Joey and John were great. We hired them for a company meeting and everyone loved the food. They brought all the decorations and the presentation was great. Will definitely be using them again for future events.

Amazing quality and service for catering. Joey was super friendly and the sushi was fresh. They had lots of variety of rolls and sashimi. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to cater for an event or party.

I am so glad I went with Sushi Private Caterer. Victoria was my point of contact. The menu was over my budget at first, and she worked with me to make it happen. All I had to do for the party was to have plates, utensils and napkins for my guests. Our party was at a suite on the strips. Two chefs arrived with all the materials 2 hours early. They brought decorations, paper menus, serving plates, sauces and garnishments. The main chef Joey was polite, respectful and pleasant the entire time. They were very focused on preparing the food the whole night. Nigiris, rolls and sashimi came out at perfect rotations and pace. When the 2 hour serving time is up, they were able to wrap up and clean up within 15 minutes. They left the place spotless. I am very impressed with how fresh the fish was. Such a great experience from the start. I definitely will use Sushi Private Catering again for our next parties. I want to try their hot food and dessert menus next.

Absolutely amazing job catering for my son's graduation party! Joey and Pedro were amazing chefs and Victoria, that booked my event, was flawless with the details along the way. My son was very surprised and as an avid sushi lover his reaction of "the best sushi EVER" was priceless! Everyone at my event immediately wanted their contact information! I will definitely be booking Sushi Private Catering again!

Too bad there isn't more stars because they absolutely deserve more than 5 stars. I got in touch with Sushi Private Catering about 4 months before my wife's surprise party. Victoria got back to me right away. Over the course of 4 months we were able to iron out all the wrinkles. We discussed times, location, payment, menu, changing just about all of that a couple times along the way. They were flexible to all my requests and needs. Victoria changed and tweaked the menu precisely to what I was looking for. I just gave her my wife's favorite rolls and she was able to add it to the menu along with a bunch of other rolls that ended up being a hit at the party. All the nigiri on display were so good that there weren't any left when the party was over. I especially LOVED the wagyu roll and the Salmon nigiri, I couldn't get enough of those. Everyone ate so much that there were only 10 pieces total at the end of the party. (and 5 people didn't show up so you do the math) Chef Joey and his small crew were so great and professional. I didn't have a lot of space in my house but they were able to unitize the island and it turned out to be a beautiful work of art, the presentation was so incredible that my guests were non-stop crowding around to get vids and pics of all the sushi on display. They showed up 2 hours before the party to set up (right on time btw) and stayed to serve for 2 hours during the party with an option to stay if I needed but the 2 hours was perfect, they packed up very neatly and gave me the left over ginger and wasabi and the 10 pieces of sushi left. (which ended up being consumed within the next hour or so) it makes me want to plan another party just so we can enjoy the delicious sushi all over again, it was absolutely worth every single penny. Thank you to Victoria for working with me and allowing me to achieve my goal which was to give my wife a well deserved surprise Birthday party that we've talked about everyday since. (5 days ago) if you like sushi then book with confidence and know that they will pull through for you and your party, trust me, you won't regret it.

Did a great job. Professional and fun. Great fish and presentation. We hired them for a bachelor party dinner and it was absolutely perfect!

Everything from start to finish was great from my contact to setting it all up with Victoria to the sushi chefs who came to execute everything. We hosted our housewarming party for about 30 guests and we didn't have to lift a finger for all the food. They came about 2 hours ahead of service time to prep everything. Not only do they do delicious sushi, they also have hot foods available. Sushi quality was great! I was a little worried about that being from Hawaii and having amazing sushi but they did not disappoint! All the guests were so impressed and really enjoyed it all. They do all the clean up as well. Couldn't ask for a better experience and can't wait to hire them again for more events!

We hired Sushi Private Catering for a party of 12 for a Pre-Prom Party at our Summerlin home. From the beginning point of contact with Victoria, to the setup, service and most importantly the sushi, everything was above our expectations. We loved that they arrived early, brought attractive dishes, florals, and accessories to enhance the food presentation, and provided incredibly polite and gracious service. Pricing was fair and we highly recommend! This review comes a bit later after our event, but well-deserved!

Where do I begin? These people were awesome! From the attentive organizer, to the chef to the fabulous ingredients! The organizer - from beginning to end, she was on point to make sure the entire event was perfect, all the way down to the dietary preferences (we had a mixed bag of people who love sashimi - me- and people who preferred cooked -half the party) she made sure there would be food options for everyone. The chef showed up early and made a beautiful spread of sashimi, torched wagyu, a mouth watering assortment of rolls. He made everything in front of us - I may have stolen some sashimi as he worked. As the party progressed and consumed the food, he would make more - as well as custom orders on the side - hand roll please? Uni? More torched wagyu? Could you torch my crème brûlée while you're at it? The food. Was delicious. My favorite cut of fish has always been yellowtail, with salmon being my least favorite. I can usually tell if salmon isn't fresh enough - which is most of the time. Their Scottish salmon was to die for, it definitely changed my mind about salmon sashimi. The toro melted in your mouth...The guests were entertained watching him work and he accommodated small talk and questions. He was capable of fading into the background or be the center of entertainment for the party. The food was delicious. The chef was amazing - he even left the kitchen sparkling clean after he was done! For a special occasion, hosted on your own terms, in your own space, this was perfect. If you're want an intimate party without any of the hassle, and just enjoy the event, then these people are it. It was the easiest party I have ever hosted.
