Day staff was nice and polite. Night staff was opposite. They were rude and condescending when I needed the key card to rekeyed a few times. The place definitely needs a facelift. You get what you pay for.

Previous reviews from other yelpers proves to be accurate and last thing I wanna do is to come back to this placeI'd rather spend my money somewhere else

Only if you're desperate for a one night stay. The website pictures paints a completely different picture to reality. It smelled terrible through the Inn and worse in the rooms. The towels look faded and some had permanent stains. The carpet at the entrance is taped together, first indication of what was to come. We needed a place to stay for one night, next time I'll definitely read the yelp reviews before we book.

It swells very bad in the hallway and rooms. There's no elevator. My children asked if we can sleep in the car instead because they don't feel safe or like the smell very uncomfortable hotel. I would never rent again .

Hotel not at all as described: No phone, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, clock or bathtub (shower only) & acoustics so bad I got no sleep with noise from room above. Hotel also added additional fees for "utility use." On the positive side, front desk staff was nice and TV worked well with lots of channels. Still, stay away from this awful place.

Got covid 2 days before expected trip and tried to cancel and they declined. I guess bc its such a dump and since they got $600 for 5 nights where as any other week it's $160 for 5 nights, just crappy customer service. Prolly book same room so double profit. Lol who would want someone sick with covid staying in probably a 95% capacity hotel? Definitely 2 thumbs down and based on the other reviews am probably glad I didn't force my way up there as I would have caught something else. Look elsewhere you'll thank me.

Imagine a game of 'find the functional item' in a room that looks like it was last decorated in the 80s by someone with a vendetta against furniture. The faucet in the bathroom performs a stubborn impression of a garden hose, spraying water in all directions except the sink. The bed, well, let's just say it's a secret experiment in chiropractic treatment -- so uncomfortable, it could probably realign your spine! The TV? A vintage piece that's more static than show, making you question if black and white was the new HD. And the view? A picturesque wall, displaying the finest paint chips and cracks in the local area. Overall, if disappointment had a theme park, this hotel room would be the main attraction!

Very old motel. Smells so bad. Bed sheets are stained. The carpet so dirty. I slept with the windows open in January cold weather.I won't come back again.

If I could leave half a star, I would! The motel itself is extremely outdated and in disrepair. Staff was nice enough, but it seems like they really just had no control over management of the place and therefore could not help. We booked a 2 night stay for around $200, which is cheap, I get it, but the room and the building itself seemed like a health hazard and uninhabitable. We were looking just for a descent enough place to lay our heads in between trips to the strip, but we ended up leaving the night we checked in. The pool is closed I was told due to "covid, and no life guard." The pool was also very small with scarce, outdated furniture around. The lobby is obviously outdated, but I didn't care as long as the room is okay. NOPE! The rooms were the worst part. My sister stayed in another room and complained that it smelled like musk and smoke. (It was a non-smoking room). The front desk clerk came down to check it out and when he walked in he literally said "oof" at the smell-and then helped her change rooms. The room also had a un-repaired double-paned window. My room was dark and dingey-looking. Wall paper peeling everywhere, sticky floors in the bathroom. Mismatched flooring, the drains in the tub looked corroded/oxidized, stains on the walls of the room. And it had just an old smell to it that gave me a headache. Truly the type of place you'd really want to wear sandals in the shower and not lay directly on the sheets. Upon making reservations, it clearly stated that there were to be no refunds for any reason. But I still tried because the state of the rooms were dire. Just, so so bad. The clerk of course said nothing could be done, and that was that. I just wanted to get the heck out of there!! I get trying to keep travel expenses as low as possible, but please, just go to another motel. Even if it costs a bit more.

Motel needs to be shut down and remodeled. Carpets are tripping hazards, holes in walls, peeling paint, smells horrible, mattresses are filthy, rooms are not properly cleaned, no working elevator, lies about refrigerators for rooms, poor customer service, almost positive drugs are being ran out of this motel among other things, the amount of animals allowed here is ridiculous.No pool access, have to go to the main floor to get ice, no hot water for coffee or tea after saying there is some downstairs, not allowed to use the restroom in the lobby (even paying guests) they should not be charging anymore than $60 a night for this place.
