If you're in Las Vegas and craving sushi, Sushi 21 is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the vibe was electric--great atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for an evening out.The food? Absolutely amazing. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the variety of rolls offered something for everyone. We had a mix of classics like the spicy tuna roll and more unique creations, all of which were expertly prepared. The fish was top quality, and the presentation was stunning.Service was fantastic. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and offered great recommendations. They truly make you feel like a VIP here.In terms of value, it's definitely worth it--great food, great service, and an overall memorable experience. Whether you're a sushi lover or new to it, Sushi 21 delivers on every front. We'll definitely be back!

One of our fav sushi spots ended up closing down so we figured let's give this place a try since a little further up the street. We were here for dinner on a normal Wednesday evening....which explains the reason why it was completely empty inside. We were the only paying customers as I think the other occupied table were the Gen-Z employees' friends.Ambiance is weird. Restaurant was dark with strobe lights lighting and cloud shaped overhead lights. Music was EDM/pop mix. Felt like a seedy bar in LA's Chinatown. Wasn't expecting to eat my sushi in the dark.Ordered two different a la carte sushi rolls...which was not that good either. Originally ordered a spicy tuna roll but our little Gen-Z worker brought out a Screaming O Salad instead. Sigh...why is it so difficult to get good service nowadays? Also got an ordered of Bulgogi and there were more sauteed onions than bulgogi itself!!!! If I didn't know better, I would've thought this was a plate of sauteed onions instead of bulgogi! Disappointing there were barely any pieces of meat. We felt ripped-off! How the hell this place have such a high overall rating is beyond me. The good ratings must have been from a good 10 years ago. There are plentyyyyy of other sushi spots here in Vegas. Defintely skip this one.

I did a quick search for all you can eat sushi while in China town, and this is another spot that Yelpers got right. They have an extensive ayce menu of good quality food matched with speedy and considerate service. Cucumber salad: typical but refreshing, 7.5/10. Fresh Oyster: fresh indeed, and was clean without any brininess or grittiness 8/10.Golden Spoon: interesting textures and flavors, 9/10. Oyster shooters: a punch of flavor, 8.5/10.Tempura Shrimp: fried to perfection and highlights the fresh shrimp, 9/10.Spicy Garlic Edamame: not spicy but flavorful, 8/10.Salmon skin salad: salmon skin cut paper thin made for extra crispy bites with perfectly matched sweet sauce and fresh greens, 10/10!Tempura Fish: tender fish and batter were moderately crispy, 7.5/10 rating. Crispy Rice: this was full of flavor, 10/10!Salmon kama (collar bone): rich fish belly-like, made for juicy bites. It's purely succulent, 10/10 rating!Bulgogi: tender and flavorful, 8/10 rating. Chicken yakitori: seasoned and all tender, 8/10.Shrimp yakitori: seasoned, tender shrimp and veggies, 7.5/10.Amaebi: tender & slightly sweet, 9/10. Unagi: melts in your mouth, not your chopsticks, 8/10. The sauce was subtle and could use more thickness and sweetness.Sashimi: all good & fresh, 8.5/10.Scallop nigiri: different as mixed in similar to California roll mix. Was ok, I like the whole scallops more. 7.5/10Mini cheesecake: was tiny, but amazing & sweet, 10/10! Deep fried ice cream: typical but refreshing after a savory feast, 8/10.An encore here is needed the next time I'm in Vegas.

Date here, he selected so I'm rolling. Small but nice set up. It's a bit dark though, I think too dark. I can't see well at night as it is lol We ordered AYCE which was cool and the rolls were delicious and fresh. I enjoyed the various rolls they had and different types of rolls I hadn't seen before. The service was cool. Would try it again for sure!

My teen son enjoys going here with his friends. I took my two sushi loving sons here today and they both had all you can eat sushi and I had a salad. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and service was excellent. No other customers were there when we arrived. The dishes looked beautiful and my sons said everything was delicious. Located in a little strip mall, the restaurant is small and drab, would be five stars if the decor and ambiance was nice. Great value for high quality sushi, you will leave pleasantly full!

Wednesday evening, April 3, 2024.I was in the mood for a salmon roll. Pretty simple really. I live one and a half miles away so I swung in here and ordered my role to go. When I got home and opened the box, it looked strange. Everybody knows what a salmon roll. Looks like a big chunk of salmon wrapped in rice with some seaweed. I have never had a roll, either salmon or tuna like this. After eating my first piece and last piece that I will ever buy from there, I had to dissect it.. it was soft and mushy, and after dissecting it, I realized that it was a Frankenfish. They had kept all the trimmings that you would normally put into a seafood salad I suppose, and stuffed them into disgusting example. I'm never going back and I recommend that you go somewhere else too.

The food (sushi) was tasty and fresh. The service was good, but I have to asked multiple times for a water refill. The atmosphere is an all-you-can-eat or a-la-cart. I especially like the yellow Tail with jalapeno and Sriracha sauce.

This is the second time we've gotten takeout from here and both times we're not good. The rolls are not made well so they fall apart before you even put pressure on your chopsticks. The rice is also very mushy and tastes old. The only thing I've liked from here so far is the spicy tuna rice appetizer but even that tasted off this time. I don't know if it was the fish or the mushy rice but I couldn't even eat more than 2 pieces. Maybe it's better in person but I don't know, won't be getting takeout from here anymore.

I like this place a lot there's a great atmosphere when you come at night.my server was jin, and the rest of the staff overall were nice and on point! usually I'm a nigiri person but their rolls especially their special rolls were a definite highlight for my dinner. I also highly recommend their all day specials, all of them. nigiri overall has been of good quality. do recommend coming here for sushi.
