos were $11, and quesadilla was $12. There's a chance we were overcharged but honestly, we pay these prices for shitty Mexican food in the city, why shouldn't we pay them well for good Mexican food even if it's in the middle of nowhere? If you want a solid, no frills, authentic, Mexican spot, come by!

All the food was excellent. Loved the service and speed. Sitting out in the sun enjoying great tacos in the most unassuming place.

So good I only have 1 picture of the food, ate before the camera. We had the pastor burrito, asada quesadilla, cabeza and pollo tacos. Everything was good and flavorful. Staff was very friendly.

Amazing tacos and the sauces are so good, great customer service as well. Raul the owner is very nice and kind makes you feel like your at home. Gonna be coming more often.

I have always been skeptical about food trucks for many reasons, but this one is the only one I trust for the hygiene , flavor and freshness. I have been coming over twice a month for the last four years and the consistency is always there . Tip : order to go , not that may chairs or tables .

Was on Yelp, searching for a place to grab something to eat and saw the reviews and gave it a try, really good fresh tacos, variety of meats and sauces. I had 3 tacos de asada and a burrito. If your looking for a spot to eat this is it won't regret it, the owner makes you feel like your at home.

Perfect food truck find. Service was great, super friendly, food was fantastic! We tried several different tacos and quesadillas. Searched for a food between Vegas and Valley of Fire & this popped up. Didn't realize we were aiming for a food truck (which we love in general) and so glad we stopped. We definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

We were starving traveling to Utah to get away from people and the gas station was a zoo. Checked here and saw this....Amazing food! Must stop for high quality tacos, burritos. Hot sauce is killer, and the owner is a hoot!
