Sunset Station Strike Zone

The ambience is cool, we didn't order food yet. We came here to celebrate Veterans Day with our friends since he's a veteran. We rented two lanes since each family had four. The customers service of Matthew was not very nice. He was very disrespectful to our friend, the veteran. He saw that we had kids in our group and didn't turn on the bumpers in either lane. He split us up 4 and 4 without asking how we wanted to be split. He was rude when we went to ask about the situation and offered no resolution other than to pay twice for one bowler. That is no way to treat a veteran or any customer for that matter. I will be taking my business to Sam's Town in the future.

Came here on a Saturday night at 9pm. As I was walking down the lanes to the front desk I saw that there are a ton of open lanes and thought I'd have no issue getting in. I was dead wrong. Somehow, despite all the open lanes, there was a 1.5 hour wait. That's crazy! Do they have that many lanes that are broken?Cosmic bowling also starts ridiculously early on the weekends, 4pm. Seems like just a cash grab to jack their prices up earlier in the day

The staff was awesome and very accommodating.the lanes have no stairs which is rare for a bowling spot. Definitely coming back.

The place charged me 42 dollars for only three people the place was also dirty and the employees over there had bad attitude and the game time drowns fast so if I were you I would not go because it's a waste of money.There is also not that many employees and we did not try the food but it looks edible and that what matters. Also half of the lanes were broken/out of service and the place was stacked. And they also expected one security guard to handle a whole stack of people like what if something bad happens it's a casino and they have kids so they should know way better than this so I would not recommend this place to play bowling at.

First time here with friends to bowl for fun, we did 4 rounds together a good 2hrs for a party of 5. Atmosphere was vibrant there was a lot of ppl there when we went ppl training for league and a party on the other side we were able to get 2 lanes next to each other. For 5 of us shoe rental and games were around 140+ so not bad tbh. Will come back here if we go this side of town

We have been wanting to go bowling for a while and realized that Las Vegas has many bowling alleys, which is refreshing to see as lots have closed in other cities.We decided to try out this one as the size of it impressed me right away. 72 lanes! When you walk in, it is hard to see from one side to other without having to turn your head. The check in counter was not busy when we went and the two people working there were very friendly and helpful. We went in the evening so it is $5 a game and $5 for shoe rental. We decided on 2 games and you pay ahead. At your assigned lane, you get to select the type of game you want, how each person name will appear and you can even take a selfie from the screen at the lane if you want to customize your game that far, which we did.You can chose to have bumpers come up, but we didn't have any children with us. The choice of house balls was good as there were various weights to chose from. The computerized scoring keeps score for you so you don't have to figure it out, but I still remember how! There is a choice for you to edit your score, but I didn't find out to what extent you can do that. Not sure if you can edit it so you bowl a 300?There was a special for bowlers 50 years and older to bowl daily from 10am to 2 pm for $2.50 a game or 3 games for $6. But it was called the Winter Special and the person at the check in desk didn't know how long it would be going on for. She did point out that there is a Sunday morning special rate which I believe is also $2.50 to $3 a game. Probably should call ahead to check which specials are going on.Definitely will be back as my game was really bad and needs much work.

Great place to take the family - we go to the movie theatre all the time & love the kid zone

Omg!! Nicolas was amazing. We have a 14+ party for bowling and he was patient and attentive. Things can get chaotic with that many people but he dealt with it so amazingly. Thank you for the great experience.

This is one of my favorite bowling alleys. It's spacious and very clean the only reason I'm rating a 4 is because the music sucks. I wish there was a way we could recommend music. The music they play is very depressing music.

So I decided a little bowling and a couple drinks for my 21st birthday would be great at sunset station. Turns out I was highly wrong the bartender (which there was only one of) named asked us what we would like to get. After that we asked if he had menus and no menus. Then shook his head then my friend she'd like a double shot of tennessee fire and i said me too. Then he proceeded to put his hand up in a weird U shaped form sideways. IDS right??? After no speaking I said "It's my birthday". He then took his phone out and looked at my ID for like two minutes with the flash and said great. He brings over the double and single shot of tennessee fire and a small glass of coke. Somehow came out to 26$ so that means 10$ a shot? and 6$ for a coke??? Forgets the coke, my chaser forgets completely I thought he was going back to get it and he never came back to check or bring the coke. Took abt 20 min to get that too. That makes no sense not even top shelf liquor? Anyways here's a attached receipt of the experience. Also the arcade is hot so if you like gaming dress light !
